Vår "Newley Remodel" lägenhet ligger inbäddat på den tropiska marken i The Tiki Condos. En rymlig lägenhet med ett öppet koncept och vilsam strandinredning. Nyligen ombyggd i hela lägenheten inklusive två takfläktar. Köket har en sju fotig granitbar med plats för fyra. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla nya apparater och bekvämligheter för att rymma fyra gäster. Ett rymligt sovrum med en bekväm queen size-säng, byrå, två nattställningar och en skidstol i läder. Murphy Bed (Queen) i vardagsrummet, detta ger integritet för två separata sovrum. Två smarta TV-apparater, en 40 "i vardagsrummet och en 32" i sovrummet. Blackout-draperier för att hålla solen ute på en lat morgon. Strandhanddukar, badlakan, lakan och kuddar tillhandahålls. Kabel (direkt-TV) sex kanaler med HBO, ESPN och WIFI. Balkong med plats för fyra, och en däckbox inklusive strandutrustning (solstolar och iskista). Du hittar vår lägenhet i den sista byggnaden närmast stranden, men inte vid stranden (bara några steg från stranden). Perfect location for Beach and Birding

Check-In was easy. Good communication with host. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Just steps away from the beach and the beautiful warm pool. We brought our bird watching grandson and couldn't have been better location across the street from the birding center.

Easter getaway

My family and I had a wonderful Easter getaway. The condo was a perfect location right on the beach and was perfectly stocked with everything needed for a relaxing trip. Sherrie was very responsive especially since we were arriving after check in time. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the 2 beds were and how fully stocked the kitchen was. We loved the condo and will definitely be back.

Steps Away from the Beach

We loved the proximity to the beach. Very convenient to the convention center and conference activities at nearby hotels. Plenty of room for a couple to relax.

Great stay!

This is one of the nicest units at the Tiki and probably all of SPI! The condo had everything that we needed and was beautifully decorated. The property owner was very responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Great Stay

Me and my family really enjoyed our time in South Padre. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group. It was an easy check in process. We loved being able to go to the beach so easily but yet not too far of a walk after being out. Sherrie was great when needed for anything and was always quick to respond.

Great property!

Beautiful property with green vegetation in the inner courtyard, around pool. Close to beach and pool. Loved being right by the fireworks at Clayton’s. Loved the layout of the condo with the large kitchen island, large sectional with electric recliners, and the murphy bed. Perfect use of space. Enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Week!

The condo was perfect for our relaxing week at the beach. We have stayed at this property a few years in a row. It's so comfortable and clean. We love the murphy bed. Its accomdates our small family of 3. And look forward to staying next year again!

Perfect Getaway

The condo was absolutely wonderful. It really felt like home away from home. The hosts had everything to make a short stay into a fantastic homey experience. They went above and beyond to provide us timely information and recommendations. My favorite part, was that we could walk right up to the beach! First I can tell you the host was awesome with communication. They were very nice tot all to and concerned for my well being due to the hurricane. Beach getaway

We stayed at the Tiki condos and had a great time. The condo was on the beach and was very convenient for the family to set up on the beach and back into the condo if needed. Our host Sherrie was very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. She was there to answer questions and gave us information about the local area. She was amazing and made our stay a lot easier. The condo was clean and was one the closest rooms to the beac and the swimming pool. The family had a great time and will definitely be back again.

MN fall break

This was our second year staying at this condo and as last year, was perfect. The owners are so kind and accommodating and available should you need them, which we didn't. Going to Be a Regular

We stayed here for 4 nights/5 days and what a perfect stay! This host has thought of everything and keeps in constant contact to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is spacious for four adults with a bedroom and the Murphy bed. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept great. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has much storage for food that you bring to prepare. The pool was clean and we enjoyed that it was open till 11 to swim in during the evening. The fireworks on Friday and Saturday were a plus! My favorite part was the 90 steps it took to get my feet in that beautiful sand to experience the water. This condo and it’s owners were absolutely wonderful. We have found our new getaway place no doubt. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for giving us a vacation to remember. See you soon!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The tropical grounds was the main contributing factor to purchase this property. The unit is very close to the beach, actual just steps from the beach. We liked the convenience of the location. We can take a short walk to the Hilton Garden Inn to pick up a cup of Starbucks coffee. We enjoy our coffee on our morning walk on the beach. Claytons provides music in the evening. There are fireworks on the beach every Friday and Saturday night (9:15) in the summer. They are fabulous!
