Great stay in Lido Key!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very easy to reach if we needed anything. Cute place near the water, restaurants and shopping! We highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed.

Short get away

The location is great. 3 minute walk to beach, 7 minute walk to the circle. It's a great place for 2 people. Only cons were that there was no dish towel in the kitchen to dry dishes, no bath mat and the outside light coming into the apartment at night made it difficult to sleep.

Close to beach and nice neighborhood

Owners very friendly Unit was clean. Furniture could have been a bit more comfortable. We used outside chairs inside because they were more comfortable. Overall it was a perfect Florida getaway

This is our second time staying at this location. Last year #3 and this year #2…. Debbie is great to work with and easy to get a hold of if you need her throughout your stay… Each unit has its own unique charm… Thanks for the new memories!

Lucky in Lido

While looking for hotel rooms, a VRBO sidebar popped up showing a cute little beach cottage in Lido Key. On a whim, I clicked on it, and it was just right! An efficiency cottage that was just perfect for the two of us and in a perfect location a short walk from St. Armands Circle! Beautiful beach, great location, good restaurants and a comfy bed. It all added up to a great week away from snow! We're looking forward to visiting again!

Perfect Place

The beach was a short walk and having the beach chairs and umbrellas was nice. Having laundry on site was awesome for the few times we needed it. We read through the reviews and saw that we should bring garbage bags because the trash can was small and that worked for us. Perfect location, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Couples Getaway

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall amenities. The bed was comfortable and IS a queen size. The space was just right for two people, four would be quite tight. A few tweaks could be made to make the stay easier. A simple guide to the property outlining things such as laundry, garbage and location for beach access would eliminate the guess work. To improve, the trash can in the unit IS very small and there were no extra trash bags. We were only provided a roll and half of TP for a four night stay. A couple more bath towels would also be nice. We would definitely return and recommend this property. You are literally steps from the beach with access right across the road and only a 12 minute walk to St. Armands Circle.

The property was decent but there were several things that took our rating down. I communicated by email asking if we could get in an any earlier that 4pm. I didn't expect I could, but they did not have the courtesy to reply. More importantly: *There was no way to block out any light in the morning from any of the windows or the skylight. When the sun was up, so were we. *Several of the shades were broken and so no control of the light at all. *The floor was not clean, and we found a large floating piece of hair / dust combo near the bed. *The wall air conditional nearest the bed was noisy and had to turn it off. *Lastly there were no instructions on how to use the TV with multiple remotes. We finally gave up. Sorry for such a sour review but felt for the money spent, these problems should not have existed.

The house was clean and there were scooters nearby which was super convenient, it should definitely be listed as a perk to the property. The walk to st Armand’s isn’t long but when it’s hot it’s not so great and the accessibility to the trolley and scooters was perfect! Property was right across the street from the beach and that’s exactly what we wanted! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get DoorDash late which was another perk because st Armand’s closes at about 10 pm. Communication with owner was great and they were very pleasant and helpful! Overall we loved every minute! Will come again for sure!

Summer Vacation

The place is close to the beach like 1/4 block away, Debbie who's in charge in making sure all is cleaned and any needs in the room that you might need was awesome always communicating to make sure we were happy and the owner Leonora aways there for the tenant also.

July 4th vacation

We had a great 4 night stay! The rental had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. The beach is a very short walk and directly across the street from the access. We come to Lido nearly every summer and will definitely consider staying here again!

Nice for Short stay. Would stay here again.

Really liked this place!!! It was perfect for what my husband and I wanted for our anniversary extended weekend. It was a great location. A short walk to the beach and a very short drive to Saint Armand’s circle. Made for a very nice relaxing weekend. It was great to have chairs and an umbrella for us too! Made for a great stay. Would stay here again for sure. Here are a few suggestions to make the place even better: a cooler to take to the beach and a place to put our things like drawers or a luggage rack so our suit case didn’t have to go on the floor.

Perfect for two!

This property is perfect for two. Only drawback is that there isn't really a good place for clothes/suitcases but if you're a light packer, it's no problem. Perfect location...a block from the most beautiful beach and walking distance to St. Armands for shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood is nice and clean. We felt perfectly safe walking home after dark. Loved Lido Beach! We'll be back!
