Utsatta tegelväggar, högt i tak och stora fönster inbjuder gott om naturligt solljus in i vardagsrummet. Du kommer att vara glad med gourmetköket, fullt utrustat med moderna rostfria apparater. Köket öppnar direkt in i vardagsrummet; njut av dina måltider i köksbaren eller vid matbordet (plats 4). Sovrummet har en extra stor garderob med arrangörer och en väggmonterad platt-TV. Det anslutna badet har en duschkabin (dubbelt duschhuvud) och granit dubbla handfat. Obefläckat inredda med arvsmöbler och eklektiska accenter.

Loft # 306 ligger på tredje våningen; S & W Building (56 Patton Ave) ger en säker, nyckelfri, kodad extern ingång och hiss för att göra ditt inlägg säkert och enkelt. Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. We love staying downtown and this condo is an ideal location for all the great shopping/dining options Asheville has to offer. The condo was very well furnished with an attention to detail. The owners were very communicative and answered all of our questions prior to our arrival. We will be staying at here again! Highly recommend.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo very much! It was in the perfect spot to walk to all the great restaurants and shops in Asheville. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and well equipped. We have zero complaints!

Super-Convenient

Very nice property for a visit! My wife and I often visit Asheville, and this property hit right in the center of "what's happenin'". It was very nice having wake-up options on the first floor. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, micro-breweries, ice cream, Woolworth walk (local artists). We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The owners and reps were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

A great weekend in Ashville

My husband and I loved the S&W building. The apartment was clean and quiet. The location was walkable. I would certainly stay in the same place again. I also appreciated helpful tips from the owners. I never would have found the back door without those pictures. Recommendations were also nice.

This was a well appointed unit in a great central location to downtown restaurants, shops, galleries. Karen was very kind to share this home and offer restaurant and music venue recommendations. Had a great time with trips to the Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, GSMNP, River Arts District. Would highly recommend this condo.

April Asheville Trip

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the S&W Building. The condo is in a perfect location—just steps away from great restaurants, a museum, and a breweries. It was stocked with everything we needed for our trip, and Karen’s attention to detail really stood out, right down to the thoughtful welcome sign.She also went above and beyond by sharing restaurant recommendations and even letting us know about a concert happening during our stay. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Lovely downtown stay!

Wonderful Hosts, beautiful & cozy property and amazing location

Karen, was extremely responsive, kind, thoughtful & accommodating. We were traveling with my Mom who has mobility needs and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She provided a bedside commode and shower bench which were very helpful in making the stay so much more comfortable. The condo is beautiful and was easy for my Mom to navigate with her walker &/or a wheelchair. Thank you Karen for helping to make our stay so special!!

5-Star Review for S&W Cafeteria Condo

Our stay at the S&W Cafeteria Condo was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't have been better, putting us right in the heart of everything we needed. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had been put into making the condo a welcoming and comfortable retreat. The space was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference—fresh roses in a vase on the table were an especially lovely surprise! It truly felt like a home away from home. Karen, our host, was exceptional. Her communication was fantastic from start to finish, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Her kindness and attentiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and can't recommend this condo enough. We first visited Asheville in 2007 to attend a film festival and immediately knew the city was the place for us. We relocated to Asheville in 2013 from our hometown in upstate NY (Elmira) after our two children left for college. Although we are not natives, the friendly and welcoming community has made us feel as though we've lived here for many years. "We may not have been born in the mountains of western NC, but we got here as soon as we could, y'all!"

Within walking distance of the S&W Building there are too many fabulous restaurants to list. A great reference online would be the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association. Also consider our brew pubs; several are within a short walk, some of which have great food in addition to the beer. Another reliable treat is Asheville's Fine Arts Theater just a 3 blocks away. Something great is always showing and Tuesday night features $5 admission for all seats. If you enjoy art, consider a visit to Blue Spiral or the Haen Gallery, both a short walk. Pritchard Park is directly across the street from the S&W Bldg and Pack Square Park is two blocks away. Understand that when you walk in downtown Asheville, you will be entertained continuously.
