Nice views, good updated kitchen. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms could use updating, Lots of beach gear and towels which were great. AC worked well. Pool was nice but it is on the parking lot side and no view of beach. Hot tub not very hot. Not really walkable to anything. Must drive or uber. Patio door is extremely difficult to open or close.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review...always appreciated. The deck door has been adjusted and is working smoothly now. We have several restaurants within walking distant, 2 are right next door. There is also a free shuttle service which runs up and down the island every day and evening. Again, thank you. The window view was dreamy. The walk to the sand was short and easy. Gated parking was nice especially during the 4th of July weekend when the island was packed. Lots of little extras for the beach were stored in the laundry closet which was a pleasant surprise. The couches were comfy for watching World Cup games together. The TV is old school but we brought a Roku to plug in so we could still cast to the TV from apps. Lots of cooking gadgets and cookware in the kitchen. We had no problem making meals while there. We have stayed in nicer, more high end places, but all in all the accommodations here were very affordable and comfortable.

The property was a great location, views and beach access. We enjoyed our stay with the condo being super cute, beachy, well-appointed, clean and fun. I highly recommend.

The ocean views were amazing and not having anyone next to you on the west side was great. It was great walking the beach, just to walk or walk to a restaurant was super convenient. Also, the host was very responsive to questions.

We had such a wonderful stay during our recent trip to South Padre Island! Every morning we were able to watch dolphins right from our balcony — truly the highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, with the beach and jetties just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun, sand, and scenery.We also loved trying out the local restaurants — so much great food nearby! Overall, the place was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location

The condo location is at the end of the strip of condo buildings/resorts making it nice to walk down the beach a little and have more space to yourself. Condo is roomy and washer/dryer is convenient!

Best Family Summer Vacation!!!

This property made us feel like we were at home. It has everything you need.The views of the beach are priceless and the living space is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked and ready for cooking meals. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great for small kids!

Check in was so easy. The codes were all easy to use and the parking was convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the big pantry was an extra plus. We really appreciated the extra beach towels and sand toys and the short walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach.

the place was great! Had an amazing view and very comfortable stay. There were some Wi-Fi issues, but they were able to fix them after a day or so.

The comforts of home and an amazing view

We loved our stay at Sea Vista! The condo is so charming and has all the amenities you need to feel comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing as is the pool! We had a great time, and would stay again!

Beautiful location on the ocean

Great location with an awesome view of the ocean. Very family friendly with helpful employees on site. We had an amazing time with bug bites being the only problem we encountered…everything is bigger in Texas even the mosquitoes!
