Exquisite remodeled beach AND resort cottage on Sandestin Golf Course! 5 minute ride to the prestine beach in the brand new 6-seater golf cart.
Welcome to "Sandpiper on the Golf"! Fully equipped kitchen with snack bar and dining table. Open to living room with views to the back. Relax in living room featuring electric fireplace, desk and suprise nook for the kids! Enjoy the peace and quite on the back patio on the brand new adirondack style pub table, or grill out while watching the golfers pass by. Adorble twin bunk room and full bath complete the first floor.
Head upstairs to the master retreat featuring king size bed, TV, attached bath and access to private balcony with views of the palms and the course. Laundry area across the hall for convenience. Third bedroom has two new queen beds and TV with full bath across the hall.
Leave the car and take the golf cart to the beach, pools, marina, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, Baytown Wharf and more!!

We would highly recommend this property! We loved that the condo was centrally located near pool and beach! Golf cart was great! We would love to stay here again!

Incredible Sandestin spot!

Great location to all of Sandestin! Gold cart was so nice! House was very nice! The only suggestion would be is to add a larger pan or provide an electric griddle to cook meals for family easier. Overall it was an amazing week and the property was a big part of that!

Cute & convenient

Nicely updated small home right on the golf course without the business of a condo building. We don’t stay at Sandestin without a golf cart bc it makes it’s so easy & fun to get around so definitely a huge perk!

Great place to stay. Very well organized use of the space. Pictures online make it look bigger than what it actually is but there was still plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and the golf cart was awesome!

Easy peasy

Blessed to have such great hosts! Communication was effortless and always responded immediately. We felt very welcomed and wanted to extend our stay! Great location for heading out on the massive property and surrounding areas. Beach closet was fully stocked and we loved jamming on the golf cart with our tunes hooked up to Bluetooth.

Excellent condo. We always love staying in Sandestin. Great location. Condo was very comfortable. Perfect new golf cart, made it easy to get around property. Would stay here again.

A short golf cart ride to the beach, the pools, the Marina, Baytowne Wharf, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre and more! Also close to the Destin Harbor Village Walk, Crab Island and endless restaraunts! Our Sandpiper Place is a new addition for us in 2023. Also, the brand new 6 seater golf cart allows you to have worry free transportation around the resort during your stay. Family freindly home with room for all. Kids will love the bunk beds and the secret nook! Plenty of living space with two family rooms. One with desk and electric fireplace for nice obiance. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Also enjoy the new adirondack style pub table and chairs while overlooking the 17th hole of the Sandestin Golf Course. Gas grill available if you so choose to stay in!
