Vacker nyare stadsbostad, "Turtleback Beach" i Commons på Seashell. Detta är ett utmärkt ställe att hyra en eller flera enheter för familjeåterförening, reträtt och sammankomst med vänner. Det finns en stor gemensam pool, hängmattor för avkoppling, picknickbord för utomhus cookouts under skuggan av en cabana i mitten av enheterna. Varje enhet har en utomhusdusch för att skölja av sanden från stranden. Det är en promenad eller en rolig golfvagnsresa till stranden. . Denna nya enhet är vackert inredd och har 3 sovrum och 2 1/2 bad (BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Full Bunks, BR3 - Queen) med en drottning bäddsoffa nere. Det finns smarta plattskärms-TV i varje sovrum och en 55 tums smart plattsk��rms-TV nere. Golven är färgad betong ner och furu på övervåningen för enkel rengöring. Property was modern, clean and very close to the beach! Having the community pool and grills were excellent for evening relaxation! I would love to stay here again!

Beach with the Grands

We took our 4 grandchildren for a quick beach trip & your house was perfect!!! They loved everything about the place & being able to walk out the front door to the pool was a plus.

Our family had a wonderful time at this vacation property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. We will definitely be back!

Great family location

We enjoyed our stay at Turtleback Beach. Kitchen was well-stocked and the table was large enough to gather around for forced family fun. 😊 The porch was comfy and the pool was clean for post-beach swimming.

Coming back!

My mom requested a beach trip for her birthday. Unfortunately our other townhome was double the price and we just couldn’t afford it. I was panicking trying to find one just as good as it and I am so lucky to have found one better!! 4 min golf cart drive to the beach, and very close to gas stations and gift shops. We used a golf cart the entire time!! We loved the credit for the beach chairs and they just made the golf cart rental easy as well since it was through the same company. We hope that this property will be our usual rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was loaded with any kind of appliance or utensil you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean. The only drawback from our perspective is the lack of privacy. The inner courtyard that houses the pool could tend to get a little crowded at night with everyone’s festivities. But, it never got too loud and was quiet during sleeping hours.

Place stayed very cool both downstairs and upstairs. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation because kids could swim or scooter around freely. If I had to say one negative, it would be the swimming pool. It wasn’t cool and it was dirty. There was also no shade at all. Other than that, it was great and very close to the beach! The management was also very on top of things and super nice!

Nice stay

Was a very nice place. Very clean good area. Pool is kinda small only goes up to 5’ and all the other condos are super close so it did get a little packed on the weekend but mornings were very quite it wasnt bad I would definitely stay again just probably during the week.

Great place to stay near the beach

Very nice property. Very clean, roomy and super close to the beach. It did get a little nosey at night with the surrounding properties. This was not the owners fault. Guests around us just seem to stay up and party until well into the early morning without consideration to others. I noticed security around the rest of the stay who kept things down the last two nights. Great property.

Cute townhome!

Super cute and clean townhome with a pool right out the front door (although the pool could have definitely been cleaner!). The townhome was in a perfect location….close to a beach access road and everything on the island. Lots of parking. It had all the amenities we needed. My kiddo appreciated the full size bunk beds! Overall, great stay. We would love to stay here again!

TC704 review

Pool rules weren’t enforced which lead to a late night loud party. The party however didn’t effect us being able to sleep. You couldn’t hear them indoors. Listing that the place had a grill was correct but better verbiage as a “community grill” would be more appropriate. The place was so clean, so pretty, well kept. We loved the townhome and the amount of effort put into supplying it. All we bought for the week was laundry detergent and food. Don’t worry about anything else this place had it. Loved this place 10 out of 10 recommend. We will be back.

Crazy Girls’ Trip

Our trip to the beach included long-time friends and three generations of our family. The condo was roomy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The outside porch had seating, a grill, and a ceiling fan with the community pool only steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come here again.
