Denna enhet ligger bara n��gra steg från stranden entrén så att du kan gå rakt ut din altandörr till stranden. Denna bottenvåning 800 kvadratfot är perfekt för små familjer. Inga trappor eller hissar eller balkonger att oroa sig f��r. Bra med små barn. Gräsområde precis utanför uteplatsen som ger dig en k��nsla av att sitta precis vid sanddynerna.
Det stora sovrummet är värd en helt ny King Jamison Turnberry Double Pillow Top Madrass och plattsk��rms-TV, svart ut gardiner och ett privat halv badrum. Vardagsrummet är värd f��r tv�� drottningssängar soffor för extra gäster med en stor platt-TV och DVD-spelare. En av de enda enheterna på Island Sands som sover 6. Ett badrum på korridoren. Trådlöst internet. Gott om trevligt sängkläder och extra kuddar! Stor kapacitet staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Strykj��rn och strykbräda. Du kommer att ��lska det stora mousserande vita köket med en stor social bar. Köket är helt lager. Disk, köksartiklar, elektrisk burk��ppnare, mixer, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost, full storlek kylskåp, diskmaskin, sopor och ugn.

Detta är ett litet, pittoreskt och privat komplex med totalt 27 enheter och endast tre våningar h��ga. Komplexet har en stor gemensam pool med massor av lounging utrymme att titta på barnen leka !! Grillplats bredvid poolen. Bokstavligen bara steg till stranden från din tillbaka uteplats !!!

Peaceful

We had a wonderful vacation. The place was quiet. I enjoyed stepping out of the back patio and walking on the beach. Definitely a family place. It was nice to be able to cook in the kitchen and do our laundry when needed. We were also 5 minutes from the Gulfarium.

Great get away

Great to be right on the beach. The condo had everything that we needed. It was a home away from home, only having the beach at our back door. All appliances worked. The bed was comfortable. The patio was a great place to have coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the late afternoon.

Good experience!

Location is fabulous especially with a 4 year old! Cleaning could improve. Beach was beautiful & close. I was sad not to see the beach every morning but happy to to have to struggle to bring in groceries. Restaurants are very convenient to this location. Overall great stay.

Good for quick stay

As the title implies, this property is perfect for a quick stay but otherwise lacks basic amenities such a blender. The property is also older and the furniture expresses this. There's also construction set to occur at the building, much of the "face" of the building has scaffolding & some of the building is being supported via beams & air jacks? Likely of course they wouldn't do this if it was "safe" but I can see how some folks would feel uncomfortable.

Quaint, peaceful and pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Dreamer..... it was what we needed. Peaceful and lots of rest and totally enjoyed without lots of kids to deal with. The Unit met all our expectations and was wonderful not to have to purchase the basic of toliet paper and papertowel coffee filters or deodrizer, washing powder and dishwashing soap. So nice to not have to purchase those items. The Unit was clean and items needed where there. I would encourage others to rent this unit.

A Hidden Gem

Such a great location, could not be closer to the beach. You walk out the back door and over a short boardwalk, and there it is. The chair service was excellent. With two small kids, it's really liberating to just waltz up to the beach and grab a chair without having to truck it all in yourself. The condo itself was well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable. The pull out couch would be terrible for an adult to sleep on, but for our 4 year old it was fine. Kitchen had all necessary cooking utensils/pans/etc. Check in was very smooth, we were able to enter earlier than stated check in time. Only complaint is that the locks on the sliding back doors seem to need replacement. I couldn't get them to lock at all, had to put the wooden dowels down and walk around the front if we wanted to secure place while we were out at the beach. Not a dealbreaker though and probably an easy fix. Will definitely be back!

Nice pool, but dirty condo! Definitely in need of updates.

Overall this property was okay, but I cannot figure out how it had 4+ stars. We requested an early check-in and were told we would be notified when the unit was ready. At no time did anyone from the office tell us an early check-in would interrupt cleaning procedures. When we arrived at our unit, I was extremely dissatisfied in the cleanliness. There was food dried on the kitchen chairs, spills running down end tables, and visible dirt on other furniture. The dishes in the cabinets still had food on them and there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The throw pillows on the couches were extremely dingy and desperately in need of cleaning. I can’t imagine this unit has had a deep clean in a LONG time. Our feet were black after walking around barefoot inside. I took pictures and emailed them to the rental company. I didn’t trust the linens since the unit was so dirty so I washed everything before we used it and wiped down some surfaces to make it livable for the night. Around 12:00 the following day I received a phone call from the office asking if I wanted the condo to be cleaned again. We opted to do this as I did not want to spend any more time cleaning. We had to leave our unit for a few hours that afternoon, and when we returned the unit was cleaner, but still had not been fully cleaned. The company offered us a gift certificate on a future stay, but I don’t think we will be staying in one of these properties again as our standards clearly do not line up. In addition to an unclean unit, the boardwalk showers are insufficient in removing sand. There are a couple old plastic mats surrounded by sand and grass so there is no way to fully remove sand when you return from the beach, so you end up tracking it into the unit. We had to vacuum several times during the week. The property also allows smoking in some of the units and on the beach. Although our unit was non-smoking, we were constantly surrounded by people smoking. We have small children and actually had to leave our place on the beach as people were smoking in their chairs right next to us. There were no designated smoking areas on the beach. We couldn’t spend any time on our patio for the same reason. On a positive note the pool was nice. The pool and area around the pool was very clean and well kept. The mattress in the bedroom was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the furniture was dirty, and the 2 coffee tables took up too much room in an already small area.

Beautiful place. Very roomy, clean and well stocked. Idk what’s up with other reviews but 103 was amazing, clean and updated. Couldn’t beat it being that nice with a little yard and right on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Best Vacation

Sea Oats is so nice. Location is right off the bridge. On the beach. Our experience from start to finish was outstanding. Quick response when we had a question, easy check-in and check-out. Chairs and umbrella on the beach were definitely needed. We had all we needed. I want to come back. Thank you

Family vacay

This was our 2nd stay at Island Sands. It was very convenient being able to walk right out to the beach. No elevators is a big deal for us with 3 kids! The room was very clean and had everything we needed! Kids slept on the pull out couches with no complaints. We love coming here. Everyone is always so friendly and are usually there for the same reasons as us.. less people!! No fighting for a place on the beach or having other families right on top of us. The whole trip was great, we will be back next year!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first time, as a family, taking a beach vacation so It was also our first time renting a condo that was beachfront. This stay was everything we could’ve hoped for. Super clean, easy access to the beach, and the entire place was family friendly. We will be back again. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Truly Convenient

We loved being able to step out the back door and be literally steps away from the beach. Having chairs and an umbrella included was also a nice perk.
