Välkommen till vår personliga Beachers lodge vid havet. Nedan följer en lista över vad våra condos innehåller och en separat lista över vad fastigheten och anläggningen erbjuder. Detta ger termen "nyckeln" en helt ny mening. En särskild fördel för den här enheten är den som ägs 100%, drivs och underhålls av en långvarig bosatta i st. Augustine.

Condo inkluderar:

Direkt havet enhet erbjuder en otrolig direkt havsutsikt !!!! Beläget i St. Augustine Florida på vacker halvmåne strand. Nationen äldsta staden erbjuder några av ländernas största historia, attraktioner och orörd strand. Utrustad med gratis WiFi, kabel-TV, sover 2 till 4 personer. Incheckning är 15:00 och checka ut 11:00.

Vi är stolta över att vara en av de få enheterna i byggnaden med diskmaskin! Skräpspåsar, diskmedel, handtvål, diskmedel, grundläggande rengöringsmedel, en kvast och dammsugare. Servis, bageri, brödrost och alla redskap. Skivbrädor, kolsängar, glasögon och köksredskap. Vi tillhandahåller också en kaffebryggare med kaffe, creamer och socker. Det finns extra skåputrymme och förvaring för personliga matvaror. Måltider tillhandahålls inte.

Sovrummet har en lyxig QUEEN säng med kudde övermadrass, platt skärm väggmonterad DVD-spelare, stor garderob och hyllor. Det finns lådor och förvaring av mindre föremål. Alla sängkläder för både queen size-sängen och bäddsoffa finns. (platta och monterade lakan, örngott, täcken, filtar och extra sängkläder för din bekvämlighet).

Matbord, platt skärm väggmonterad TV med DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet. Takfläktar i både vardagsrum och sovrum. Uteplatsstolar och bord på stor privat balkong. 2 solstolar tillhandahålls.

Badrum med golv till tak kaklat dusch. Bad, handdukar, ansiktsdukar, badlakan och hårtork. Papper handdukar, toalettpapper och bar tvål ingår också. För veckovisa och månatliga vistelser behövs ytterligare pappersprodukter. Det finns gott om skåputrymme och förvaring för dig och dina gäster toalettartiklar.

Perect getaway from the cold winter weather.

We had beautiful weather. Chris was very helpful answering all my questions. Check in was great!! Loved the pool and of course the wonderful ocean and views. Would definitely stay there again!!

The owner contacted us as needed and connected with us before our stay. The condo was very quiet and clean. It was conveniently located on the beach. Would stay again!!!!

Nice condo, complex not so much.

On a three city historic towns trip, we looked forward to spending some relaxing time on the beach in the middle of our trip. The condo itself was nicely renovated, clean and comfortable and as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the views of the sunrises and ocean from the deck. The pool area was very nice though we did not partake. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was awesome with plenty of hot water. Everything needed was supplied. It was nice to have the second TV in the bedroom to watch while relaxing after a busy day. The unit has a/c wall units in the living area and bedroom, a bit noisy but not too bad, and they cooled the unit well. The location was great, plenty of grocery stores aound and convenient to drive to St. Augustine while being away from the busyness. Which leads me to our only complaints. There was a lot of renovation going on at the complex. Being an older complex and after two recent hurricanes one understands this necessity, however I feel that the guests should be made aware of these taking place before being expected to dish out this kind of money to endure the mess and inconvenience. There was a lot of noise, dust from the grinding and sandblasting all over our vehicle despite parking as far from the construction as possible each day and it was from early in the morning till early evening. Dust covered the elevator and stairs area, it was hard to breath, we had to go from one end of the complex to the side that had the least mess. Painting was also taking place on the exterior. It was difficult to unload and load back up in the mess with construction all around that area. No instructions or apologies for the mess to guests staying there other than signs in the elevator recommending that you wear masks and eye protection while around the construction. Really?? So much for a relaxing stay and don't plan on using the laundry there. We had to use the one farthest from our unit because construction dust and debri was in the other one. After several trips back and forth and about $14.00 in quarters, the dryer finally finished drying the loads. Other than that we really did enjoy the condo minus the stress and almost getting a construction nail in our tire, and would stay there again except for the inconsideration of our time and money spent on a less than peaceful stay.

overall the property was amazing and her stay was amazing

the property and the location were all amazing I would like to add though the listing did not mention anything about construction or the patio with the ocean view being obstructed due to construction however when I requested the stay the property owner did contact me and make me aware that the balcony would not be able to be accessed and the view would be obstructed due to construction, i was okay with that and went ahead and booked. there was loud drilling at about 7:30 a.m. in the morning from the construction right outside the balcony window which was a bit annoying but other than that I would recommend this place preferably when construction ends, the property owner was also very amazing overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to return ❤️

Excellent Property

We had an excellent stay at the condo! Very nice and well kept, wonderful view of the ocean off the balcony! Even though other people were around you, it was very quiet, we didn’t realize we had people on either side of us! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to visit! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a get away for just 2 people!

Great place to stay

The condo is perfect for two people. Everything about the condo was nice. We had beautiful weather while we were there and got to enjoy the beach almost every day. I think maybe the only thing we wished was different was that the washer/dryer were inside the condo but even that wasn't a big deal. Not sure if we'll stay again but we really did enjoy our stay.

The condo was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. When I asked the owner a question he was very quick to respond. I definitely recommend this property. The condo came equipped with everything we needed. The pool was very nice and it is right on the beach. We had an awesome experience.

Amazing Honeymoon

My new husband and I got married and headed straight for the condo! We had an amazing time in this little condo perfect for just the two of us. It was close enough to St. Augustine to do everything we wanted, but far enough away were out of the hustle and bustle of downtown St. Augustine. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon and can't wait to go back!

Great stay, professional owner and beautiful view! What more could you ask for?

Clean, updated unit with a spectacular view and plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed watching the surf in the daytime and looking at the stars while we listened to the waves at night. There is really nothing more therapeutic! Owner is professional and very responsive to questions and anything that may come up. We can't wait to book again!

Everything you need

My husband and I loved our stay here. We come to St. Augustine regularly and I was very pleased to find this condo. It's affordable and it did not have the long minimum stay requirements that are common at beach condos during the season. The view was wonderful and, although the place was fairly full, it was very quiet. Also there were a lot of guests with dogs, but I never heard any barking. It is also right next door to my favorite St. Aug. beach restaurant - South Beach Grill. We will be back!!

Great place for our honeymoon.

We loved staying here on our honeymoon. It was beautiful to walk out onto the balcony and be right by the water watching the sunrise. The place itself was very clean and perfect for 2 people. The owner was very helpful throughout the whole process. We are already talking about planning another trip back down there. Our only complaint would be the beach chairs and umbrella provided were getting run down and the umbrella was actually partially broken when we tried to use it. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Would Highly Recommend

My husband and I decided to take a quick weekend getaway with our 8 month old daughter. I wanted to stay directly on the beach and this place was perfect. The views was BEAUTIFUL! The condo was clean which is always a plus for me. Chris was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. St. Augustine has become one of my favorite places to visit. My only complaint is the queen size bed ONLY because we had our daughter.

Nice place, good location but more information should be included about the surrounding area.

The accommodations were simple and clean for the most part. Owner should take feedback on the curtains in the living and bedroom seriously. Too small and need to be black out. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job on the deck.and a fan on the deck would be great addition.
