VÄr stuga ligger pÄ 2. 5 hektar tunnland som innehÄller fasad pÄ den nordvÀstra stranden av vackra Lake Dunmore. Stugan har tvÄ sovrum pÄ andra vÄningen. De levande och matsalarna har vacker trÀpanel. En propanvÀrmare finns i vardagsrummet för att hÄlla dig varm nÀr vÀdret Àr coolt. Badrummet Àr modernt. Köket Àr vÀlutrustat med krukor, kokkÀrl, tallrikar, modernt gasutrymme och ugn, mikrovÄgsugn, kylskÄp och köksredskap. VÄrt omslag, skÀrmad veranda erbjuder ett idealiskt lÀge för att njuta av utsikten över de gröna bergen pÄ motsatta stranden av sjön eller att slappna av och fÄnga pÄ sommarlÀsningen. Det rena vattnet för stugan tillhandahÄlls av en vÀl belÀgen fastighet. Vi erbjuder gratis trÄdlöst internet. VÄrt utomhusdÀck har ett picknickbord, flera Adirondack stolar och en gasgrill.

VÄra nivÄ 2. 5 skogsbevuxna hektar ger enkel tillgÄng till stugan och sjön och ocksÄ mer integritet Àn det kan vara tillgÀngligt pÄ andra mindre fastigheter. Uppkörningen ligger precis bredvid stugan. VÄr sjöfront Àr cirka 100 meter frÄn stugan och Àr tillgÀnglig via vÄr privata vÀg. They call this a cabin, but this is more a rustic house in my opinion, but maybe because I don't have a great opinion of cabins in general, lol. The fenced in yard was perfect for my pug dogs. I was shocked at how well stocked this place was. They had items in the kitchen that I didn't know existed. I only slept in one of the beds, but it was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy and so nice. If this is available for next year's event weekend, I'll reserve again.

Fantastic getaway

Visiting family in Vermont, very charming place to stay, quaint, quiet, fun in the lake, grandkids visited, great cookout, although the steps to the one bedroom were challenging for my handicapped wife, never thought a futon would be so comfortable, especially for me, at 6’2”, 260 lbs, it was great, we had loads of fun, short trips to restaurants, and another visit to Tom and Jerry’s, thanks so much, it was awesome, will be back!

Great place and neighborhood

What a great place to stay close to Middlebury college. My wife and I were visiting our son at Middlebury college. We brought our Labrador Retriever. What a great dog friendly neighborhood! Brian was very accommodating and even let us check in hours early. It was great to have a fenced in yard. It's a quiet and beautiful neighborhood! We will always try to stay here when visiting our son.

Third Stay & Always a Great Time

My partner, dogs, and I just got home from our third vacation at this cabin on Lake Dunmore. We always feel welcome and right at home, love the cozy cabin vibes, and spending as much time at the lake or hanging out on the porch to take in the Green Mountains. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

Wonderful stay!

Lovely property - we had a dog and the property is well fenced so we could just let her out to explore - which was good because sadly it rained a lot while we were there. We made the best of it and explored the area - lovely place to "come home to" every day!

Just a really comfortable place. You can hang out at the dining table or front porch, classic. The view from the actual floating dock is one of the best on the lake.

Such a great time!

We had an amazing time at Lake Dunmore - the house was excellent for our 5 year old and 8 month old and our dog really loved the fenced in back yard. We loved it!

Cabin by the lake !

Beautiful area for short 4 day stay . Cabin was clean and cozy. Well stocked for pretty much anything . Only dislike was the bedroom was in a loft area with narrow steps , and a bit tough to navigate in the middle of the night when the restroom was needed . Loved the quaintness otherwise .

Vermont week vacation

We met Polly at the house for a quick meet and greet and orientation. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Grocery stores, shops, etc. are a brief drive. Enjoyed hearing the geese and owls and watching the mist rise from the water in the morning. Would happily visit again!

Relaxing and restorative stay with dogs

Couldn’t be happier with this quaint, charming cabin. Loved the wood floors , screened porch , and mostly the large fenced yard and the dock for ball throwing with our goldens . The area is so peaceful and quiet this time of year . Took a hike around silver lake . Loved every moment of this fall getaway , hoping to come back again.Many Thanks to the hosts !

It’s just
 fine

The place is just ok. The ceilings are under 7 feet. There’s a lot of stuff in the cabin ranging from kid gates to high chairs to uninstalled window unit A/C to many pots piled on top of the fridge. There were dishes in the sink when we arrived (probably clean?). The hand soap in the bathroom was empty. It just didn’t really meet a standard beyond
 fine. Would not recommend.

Great place to relax

It was like a home away from home. Everything you needed was there. A grill was available, there was a store nearby. Nice cozy place to hang out. A small walk to the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Fall Lake Stay

Our small family thoroughly enjoyed our fall lake stay at this cabin. We were close to hikes, corn mazes, farms (e.g. Billings) and had a comfortable base. Plenty of kitchen space and fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The porch was awesome for coffee and cocoa. We took a few spins in the canoe out on the lake, too. Absolutely everything we needed was here!

what a lake camp should be

the most relaxing place and good to be at for our summer break. with dining room windows and porch door open it is open and quiet. great kitchen for cooking. out on the floating dock is about the best viewpoint to see the lake.

the true cottage vibe

The place is about exactly what you think of when you think of a camp to relax at. Really good kitchen and a really open feel to the dining area and porch. Great for sleeping. Possibility to get a good shorter run/walk in without having to go out on a highway. Walking distance to general store. And the floating dock gives you about the best view of the lake anywhere.

Perfect Fall Getaway

This cozy cabin was just right for us and our five year old boxer. The location was great - just steps away from Lake Dunmore, Branbury State Park, tons of hiking trails and only six miles from Middlebury. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. Our dog loved the fenced in yard too. The owner Brian was easy to work with and very accommodating. We hope to rent again.
