Tiki # 234 ägs av Jackie och Jim Gallup. Tiki # 234 är en av endast 12 Tiki condos som vetter mot stranden direkt. Nyligen ombyggd, det är bland de bästa Tiki Condos och Gallup erbjuder det till lägsta priset på någon direkt BeachFront Tiki Condo. Det ligger bort från Clayton Beach Bar och byggandet av det nya Marriott Hotel.

Vår direkta Beachfront Tiki # 234 Condo har den bästa stranden vyer på SPI. Inte bara en delvis strandutsikt från ett strandkomplex, vi har spektakulär utsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Båda sovrummet och vardagsrummet är öppet till 20 ft balkong genom nya skjutbara altandörrar som håller enheten tyst. En trappa till lugn och ro med en direkt panoramautsikt över den ständigt föränderliga Mexikanska golfen. Titta på soluppgången och lyssna på vågorna från våra nya barhöjdstolar eller från ditt sovrum.

Condo har en king size-säng i sovrummet och 2 fåtöljer och drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns ett uppgraderat kök och ombyggd bad med duschkabin. Vi har 2 plattskärms-TV, Wi-Fi och kabel med 6 HBO-kanaler. Vi tillhandahåller sängkläder, bad och strandhanddukar och ett fullt utrustat kök. The Condo har diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, hårtork, takfläktar, avfuktare och mycket mer.

Lägenhets sovrummet innehåller ett nytt inbyggt skrivbord och byrå med 30 + lådor och 12 fot hängareutrymme. Om denna lägenhet inte är tillgänglig för de datum du behöver, överväga vårt andra Tiki Condominium (Tiki # 140 och VRBO # 838470). Denna lägenhet på bottenvåningen är ett stort (750 kvm) ett sovrum enhet 25 steg från stranden. Tiki # 140 är också billigare än vår Direct Beachfront Tiki # 234.

Familjevänliga Tiki Condominium ligger vid norra änden av SPI. Över Padre Blvd är Sea Turtle Inc. och SPI Birding and Nature Center. (Se bild av sköldpaddsfrisättning.) I närheten finns golf på SPI Golf Club i Laguna VIsta, Gladys Porter Zoo i Brownsville, SPI: s Schlitterbahn Water Park och besöker Mexiko vid Progresso gränsövergång. Family Time

Beach Front Beach Front Beach Front!! My family and I had an amazing time. The Views and Atmosphere here at the TIKI are on another Level. The morning jogs/bike rides cannot be beat on this island. South Padre Island is my Second Home, and I plan to be a permanent resident as soon as I retire from my business in Houston Tx. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Perfect Condo and Location on SPI

The condo was perfect for us. It was lightly refreshed and very clean. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay on SPI this is an excellent choice. Our stay was over the July 4th weekend and even with Clayton’s Beach Bar about 200 yards away the noise on July 4th from all the beach goers and music was minimal when the sliding doors were closed. The Tiki condo complex is well kept, has security checking for parking passes and wristbands to ensure those on the property should be there. The Tiki front desk quickly checked us in and explained where the laundry room, libraries, pools, and larger trash bins were located.

Restful Retreat

We came to unwind and enjoy ourselves. I had a family member die in December, and I have another relative with a terminal disease. It was nice to escape the real world and enjoy the sun, sea, and the crashing waves.

Prime beach location

Location is prime for beach experience. Next to Bar Louie and Clayton's is convenient for food and drinks while at the beach during the day. Had front row patio view for weekend fireworks at Bar Louie pier. Overall condo was good except for living room sofa bed & recliners. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and probably ready for a replacement and some electrical plugs weren't working properly. Everything else was good as advertised.

Great View

The condo was clean and in a good location. The beach view was awesome. Everything was good with 2 exceptions. We had an extremely hard time locking both sliding glass doors. The other thing was the condo really needs to be remodeled. Other than the shower and the flooring, everything else is really old. Too many personal decorations and pictures. Should be a lighter feeling inside. Total update needed.

Great views!

The best thing about this condo was that it was facing the beautiful Gulf and it allowed dogs. You could walk downstairs and be on the beach. Unfortunately, it was really dirty and gross; mold was in the bathroom, human hairs everywhere on the floor, linens weren’t clean, and the furniture was really old, worn, and stained. I read in the description that it had been remodeled, but it looked like it had been many, many years ago. Clayton’s and the Marriott next door were loud in the evenings, which was not what I understood from the description.

Response to property owner

I cleaned the property before we left and it was left as clean or cleaner than when we arrived. Disabled wife had spiked chocolate ice cream in the bed which I didn’t catch. ( my mistake) The owner claimed it was dog puke ( no dog) and claimed the condo was trashed. I was charged 200$. Didn’t mind paying for any ruined bedding but false allegations were concerning.

Great View

That about sums up the reason to stay at this condo….Great View…the place is old and if cleaned properly it would be a nice place to stay…the worst was having filthy floors in every room! We arrived when it was raining so we took our shoes off in condo and our socks where filthy within minutes of inspecting the area…I have no idea what Covid clean is but it ain’t what we walked into especially the bathroom…the kitchen faucet doesn’t swivel and is therefore stuck between the sink…just a few of the complaints..it rained almost all of our time there so we were stuck in a moldy smelling condo (you are not allowed to leave sliding doors open and have to keep a/c on even when it’s colder outside) not sure why that is? Don’t like leaving on a negative so I will repeat the condo has a Great View.

Great location

Condo is not fancy or contemporary but it is comfortable, had everything we needed, and best of all for us, was very close to the beach. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. We had a lovely stay.

Quiet and on the beach

Can't get any closer to the beach. Facing East, bright and hot on the balcony in the morning but afternoon/evening very nice. Despite two major bars next door, they are on the North side and this condo is on the South so heard nothing. It's an older place but nice. Really only in it for sleeping and breakfast.

Vacay prior to wedding in Corpus

Great location right on the beach with great view of beach from balcony. Good parking. Fireworks from hotel next door from adjacent pier! Plenty of storage and space. Felt homey.

Fun Relaxed stay.

Best location. Best view

This property is one of a dozen or so that face the beach, very rare and fun! It is on the second level which is also a plus. Living space is less than 1000 sq feet but is as advertised, a comfortable place to stay. Overall is in a great location with bars/restaurants next door. We will definitelyp stay here again!

Annual Fall trip to SPI

Condo was clean and comfortable with a direct ocean view. Jim and Jackie provided everything needed for a great stay, more than a lot of hosts. They were very efficient with communication, great hosts.

Perfect in every way

Wow! We loved everything about our stay here! The view and sound of the gulf is worth it all by itself, but there was so much more. We made good use of the beach equipment- chairs and umbrella. The air conditioning was so great and comfortable, though the breeze from the water makes the deck comfortable throughout the day. The bed is so comfortable! This is the first bed other than my own that let me sleep all night! The condo is clean, quiet, and well-stocked. We felt so relaxed and cannot wait to go back!
