Njut av den underbara utsikten över piren och stranden från Sandpiper 203, en uppdaterad oceanfront lägenhet belägen precis vid stranden i södra änden av Tybee. Bekvämt läge nära bryggan, restaurangerna, shopping och bara några steg från Tybees offentliga strand.

Gästerna kommer att njuta av ett välutrustat kök med alla apparater och diskmaskin. Vardagsrummet har platt-TV och ett matbord sittplatser 6. Det finns ytterligare sittplatser vid frukostbaren för 2 personer. Njut av havsbrisen och underbar utsikt från din privata möblerad balkong som är tillgänglig från sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Det finns också en drottning uppblåsbar aero säng för extra sovplats.

Befälhavaren är möblerad med en king size-säng och i den bifogade master badet hittar du en dubbel handfat, bubbelbadkar och dusch. Beläget i hjärtat av South End Commercial District, bara några steg från stranden, Tybee Pier, restauranger och shopping. Sandpiper Condo-byggnaden är åtskild av en allmän parkeringsplats från stranden och ligger mellan två populära Tybee restauranger, Fannies på stranden och Spankys Beachside, båda erbjuder ibland live-underh��llning. Oceanfrontenheterna är premiäruthyrning för några av Tybees händelser som Pirate Fest och fyrverkeri på 4 juli, Labor Day Weekend och nyårsafton.

This was probably one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. I would return to Tybee Island and stay in this condo again. The condo is huge and very nicely decorated.

It was just across street from beach with beautiful sunrise views! So many restaurants/bars within walking distance, we didn’t even get to all of them. We had a great time!!

Great location! Quick and easy access to the beach and pier. Close to many restaurants, shops, bars. Generally secure parking. Would recommend staying here.

Property is well kept & well located

Although pictures make it look like it is right on the beach, the beach is actually on the other side of a street & a parking lot. It is still very handy. Lots of restaurants & shops handy. We had a great time here.

Great location. We could see the ocean from the bed. Several places to eat. Wish the deck furniture was chairs w backs. Ironing board needs new cover. Lg tub across from laundry needs non skid stripes. And woul'dve liked to have seen a clock or two. It was clean and the living room furniture was comfortable . Loved the elevator and gated parking. Easy beach access!

Spacious Condo near the pier

This property was very spacious with 3 bedrooms that all had more than 2 twin beds which worked well with our family group of 3 adult couples. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen had a good variety of pots and pans to use. (We had a small issue in that we couldn't get either of the 2 can openers to work, so bring a can opener if you need one!) The location was great, very close to the South Beach pier. The code system for the garage and door keypad made it very easy for everyone to exit and enter as they pleased without having to keep up with a key. We enjoyed a take-out meal from Fannie's at the Beach which was basically next door, so very convenient! The Tybee Vacation Rental company that manages this condo communicated with us directly and were very professional and personable! We enjoyed our family weekend at Tybee Island and would recommend this property.

Nice little stay at Tybee

Overall, we spent a lovely week at Tybee Island. The location is perfect as you are in the center of all things. However, it could have been trickier if we had small children, since on weekends the noise from the public beach parking lot/pier was quite loud. For us the location was great. The house had everything we needed and most of the beds were comfortable other than the master suite. That bed was quite hard, so much so that we went and bought a mattress pad to make it passable. Additionally there are no blackout curtains in that room, so if light wakes you up, you’ll be up with the sun. Lastly, the condo had some cleanliness issues. The bathrooms were not as clean as we’d like (found hairballs from previous tenants in showers and/or on the floor) and we were continually taking dishes out to use only to find them dirty. We finally just ran most things through the dishwasher and then used them. Nothing earth-shattering, but a little gross and annoying.

Seamless and convenient process. Management was very clear and responsive. Called about a problem with the TVs and someone was there in 45 minutes and fixed the problems

It was a very nice location, was not happy I did not get a tex to get in the room right at 4 pm I called and u said u had a 100 property and were releasing them don’t u have a automated system to do that for you? Or maybe u should start sooner. We did travel al the way from Wisconsin. Did not like the furniture on the balcony, hard chairs No backs on them, no lights over the dining room table, no salt/ pepper other spices ext. no plastic wrap tin foil etc. we have had great experiences with u the last time we rented but will not be coming back to this place especially for the price

Fun place

Appliance problems. Disposal had to be repaired. After two service calls ice maker still didn’t work and flooded refrigerator daily. Photos were deceptive in not showing street and parking lot between unit and beech. Still nice view and clean condo. And, scanty on toilet paper and toiletries.

quick get away to Savannah/Tybee

Overall, nice condo and easy access to the beach for myself, young adult kids and older parents. Would not recommend during peak season unless you enjoy being in the middle of the action/crowds. We knew this but also knew it was still early in the season. Very Spacious, clean. Would suggest patio furniture with backs, vs bar stools- would be more comfortable to enjoy the time out there.

Our stay was awesome, we had such a wonderful time. The place was great and so close to everything. We would love to make this a yearly trip and come back to the same place. The location is great, in walking distance to everything you need. Going home and telling everyone how great the people are here. Can't wait to come back.

We arrived at 4:00 to check in only to realize our room wasn't ready. We waited in a parking lot for 2 hours. It was horrible, especially trying to entertain children. Once we were able to get into our room we did not have any wifi service. We followed all their rules w checking in only to have them break them. I will never book another vacation through this place.
