Amazing place

We enjoyed our stay...location was accessible to beach and stores ...great area! We loved the pool We did have some inconveniences but they were able to fix them! Overall would definitely recommend 👌

Booked Again Next Year

We loved the property layout and close proximity to pool. It says the pool is not heated but it was. The golf cart was great for the short ride to the beach. We loved our stay!

Great Property and Location

We love Sandestin and this place is very comfortable. Easy to get in and out of for our elderly family. Plenty going on for the kids. Rooms are quite and furniture is comfy. We'll come back again!

Greay stay!

Beautiful area! Only issue, and it was minor, was we cooked alot of meals and there were no pot holders to use. We had a great stay at a beautiful condo!

Great Week

We had a great week at this property. The beach is easy to get to but we spent more time in the pool as it’s very close and was never busy. The golf cart is great and we had a blast riding around and exploring. We did hear a little noise from the unit above us on the first night but it wasn’t too bad. We would Consider staying here again.

Perfect place for a vacation

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Everything from the patio overlooking the pond, walking distance to the pool, an extremely comfortable bed, the golf cart, and closeness to the beach. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen didn’t work and the previous renters put their dirty towels in a basket in the main bathroom, which they weren’t supposed to do so housecleaning obviously didn’t know they were there. These were minor so that’s why we rated it high.

Great Vacation!!

Our stay at 5272 Tivoli couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was beautiful and very clean and the weather and beach were fantastic. Having the golf cart was a great extra too. The only problem was there was a family above with young boys that ran back and forth and screamed at all hours of the day and night but we managed to deal with it. Thank you for a great week!!!

I had issues with the electricity in the kitchen. They did fix it so the microwave would work and the toaster would work, but there was no light over the stove so cooking was hard cause you couldn’t see anything.I bought a lot of things to make the kitchen easier to handle because I did cook at home almost every nightThe furniture was a bit dirty, but I tried to overlook that however, the patio furniture was beyond help. It was really disgusting. The table and chairs were resting out, and the pads on the chairs were filthy, so it made using the patio almost impossible.The golf cart was great, but the weather was cold so I actually only went out twice which is unusual for me. I usually use that quite a bit.The location is great and the walk-in one level was absolutely perfectI love Sandestin very much. I’ve been coming for years and my favorite is the gulf side of the property

Thanksgiving Week

Everything was fantastic except, dryer did not dry. Electrical sockets in most rooms didn't work especially on the kitchen counters. In other rooms the plugs wouldn't stay in socket. Didn't have enough knives. As long as you know it was great.

Last minute family fun

Overall property nice although the appliances were pretty cheap, noisy or a little funky to operate. The wifi had to be rebooted 4 to 5 times daily if we wanted to watch television. When it did operate it was nice as they had netflix and prime. Towels were scratchy but absorbant and trash bags supplied should not have been used as way too thin. Location was walkable to the beach and central inside the resort. Golf cart was a life safer giving us 2 modes of transport for the 6 of us. We had a great time and would recommend this vrbo although next time we will go to a place that is a little more quiet. Way too many people everywhere, especially the beach.

Beach, pools, hanging on the lawn at the Warf, golfcart rides around the beautiful property (inc, tree canopied paths). The condo was great. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable (comfy furniture and beds). We like our quite time on vaca as well, and this has it. The footsteps upstairs are noticable (as noted in previous reviews), but it was really over the living space vs the bedrooms. The pitter patter caused no disturbance to an amazing trip. Highly recommend this property. Wish I could give a review of mgmt, but we didn't need them. Check in and out was automatic and simple.

The unit was very dirty, I sent over several pictures to show how dirty the unit was. I was embarrassed to have my family stay. It was clear it hasn't had a deep cleaning in a long time. Here is a list of the issues, floor and carpet extremely dirty. Stove had standing grease on the vent-a-hood, celling fan in master didn't work and I had to purchase a fan at the store myself when maintenance could not fix it. Filter in refrigerator needed to be replaced. Enough dust on the furniture to write your name with; all the furniture coverings and throw pillows are nasty and should be replaced. Additionally, several pillow covers were ripped. Tile was broken in the family room. Black mold in the master shower. Dining table chair with broken leg that would come off of the bottom of the chair when moved. I paid far too much for this disappointment, it was so bad we checked out three days early. I will never rent on VRBO again.

Fantastic Place to Stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED staying here. Clean. The floor plan was set up great for our family. We loved having our master suite on one side with huge bathroom. My daughter took the queen bedroom and my two boys shared the twin bedroom. The golf cart was a huge perk. The most beautiful beach! Short golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf which we loved and ate and shopped there multiple times. Kids loved the pool. Quiet having coffee on the lanai in the mornings. I'll mention a couple cons: 1) We could hear the people walking around above us easily. Thumping and running. So not great sound proofing between floors. 2) The golf cart headlights went in and out like they had an electrical issue so it wasn't safe to drive after dark. 3) Very short on silverware. Only 5 spoons and forks so we had to constantly wash those. 4) Half the outlets in the kitchen didn't work or the under cabinet lighting but we managed with just the other two for coffee, toaster and phone/computer chargers. Their also wasn't a garage door opener when we arrived but I reached out to property management and they had a new one to us in a few days. And due to the inconvenience offered us a later check out time which we took so that was nice. Over all we loved it and would definitely stay here again.
