Steg från den varmaste stranden på Cape Cod! Denna nyligen möblerade lägenhet med två sovrum är det perfekta läget för en familj eller par getaway! Många utrymme! Glöm de stuffiga hotellrummen, detta är en två nivå stuga lägenhet med ett stort fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum med smart tv. Två privata däck, vanliga utomhusgrillar och picknickbord med utsikt över lagunen och strandpromenaden till stranden. Varje sovrum har en ny queen size-säng med en full byrå. Vardagsrummet är storleken på en tvillingstorlek när kuddarna är borttagna. Varje rum har havsutsikt. Ta frukost varje morgon på de gemensamma däckborden medan du tittar på färjorna. Protokoll från restauranger, bowling, filmer, cykelleder, kajakpaddling, minigolf, glass och shopping. Titta på fyrverkerier utan att lämna huset! Denna stuga var nymålad och möblerad våren 2019. Privat parkering på gatan och AC. Condo komplex har en mysig Nantucket känsla på en lugn gata i en vacker familj grannskap.

Alla färskt sängkläder tillhandahålls. Nya lakan på varje säng med fyra örngottar med varje bokning. Fyra badhanddukar, handdukar och tvättkläder. Inget behov av att ta med annat än dig!

Great place to stay! Close to the beach and Hyannis ferries. 2 minute walk to the beach. We stayed July 3 & 4 and there were fireworks on the beach. Would stay again.

Summer Vacay

Wonderful spot -- perfect for a small family. There were a couple of hiccups (through no one's fault), but Darlene was very responsive and an attentive, thoughtful host. Would definitely consider booking again next year.

Nice House for a Quiet Vacation

The house was very close to the beach as was parking. The location was convenient for our day trips too. Chairs, umbrellas, and other items for the beach were provided. The house was clean and inviting. The manager communicated with us through email and was friendly and helpful

Weekend getaway

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Proximity to the beach is amazing and it's great to not have to drive to get there. The beach is really nice and being on the bay the water was warm and not to choppy. Also, the location is close to some great restaurants and mini-golf and a short ride to Hyannis.

Really close to the beach!

Just a couple of minutes and you're at the ocean. Close to many shops and restaurants. Space inside is small, but worked well for what we needed. Had all the amenities and the air conditioning worked very well. Overall a nice stay!

Most Excellent Stay!

Location was exceptional - its proximity to the beach gave us quick access to morning nature walks, evening strolls and Labor Day fireworks!~ Host went above & beyond to welcome us and the birthday boy with the most thoughtful surprises. He said it was his best birthday in decades. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the amenities and access to the beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing weekend at Cape Cod.

Could have been better

I was really looking forward to this stay. But the beds were too firm and the ACs were not that great. The beach was rocky and there were signs about sharks and jelly fish. It was next to a very muddy marsh. I left one day early.

Another perfect stay!

Our second visit, and again - perfect. Location cannot be beat - residential area, 2 minute walk to quiet, serene Colonial Beach, nearby to Hyannis and ferries. Home is lovely, immaculately clean, and adorably decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/utensils, and grills for use at common area. Sheets, towels, umbrella, and chairs provided. Communication with owner easy & prompt. All around excellence!

Just ok.

The cottage we were given was not beachfront it was in the rear on the street. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and the grills were unusable. There was construction of a new house all week next door so was not very relaxing outside. We made the best of it. Place was clean. Wouldn’t rent there again.

The cottage had ants, a cracked window in the bathroom. We put the the sliding door for the owners back on the track. In all fairness, the property manager was sick, so my review is not fair.

Easily Would Stay Here Again!

Darlene's home was absolutely wonderful for a weekend stay at the Cape. Within a 2 minute walk to a gorgeous, well-maintained beach--Darlene's home is in the perfect location. We stayed as a group of 3 friends and felt the property had the perfect set-up. With brand-new kitchenware, appliances, and decor, everything had an air of freshness and cleanliness. The house was well-equipped with all needed gadgets and items. We also utilized the shared patio/grill space which has a great view of the water and nearby properties. Finally, Darlene was incredibly pleasant and communicative with us. She cared genuinely about our stay and always made herself reachable. Her notes to us were kind and thoughtful, and we knew she would do everything in her power to ensure we had a great stay. I can't recommend Darlene and her home enough!

Comforts of home

Comfortable house that was the perfect place to reunite with our adult son and his wife. After hours sightseeing we were happy to get “home”. Quick walk to the beach. Very relaxing. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities needed to prepare and share family meals. Including a lobster pot. Being from the Southwest we had never cooked live lobster before. The evening we had lobster followed by a game of Jenga was truly a memorable time. Wish we time allowed us to stay another couple of days.

Adorable Beach house

We loved this this little beach house and the location was perfect for a swim anytime we wanted. Lovely Oceanside Stay!

Very lovely stay! There is a very easy and short walk to a private beach that even at its most crowded, there’s plenty of room to spread out and swim! The cottage looks even better than the photos make it seem, and it was perfectly clean. Very little noise from neighbors, there is a community deck overlooking the ocean for cooking and eating. Overall would stay here again!

First trip to Cape Cod

We greatly enjoyed our first trip to Cape Cod and staying in Yarmouth! The cottage was exactly as shown but what I wasn’t prepared for was the gorgeous hydrangeas and other flowers all throughout the complex and surrounding town. The people we encountered could not have been kinder and more welcoming. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with offering suggestions for places to eat and explore. Colonial Acres Beach off Lewis Bay is just a short 2 min walk and Seagull Beach is a short 5 min drive and has a concession and restrooms. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket leave from Hyannis just a short 5 min drive. We also enjoyed the Cape Cod Rail Trail and rented bikes from Dennis Cycle Center. You can access the trail from their parking lot and they provide maps and suggestions for places to stop and get a bite to eat. We loves the Red Nun in Dennis Port for lunch. Overall I would highly recommend this cottage.
