Location was excellent! The bed was comfortable and kitchen well appointed! Decor was a lovely classic retro-Hawaiian. The fans and AC were perfect for the unusually hot week! Bring your favorite soap and shampoo if you plan to take lots of showers!

Very nice vintage apartment- it’s not “vintage” styled it’s genuinely vintage! If you want a modern condo this is not your place, but if you’re looking for a nice beach cottage you’ll love it! It’s not directly on the beach, but does indeed have great beach access! Some other users complained about the noise, but yeah, you’re at the entrance to a really popular beach! The noise was there but didn’t bother us at all!They had a great selection of boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and snorkeling gear. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil needed… and a few spices too!The communication with the host was very short and to the point. But friendly :)Thank you!

It could have had more teaspoons and the carpet needed cleaning as did the curtains. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance which is nice. The access to the beach was great and so close. We met a lot of nice people including the host, Derek.

What a perfect little spot to land in Kīhei, right on Charlie Young Beach! The studio has everything you need with the perk of a very comfortable bed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, sipping our coffee. We loved lounging under the Palm Trees, listening to life on Maui. We can’t wait to go back!
The neighbors come for a visit.
I could sit here all day, everyday.
The best mornings on the balcony.

Great spot near Charlie Young Beach ... location, location, location!! Cute studio that had all the necessary kitchenware and supplies for our stay. Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and birds. So relaxing!

It's uniquely situated on the ocean side of South Kihei Road, walking distance to amenities and just steps away from Charlie Young Beach. It's a busy corner and neighborhood, a bit of noise on weekends, but the mornings are quiet and nice and walk a great place to go for a walk! The hosts are awesome and helpful. The property is "vintage." Not shiny and new! The AC works great, and the views to the west are great, mountains, the sunsets, and you hear the waves from the Pacific crashing in at night.

We had a great time here- the location is hard to beat, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to the main drag and many amenities. The host was great, very welcoming, and it was a great touch to offer beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers for us to use during our stay. The studio suite itself was well equipped, clean and suited our needs perfectly. As others have said, there’s a bit of street noise, but we used earplugs and had zero issues, slept great. Would definitely return and can highly recommend.

Awesome Place

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks beginning of MayIt was perfect for what we were looking for. Proximity to Charlie Young Beach and the rest of Kihei's beaches as well as Mckenna State Park. Shops, restaurants and a pub all walking distance. Derrick the owner was very helpful and knowledeable with the area and historyWe will be back!

Lovely condo

Had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo right on the beach… Perfect amount of amenities nearby and the place was very very clean. Highly recommend would absolutely stay there again… Sad to be leaving Maui looking forward to returning..

Love this beachfront condo

Always great to stay here. I'm about 2 houses down from where my son lives and this condo is just perfect when I'm in Kihei. Close to everything and the little deck overlooking Charlie Young Beach is the best. This place is my first choice when looking for a place to stay in Kihei.

Locations, location, location

You couldn’t get a better location, right on the beach, beautiful! The place is vintage, which is good, only problem is the windows are very thin so hear the street beside and the neighbours. Would definitely stay there again.
