Detta vackra hem ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn historiska River Street. Med 2 sovrum och 2. 5 bad, kan detta tvÄ vÄningar radhus rymma upp till 6 Lyckliga gÀster.

Maten, som öppnar till matsalen, kommer att vara till vÀnster nÀr du gÄr in i foajén. En dörr i matsalen leder till en privat dÀck, det perfekta lugna stÀllet att njuta av en kopp kaffe nÀr du börjar dig dag. Inuti, precis utanför matsalen Àr köket, som har massor av motstÄnd och allt du behöver för att njuta av en kvÀll i. Hemmet halvt bad Àr snyggt undangömt under trappan.

PÄ toppen av trappan hittar du tvÀttstugan och ett komplett badrum med badkar och duschkombination. Den första av tvÄ sovrum har en king size-sÀng med en röd huvudgavel, vilket ger rummet en popp fÀrg. Det andra sovrummet har tvÄ inbyggda garderober som ger gott om utrymme för att packa upp din tillhörighet, och ett eget badrum med dusch en piedestal handfat.

PÄ morgonen, promenera ner pÄ kullerstenarna i Jones Street, kallad "Amerikas vackraste gata" av Southern Living Magazine, till frukost pÄ Clary's Cafe, instÀllningen för flera frukost scener i midnatt i trÀdgÄrden av gott och ont. Range Lights in Kitchen were burned out. No kitchen table or island in the kitchen although room for one. Cooking utensils provided were good. Biggest complaints: Storage for clothes in bedrooms was extremely inadequate. Had to live out of suitcases for an entire week. Secondly, for price, cable should be included for full access to TV versus cheap Fire TVs with limited options.

Perfect place!

We loved the house and all of the amenities. Tranquil and beautiful! It was perfect for a stroll down to River Street and parking was ample. I prefer just dealing with VRBO, instead of a third party, but the house had no issues and we were fine.

Check in was simple. Parking for 2 cars on the street was never a problem. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the usual appliances and dishes. The living room sat 4 comfortably.

Charming home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was well appointed and fairly clean. There were a couple small things, but nothing that would have been a deterrent. The location made for easy access to beautiful Savannah, and many things were within walking distance. Our biggest concern was the exterior- overgrown walkway and parking accessibility. As someone with mobility disability, the overgrown foliage made accessing the sidewalks, street and our vehicles more difficult. The interior was welcoming, bright and tidy- the exterior just left a different impression.

Epic road trip!

We began our trip on June1, 2025 with a number of stops including Niagara Falls and our last stop on June 17th in Savannah. The Teagan house was very comfortable and close to everything Savannah has to offer. It was wonderful to come “home” after a day of sightseeing and relax before heading out for dinner. The home is well stocked with everything needed for a family or, in our case, two couples who have been lifelong friends.

We were very pleased with the mattresses and pillows, so no need to worry if you are looking for a good night's sleep. The home was spacious and there was a small outdoor seating area with furniture if you want to sit outside. The home was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including coffee maker and Keurig. Hairdryer, curling iron, iron, steamer. All very handy to have on hand when you are traveling. The location was great, especially if you want to spend time by the river. Parking was also available for at least one car. I would highly recommend this rental and will use it again if I am back in Savannah. The entry instructions arrived precisely 2 days before our reservation as communicated. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time choosing a vacation rental versus a hotel. Our daughters family joined my husband and I at the Teagan House. Lets just say we would stay there again. It had the perfect amount of charm. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great for all kinds of walking, whether it be to Forsyth Park, The River District-which I highly recommend, or to grab a beer on a stroll. It gave us the ability to stop back at the rental for my grandson to nap and then go out in the evening for some ice cream. We chose to eat 2 meals at home and brought my own kitchen items. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked this kitchen was. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, mixing bowls and spoons. Honestly the only thing missing was a crockpot-but I had brought my own. There are some areas of the house that could use some TLC. The rental company was prompt in responding to any questions that I had.

This was the perfect house close to all af the activities on river street area. Good walking distance or very short uber/lyft. House was clean and comfortable.

Great place, but a little miss leading

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this location. We loved the location and room sizes. Very nice home. However, the kitchen and dining room areas have no curtains or blinds. This allows those around to look right in on you. My wife felt a little unsafe if I left for a while. Plus, the fireplaces are not workingas viewed. Just a bunch of candles in them.

Historic Home

My husband and I stayed at this house for 5 days. We had another couple join us for 2 nights. We enjoyed the historical nature of this home. The amenities (or lack of) were the reason that we knocked it down to 3 stars. There towels on our bed in our bedroom, as well as in the other bedroom for our friends. They included 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. Were my husband and I supposed to share a washcloth and hand towel for 5 days? There was no extra trash can liners, and we filled up the kitchen can in the first 3 days. There was only 1 kitchen towel, which was dirty and wet after 2 days. There also was no facial tissues so our friend, who was recovering from a cold, had to use the very thin toilet paper to blow her nose. We ran out of toilet papers and had to go buy more. We did call and more towels were brought that same day, so that was good but shouldn’t have been necessary. This made the overall stay feel not as special as it could have been.

Birthday Trip Culinary Experience

Very clean. Nicely decorated. Overall it was nice. Kindly let me check out an hour late. Thank you. Had trouble accessing property. The code didn’t work. Also we weren’t given the code for the alarm system. Had to call for these. Maybe the street parking spaces in front of the house can be marked on the ground. The last two nights two cars parked in such a way as to not leave room for a third car. Or advertise that you have to pay for parking. It was chilly and we needed a few more blankets. Needed additional wash cloths had to buy detergent and do laundry. Toilet paper holder in back bedroom was broken. We didn’t break. Pillow on couch had thread coming out. We didn’t tear. A salamander crawled up on the couch maybe from the gap under the front door. We trapped it under a glass dome because we didn’t want to kill it.
