PLATS: Oceanfront Kona Coast / Kailua-Kona, Big Island of Hawaii, USA. 25 minuter söder om Kona International Airport, inom gångavstånd från shopping, restauranger, biograf, och välkända Snorkling Beach, den Kahalu'u Beach Park bara två kvarter norr.
Boende: Lägenhet, Bldg 5-204 två sovrum, två badrum, andra våningen hörn. Detta är en mycket privat enhet. Ingen byggnad intill eller parkeringsplats utanför. Icke-rökare, tillåts inga husdjur. Nya platt-TV och obegränsad hög hastighet trådlöst kabel internet modem med en trådlös skrivare för din bärbara dator för att ge dig mer tid efter att surfa på nätet för att njuta av Kona. Ytterligare TV i andra sovrummet.

Alldeles vid havet, GATED: Kom och njut av paradiset i vårt andra hem. Vackert nyinredda, andra våningen, hörn med utsikt över havet och världsklass Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course underskrift hål. Mountain Course ligger intill. Från Lanai har du underbar fri utsikt över Kona Coast där du kan tycker om att titta på valar på vintern och delfiner året runt.

Oceanfront Keauhou-Kona Surf och Racquet Club ligger i en trädgård på 17 tunnland med tre upplysta tennisbanor och en swimmingpool. Det finns gas och kol grill och en utomhus picknickområde.

Vår lägenhet är vårt andra hem. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med utsikt över havet. Gästen Sovrummet har två enkelsängar med TV med utsikt över golfbanan. En rymlig matsal ligger i anslutning till vardagsrummet. Det finns en stor wrap-around Lanai för uteservering och fritidsaktiviteter där du kommer att uppleva den bästa kustnära vyer och solnedgångar.

Six stars!!!!!

The perfect spot, just amazing, no need to look further, this condo's got it all! Already with the views this condo offers it's a five star object, but everything else are great as well - clean, well maintainced, safe, good parking, tennis & snorkel equipments, nice beds, freezing cold beer glasses, and a lot more, all included. Best Homeaway stay so far, thanks a lot!!!

The views are spectacular being a corner unit with no condos to the left, and just the open ocean in back. We spent most of our time enjoying the wrap around Lanai, listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean view. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and well kept. Highly recommended and I am sure we will be back.

right on the ocean, huge deck with comfy furniture! we spent so much time outside and loved this location. condo really had everything you need. probably the most well equipped condo I have stayed in. the owner was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this condo!

Lovely condo in great location, panoramic ocean views. Only downside is that there is no AC & it did get quite warm a couple days without breezes. Fans in the unit are definitely helpful & not so bad when there is a nice breeze coming through. Morgan was prompt & helpful in answering questions & accommodating to needs.

Fantastic family stay

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. It is extremely spacious and well equipped and its position in the end building gave it that extra bit of privacy. The wrap-around lanai is the perfect place to sit and enjoy just watching and listening to the ocean, absolutely gorgeous! The location is fantastic, within easy reach of Kona and amenities like a supermarket right nearby. The check-in process was very easy and information provided by the host was clear and detailed. All the basics and more were provided and there is plenty of beach equipment that you can borrow! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay

This condo is sparkling clean and stocked with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the beach equipment. The full size washer and dryer is a plus. What really stands out is the corner location and the wrap around lanai. The corner location ensures quiet and privacy, as well as sprawling ocean views. There is plenty of seating and tables on the lanai where we had coffee each morning and watch the sunset each evening. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Clear communication with the owner. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. There is a shopping center with Longs Drugs, grocery store, coffee shop and several eateries just 5 minute drive away. Great snorkeling just half-mile north … we walked there but there is plenty of parking too. We would absolutely stay here again when back in the Big Island

Awesome place to stay

I can only say this was the best condo we have ever stayed at while in Hawaii. The view was amazing as seen in the pictures. The sound of the ocean is very soothing. My wife and I stayed 7 nights and had our breakfast and dinner at the condo all but 1 day. Why go to a restaurant that has a great view when you already have your own private spacious lanai to enjoy? The sunsets from the lanai were beautiful. The condo was very clean and had everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. It is updated very well with beautiful wooden floors and a great kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The condo does not have an air conditioner but does not need one as the ceiling fans and breeze kept the place very comfortable. The condo is a short walk to the KTA food market and the Keauhou shopping center. We will stay here again on our next trip to the big Island. We found a gem.

Amazing views and ocean breezes

My husband and I stayed here on our first trip to the Big Island and we will definitely be back. The lanai is spectacular overlooking the ocean. Kona town is 4.5 mile drive with snorkeling and beaches less than a mile away. We enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table at the property. It felt like a home away from home! The only negative is the unit has no A/C and it was humid while we were there so trying to get ready to go out got a little steamy at times. But sleeping with the windows open and fans on was quite comfortable. I’ll say it again - we’ll be back!

Great oceanfront condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The oceanfront location was the key selling point, and it didn’t disappoint! The unit’s middle floor location meant that we could hear our neighbors above us. The unit doesn’t have A/C but we managed to stay comfortable with the trade winds and ceiling fans.

Excellent appartement

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement qui a une vue splendide sur l'océan sur les 2 cotes de la terrasse. Mobilier neuf, appartement tres bien équipé a 3 min en voiture dune grande surface, 10 min du spot pour une plongee de nuit avec les raies manta et à 15 min du centre de Kona avec tous les restaurants bars et boutiques. Piscine, tennis, ping pong dans la residence tres bien entretenue. Accès à la 1ere plage a 5 min a pied de l'appartement a lautre extrémité de la residence. Prévoir des chaussures de plage pour entrer dans leau car beaucoup de rochers

Kona condo

Had a short but wonderful stay here! We had one issue upon check in and the owners were quick to respond and resolve it ! The view from the lanai is amazing , no better place to watch the sunsets. No a/c but that was never an issue as there is plenty of windows to get that breeze thru the unit.
