Familjevänligt havsutsikt hem - halv kvarter till stranden (husdjur beaktas)

Bara 100 meter från Manzanita-stranden är vårt hus perfekt beläget och välutrustat för en avkopplande och bekväm resa. Det finns ingen anledning att köra när du kommer hit, bara parkera din bil och njuta av stranden och staden. Se och höra havet från det expansiva främre däck och vardagsrummet. Ta en kort promenad ner till slutet av gatan till stranden. Downtown är så nära att du kan gå eller cykla till restauranger, kaféer, livsmedelsbutik, vinbar, yogastudio, spa och butiker.

Huset och köket är fullt utrustade med nästan allt du behöver. Interiören har färsk färg och det finns nya marmoleumgolv och mattor överallt. Det finns en stor trädgård och utanför gatuparkering för högst 3 fordon.

Delat mellan två våningar kan huset enkelt rymma två familjer. Den lägre nivån har 1 drottning sovrum, 1 badrum och en stor familj / rec rum med extra sovplats för 2 (dubbla rulla). Den har också en egen TV / DVD / Nintendo, plus massor av spel, pussel, böcker och en vedpelletsugn för att göra det mysigt. Det finns också ett tvättstuga och dörr till trädgården.

På övervåningen är ett stort öppet område som omfattar kök, matplats och vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet har en stor skärm Roku HD TV / DVD-spelare och Wifi. Flera överdrivna soffor (inklusive en bäddsoffa) och stolar gör det till en bekväm plats att umgås. Matsalen har plats för 8.

Det finns 2 drottning sovrum (övervåningen) plus ett badrum med dusch / badkar. Det finns ett annat däck på baksidan av huset som vetter mot söder och får gott om ljus på morgonen; perfekt för en al fresco frukost eller lunch.

Det bifogade garaget har en gas-BBQ som kan rullas ut under däck, så det är lämpligt att använda vid dåligt väder. Det finns cyklar, strandstolar, drakar, leksaker och spel för att hålla dig upptagen. Vi har också några boogie-brädor för de mer äventyrliga, men vi ber dig om att ta hand om vår utrustning.

Husdjur betraktas från fall till fall med en extra avgift för husdjur ($ 75 min avgift, beror på vistelsens längd) så länge de är väl uppförde och deras ägare städa upp allt som finns kvar på gården eller på stranden.

Maximal beläggning 8. Ytterligare gäster kan accepteras med ägarens godkännande. Avgift för extra personer kommer att tillkomma.

The absolute perfect spot in Manzanita

The location of this house simply cannot be beat. Just a half a block from the sand, the huge front deck has a stunning ocean view; everything you want without noisy cars passing by.The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, lots of room at the dining room table, and a very cozy living room to hang out in. Add a short walk into town to the mix, and it really is the perfect spot.

Manzanita beach time

Excellent location to the beach and downtown Manzanita. The ability to walk to everything is wonderful. Property is well stocked with games and entertainment for the whole family. We enjoyed our visit!

Great place at Mazanita

We had a great time in this very comfortable home. It is spacious and well equipped. Owner was easy to communicate with. Mazanita is a busy place but this is just far enough off the main drag to be very quiet yet close to everything.

Amazing beach house

We were so happy to find that the description of the house matched to what was stated. The location was amazing for us with quick and easy access to the beach and the ability to walk to shops/restaurants. The house had more than enough room for us and the decks were an extra special bonus.

Quiet Getaway

Great location in Manzanita. It’s 30 min drive to Seaside if you wanted to spend a day shopping; 3 min walk to the beach. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you might need.

Memorial Day long weekend trip

We travelled with our 2 children and met up with their aunt. We had an awesome trip. The home was spacious and could easily accommodate more than our party of 5. Everything is close and walkable beach, town, shops. The town of Manzanita is inviting and fun. There are plenty of shops to explore and places to eat. You are also so close to the beach. Would stay again and would recommend.

Perfect for families and great location!

Perfect location- close to the beach and a quick walk to town. You can see the ocean from the deck and listen to the waves as you fall asleep! Heaps of puzzles and games for after a long day at the beach or out surfing! We also enjoyed the use of bikes for everyone. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen gadgetry for everyone! Thanks for a great place to stay :)

Great house- perfect location

We enjoyed our long weekend stay. Location is perfect. Just 1/2 block to cross the road to the beach. Can see a sliver of the ocean from the giant front deck. Just a few blocks to walk to Laneda. House very week supplied with kitchen items, beach toys and wide variety of bikes you can ride on the beach !! We were great ful to have a place to bring our pup along. Communication with host- excellent. We will be back!!

Beach fun.

Nice house close to the beach. Very clean, well stocked, but had a small ant problem. Sliding deck doors very difficult to open and close. Bikes listed but not operable. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bath and one roll of paper towels. Host requests to start laundry but no laundry soap. Did enjoy our stay but a few minor details would have made ot better.

Wonderful, relaxing trip!

We were lucky to find this house in Manzanita for a last minute birthday getaway! Beach access is right down the street and the deck provides a view of the ocean and sunsets. We had everything we needed and a lot of space to spread out and just relax. A couple small deferred maintenance things but nothing that interfered with our enjoyment of the property in any way. Erica is a wonderful host and very responsive - thank you for a great birthday! 😁

Outstanding (as usual)

This is our second time renting Erica‘s beautiful beach house at Manzanita. Previously, we stayed with our daughter and two grandchildren. My husband and I popped in for an impromptu two-night stay and Erica made it happen in a days notice. This rental is less than half a block to the beach. As others have stated, you can see/hear The beach and surf from the second floor front Deck. Everything is immaculate. We will stay again. Potential renters: we hope you stay with Erica! She’s an attentive, easy-to-work-wirh host; and the individual she has clean does a thorough and expert job.

Thank you for an amazing week!

This house is incredible. It essentially has two separate living areas great for older children and/or family. It is very well equipped and stocked. Although we didn't use them, the garage was filled with anything you needed for fun on the sand, in the surf, or around town. The beds are super comfy and clean. games and DVDs are stocked. The wifi worked well. I really couldn't find anything negative to say. The hose next to the house was perfect for rinsing our surf boards, wet suits, and feet. This is a very special place with a great location. Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Lovely beach house meets all family needs

This charming beach house is very homey but not homely. It is on a quiet street that is both close to the beach (less than 3-minute walk) and city center (about 10-minute walk). Our extended family of five: grandparents, mom, two kids, enjoyed a relaxing stay. The home is clean and has lots of movies, games, puzzles for family fun. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfy. The mud room by the back door has a second refrigerator and large size washer and dryer, which is very clean convenient! We appreciated the beach toys, chairs, wagon, boogie boards, bikes, etc., in the garage. The place has all you will need for a great visit. There is a small ant issue, apparently very recent. But, it is contained in a small area upstairs, and after a quick clean up a couple times a day, not an issue at all. We highly recommmed this home.

Cleanliness

Although I don’t think this is the owners fault, I do think the cleaning people are not as thorough as they were the first time we stayed there. Dirty glasses were left by the bed, we cleaned the refrigerator and the deck and chairs could use some power washing to remove winter mold. The main issue was my allergies to cats. I spent the entire time sick from cat dander. There was always hair on our socks as we do not wear shoes in the house... I do know that I will always ask in the future VRBOs, if there have been cats. Lastly, the beds are just old. No one slept well. We love the location but hope the owners put some TLC into there property for future guests.

Great Summer beach house experience

We’ve stayed at many different places in Manzanita over the last 10 years and this house is as good as any of them. It’s very close to the beach, a pleasant walk to shops, restaurant, coffee etc and also quiet in morning and evening. We are two couples and two kids who have vacationed together many times and this place worked very well for us as it provided both privacy and space for both adults AND kids. There is a bathroom and bedroom(s) on both floors which is ideal in that respect. Adults had the upstairs and the kids had the downstairs – we all got together for breakfast and dinner and gathered round the big living room table for dinner or games and then retired to the deck, downstairs or wherever. We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen is well suited for that with no lack of pots, pans, cutlery, accoutrements, spices, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc etc. The garage is well equipped with bikes, boogie boards, wetsuits, a kite, a grill and pretty much all you could need is available. There was even a drawer of funky sunglasses, blankets and additional towels and bed sheets if you needed them. If you want to watch old VHS videos or enjoy a library of fun DVDs or stream Roku services you can do all that. The sheltered main deck is a great place to hang and enjoy the view, the tree level surroundings, check out the passersby or just sit and enjoy the outside vibe at any time of day. Notable: The art work in the house is eclectic and beach house funky – to be enjoyed. The TV upstairs is a Roku set up – you need a UN and PW to stream content – (If network or cable is available instructions for remotes would be a plus) The kids accessed the TV downstairs and it worked fine for them in the evening and enjoyed all the games down there too (There’s a TON of them) A classic Manzanita Beach house that we’d go back to for sure.
