Great Getaway Place!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here! The property is quiet and in a good location. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway!

Excellent place in a great town

Great location, clean, well stocked, responsive owner. Was terrific for myself and four adult kids for a Christmas get away w a couple of days skiing at Monarch- would definitely return.

Salida Winter Fun!

Loved the location! Very cozy condo & had everything we needed, plus more. Comfy beds & a well-stocked kitchen. We had a blast skiing & soaking in the hot springs.

Family gathering

The place was great. There are not any dressers, so we were working out of our suitcases for the long weekend, but everything was as advertised, and the place was well stocked. It was clean, lots of space, and extremely comfortable. I would stay again.

Salida Surprise

Pleasantly surprised by this well-taken care of home in Salida. Really appreciated the owner touches throughout including shampoo dispensers, easy front door smartlock, smart tv, utensils, AC… the list goes on. Well done!

Check in was seamless.Washer was disgusting.Pets had been on property and dog hair was on sheets. Outside area needed cleaned. Toilet needs to be repaired it ran, so it had to be manually shut off.

Summer vacation

This property for me and my family was perfect. Really nice condo close to hiking, rafting, and downtown Salida. The owner was extremely responsive. But I didn’t really have to bug him bc everything ready to go in the property.

Great modern condo in Salida

The location was great! The condo was new and updated. If the weather was better we would have loved the outdoor seating area. It has everything you could need.

Cute and comfortable condo

This was the perfect place to stay for our spring break vacation. We had 5 total people, 3 adults and 2 kids which was just right for this condo. It is very well kept and had all of the necessities that we needed so we didn’t have to worry about buying. Great time!

Excellent condo very close to Salida

The condo was very nice and a comfortable place to stay. The beds were excellent, the kitchen and living room area were great, and we loved sitting on the back patio. The condo is very close to the town center. Loved the foosball table as well!

Wonderful condo

We loved our stay in Salida. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The foosball table was extra fun for our competitive little family. The drive to the Riverwalk park and downtown shops & restaurants is super easy and quick, just a couple of minutes. We would love to stay here again soon!

Stay here!

This was a wonderfully relaxing visit to Salida. The property was spotless and the owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed the location—close enough to downtown to come back easily when we needed a break, but not in the middle of a busy street. Decor is tasteful and fun. We would stay there again!!

Stay again!

Clean, tastefully decorated, patio was a nice bonus to look out at the mountains. Lots of natural sun and Windows. Kitchen well equipped including the basic cooking condiments and more. Property manager was prompt at all times.
