Vi har varit på många stränder och kommer tillbaka till denna vackra plats gång på gång. Vårt lägenhet ligger i det nyrenoverade Bay Oaks-komplexet mittemot Crescent Beach på Midnight Pass. Det är cirka 1 mil att köra till den offentliga stranden eller en 15 minuters promenad. Strandkännare har länge hyllat denna strand som en av de bästa i världen. Dess berömda vita sandstränder är perfekta för långa promenader och vackra solnedgångar. Stranden har badvakter på vakt, volleybollnät och stol- och paraplyuthyrning. Andelsläget är bekvämt beläget inom gångavstånd från många restauranger och en kort biltur till köpcentra, biografer, avslappnade och fina restauranger, kyrkor och över 50 golfbanor.

Denna lägenhet på fjärde våningen erbjuder avskildhet samt en lugn Lanai med utsikt över det frodiga, tropiska lövverket och välskötta landskapet i Bay Oaks. Hissen (med bagagevagn) är i närheten och går ut till din individuella täckta parkeringsplats. Du är också ett mycket kort avstånd till tennisbanorna, uppvärmd pool, bastu, duschar, rekreationsrum med biljardbord och lounge där olika sociala sammankomster är planerade. Det finns marinor i närheten för båtuthyrning, sportfiske och parasailing.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, två nattbord, byrå, TV och klädkammare och gränsar till ett komplett badrum utrustat med dusch och badkar. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar, nattduksbord, byråer och genomgångsskåp vilket leder till det andra badrummet komplett med badkar och duschkabin. Vardagsrummet har en skinnsoffa, stol, slutbord och TV / DVD underhållningscenter. Matsalen har ett stort bord med plats för fyra personer bekvämt. Lanai ligger precis vid vardagsrummet och är utrustat med utemöbler.

Köket är fullt utrustat och inkluderar diskmaskin, spis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, brödrost, matskafferi, disk, köksredskap och redskap. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek ligger precis utanför köket i ett slutet område.

Terrific Condo near the beach

Condo unit was clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable and living room well furnished. Internet was super fast and television easy to use with easy ability to sling to from phone and computer for music and apps. Kitchen had plenty of amenities and some surprise supplies as well. Lots of beach gear. Shower had good water pressure. Parking easy and elevator access adequate. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great stay

Everything was great. All beach items were there which saved us from bringing them. Great and easy communication with the owner. We used all the amenities such as the pool, grill, pool table and the dock. Even saw Manatees! Tennis courts were closed though.

Great location

We loved our stay at Bay Oaks. Tracy was super helpful and very prompt to respond to our questions. My kids loved the dock out back and we enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and included own laundry

We enjoyed having our own washer and dryer in the unit. It was convenient to Crescent Beach. Only one half mile walk. Enjoyed having the laundry rack to dry our bathing suits and towels on the balcony. Even though we did not use them we were impressed that it had umbrellas and other beach gear. It even had golf clubs and pickleball gear. The only thing it didn't have was a fishing rod.

Great All Around!!!!

Great location to the #1 beach in USA. Great clean unit. Has every thing you need in the unit and for the beach such as beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, water toys, etc. Great communication! Great Service!!! Great host. Very special thanks to Tracy and the cleaning lady for help us out. We left import documents in the unit. Tracy and her team made sure we got the documents back. She has communicated every step of the way which had us at ease. She would not even take any reimbursement for the shipping and handling.. What a class act!!! GREAT TRIP!!!

We loved it!

Beds were super comfy and the condo had EVERYTHING we needed and then some! Older building but so are most of the condos in Seista Key and it was super clean! The pool was better than pools I've been too beach side and the owner was on top of any questions that we had. If we make it back to SK we would definitely stay here again! No complaints 😊

Very nice place to stay

This very affordable condo is located near everything. In 5 minutes or less, you are in the village enjoying great meals or shopping or several beach access points (and that beach is absolutely beautiful). It has everything you need for your stay as well as for a day at the beach. Decor is quaint and lovely. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. This is a great deal.

We enjoyed the Condo, but you need to have a push button lock on the door.

we enjoyed Siesta Key a lot. We very disappointed with the situation of getting into the property. Previous people locked the key in the building and we had to wait over 3 to 4 hours to have a cleaning person come and let us in the building. The owner needs to upgrade and use a push button lock. It is very inconvenient to have only 1 key to get in the buildng.

Condo Condition / Maintenance. .

The condo was very clean except for some maintenance needs. The bifold doors at the laundry and pantry were off the guides and not able to be properly opened or closed. We suggest they be repaired or replaced. Otherwise all else was fine.

Great rental and location

Great Vacation

The condo was very nice and met our needs perfectly. The location was perfect for the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The convince of taking the trolley was better than trying to find parking especially in the village. Would def stay here again if we visit Siesta Key again.

Apartment was clean but needs a little upgrades.

The Apartment was ok but the complex was below average. We stayed 2 weeks and if the pool was heated it was only heated to the low 70's. The mens restroom by the pool was not in operation the entire 2 weeks we were there. Being a older complex there were a lot of contractors working everyday.

Comfortable & Peaceful Get-Away

Although the furnishings & property were a bit 'dated,' it was clean & well-stocked with all that was necessary & needed in order to feel right at home from the Get-Go! For all the buildings that were there, it was amazingly quiet. It was also in a good location! Any correspondence or questions that we had, were immediately addressed...Tracy was a great host!
