Denna nymålad 2 sovrum, 2 badrum, 1,110 kvadratmeter Gulf Front condo ligger direkt på Indian Rocks Beach. Uppdaterat kök med rostfria vitvaror och nya bänkskivor och alla bekvämligheter i hemmet för att njuta av en hemlagad måltid eller använd grillgrillen för att förbereda din färska fångst.

I Master Suite kommer du att njuta av en king size-säng, klädkammare och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har enkelsängar. Kabel-TV i båda sovrummen samt en storskärms-TV i vardagsrummet med en DVD-spelare för att titta på din favoritfilm medan du njuter av en natt hemma som lyssnar på ljudet av vågkraschen på stranden. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för utökad familj. Håll kontakten med WI / FI i hela lägenheten eller strömma din favorit Netflix-show. Perfect location

This condo was perfect! We were traveling with 2 small kids and the location couldn’t have been better. The house was very clean and very well stocked. From reading the reviews we knew the pool was small, but for our kids it was just right. You cannot beat the view, perfect sunset every single night!

Phenomenal place & location

The unit is beautiful, very clean & well stocked, even a small cooler. Any questions were responded to quickly. It's a small complex so you're not sharing the pool or beach with hundreds of people. Only 1 small issue, It was my daughter's senior year spring break, treated a few of her friends, who were staying near by, to a quick lunch, once. I'm sure you're aware when you get girls together they can get loud quickly, giggling & talking over each other. I promptly told them to quite down. Within minutes it was reported to the owner. She handled it great! Just keep in mind its a small 6 unit building so any loud activity may cause a issue.

The condo was so clean and the decor was so cute.. The views of the Gulf were just amazing. We couldn’t get enough of just sitting out on the balcony and listening to the ocean. The proximity to everything was so convenient. We walked everywhere! Sue was very responsive and couldn’t appreciate it more!

Cleaning Fees have become nightmares

I do not mind making sure the place isn't a mess when I leave...such as garbage out and dishes in dishwasher but to paid a large cleaning fee and then have to basically clean the place before I leave (and I had and early flight so was up at 4 cleaning) makes me rethink staying in VRBO's.. I'm thinking I get more bank for the buck at a nice hotel with all the amenities. No coffee sugar tea or sugar.

The easy and quick access to the beach, along with the convenience of several restaurants within walking distance keeps us coming back. The beach view from the condo is one of our favorite things about it. This year God painted some of the most BEAUTIFUL sunsets ,making the evenings even better. Thanks to Sue and her team for welcoming us back each year and helping us make some great memories. We are already looking forward to next year!

Beautiful Condo, beautiful beachfront view!

We knew it was going to be a great stay when we walked into the condo! It smelled of clean laundry and we got an excellent view of the Gulf of America right from the doorway! Restaurants, ice cream, and shops all within walking distance! We'll definitely be back soon!

My daughter and her children loved this location and couldn’t condo right on the beach. The tall balcony chairs were definitely a plus! The amenities in the condo were appreciated, especially the unit’s washer and dryer. They definitely hope to stay there again! Thank you for a great week at Indian Rocks Beach!
