Amazing Villa perfect location a very short walk to main club house and facilities. Pool overlooks a beautiful view of the lake. Everything you want inside the villa exceptionally clean and comfortable with great interior design. Loved our stay here I would recommend it A

spectacular house

We stayed at the house in October 2024 (4 adults and 2 children). The house is spectacular, located in a gated community that provides security. There are 4 excellent bedrooms, great bedding, and plenty of towels. The house is very well equipped, with a game room and a heated SPA pool. I highly recommend it. The hosts were always punctual in their service.

Magical Orlando Family Vacation.

We had the most wonderful time staying at the Disney Lillian House. From the moment we walked in through the front door we felt relaxed. Our daughter and her family spent four memorable weeks here with us. The house is large and decorated in classic colours. There was everything we needed for our stay, even a tea pot for an avid tea drinker. The salt water pool and spa were perfect after busy hot days at the park. We spent so much time in the pool with the children and on our own, after they had gone to bed, with the pool lights on. The view of the lake from the pool area is spectacular both day and night and the ducks were a constant source of amusement along with all the other wildlife. We only used the community pool and tiki bar a couple of times but the area is well managed and beautifully clean. The children loved playing hide n seek in the rooms of the house. Games room was used more for laundry than anything else as during our visit the weather was so very hot. The a/c provided much needed relief from the heat. From start to end of our stay we could not have wished for more. Kristine was always available to deal with our messages and queries so we never had to stress about anything. Thank you for our new memories and we definitely hope to return one day to make more at this house that became a home in our hearts.

Perfect vacation home.

My family has been staying at different homes at the Terra Verde resort for the last few years and Kristine’s home is by far the best. It is in the perfect location with a great view of the pond. The proximity to the main pool/tiki bar is another huge advantage. The home is well stocked with everything you need. I could not recommend it enough.

Amazing home for our family

The home was very clean and beautiful with so many things to do. The pool and views made it very easy to spend much of the day outside relaxing. The wildlife/ducks were a pleasant surprise and were very fun to watch. The location is great, made it quick and easy getting to the Disney and Universal theme parks. Communication with the owners was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

This Disney House is perfect in every way! Beautiful gated community and beautiful home! Fantastic location: close to MCO airport, shopping, restaurants, Disney and other attractions. Great location within the community to the clubhouse. Home very comfortable with everything as advertised. Enjoyed both private and community pool, walks around the lake, grilling out and eating by the pool and all the amenities Terre Verde Resort offers. Our granddaughter had fun at the Easter egg hunt at the community center-nice surprise and the homeowner took the time to make sure we knew about it! The security and community center staff are all so friendly and efficient. Check in and out easy. Response from owner quick if you have any questions! If you’re looking to rent near Disney, don’t look any further!!

Great Hideaway

This property was just what we needed! This was our first time doing Disney and it was great to have this space to ourselves after a long day of crowds and parks. One of my kids’ favorite nights was coming back to do a night swim in the lit up pool. So nice to have space to spread out. Rooms were well equipped with towels and bedding. Everything was decorated so nicely. The bunk beds were a big hit with my 7 and 9 year old. It was a beautiful house and an bc amazing trip. Thank you!!

Nothing short of amazing!

My family and I had an awesome vacation at the Disney Lillian House! The house was immaculate, my children lived in the pool the entire week, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lake view and beautiful pool lights during evening soaks in the hot tub. The home is inviting, cozy yet contemporary and offered plenty of space for us all. There’s also a game room which was a complete hit with my children and my husband. Kristine & Craig were great hosts as the communication was spot on. We definitely plan on making Disney Lillian our new Orlando Home away from home.

Just what we needed!

We were so happy with this property! It was just what we were looking for! Four adults and two teenagers (two families) had plenty of room and their own space in this well-equipped home. The home was comfortable and lacked for nothing. Clean, inviting, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We spent most of our time on the lani enjoying those amenities. The communication from the owners were fantastic and very prompt when questions were asked. This whole process went very smoothly and we would definitely stay with them again! You'll love this house!

GOOD CHOICE FOR DISNEY VACATION

Everything was as advertised. Disney was 15 minutes away on a busy day (use the WAZE app for best route). The personal pool was nice and warm on our one cool night and really a nice amenity for the kids. We caught and released some bass in the pond. We had a small glitch with the internet and emailed the property manager who immediately replied, arranged for the problem to be fixed and followed up. The kitchen was nicely set with porcelain and plastic plates and plenty of cookware.

Business Trip

We enjoyed our stay at Kristine's home. Was very clean, with plenty of everything we needed. The roses were a lovely welcoming touch. We especially loved the walking path around the pond. Spend many mornings walking and talking. Thankfully, it was sunny and warmer for us folks from PA. Was close enough to Orlando for the International Builders' Show, but also far enough away and much better than a hotel. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience

This house is as advertised. Safe environment and just a lovely home to spend with family. My young granddaughters and their parents enjoyed going to A different adventure or park almost everyday and then coming back to house to relax and swim. My sister and I spent time relaxing at pool and taking walks around the resort. We all loved our time there. Thank you for sharing your home!

Absolutely wonderful! Zero complaints. Close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, Disney world, Universal studios. Communication was quick and thorough. Would highly recommend this place. And already plan on renting it again.

It took two years of planning and searching from the panhandle to the keys to find the perfect home away from home for us! Luckily we landed in Kissimmee, minutes to the most family oriented vacation spots in the world, theme parks, beaches and more! Being a "vacationer" on VRBO for many years, we knew exactly what we wanted and needed in a resort community: Great staff, great grounds, great amenities, great location, a tiki bar :)... Right on time, the perfect home on Madiera Beach Blvd, in the perfect location, steps from the clubhouse and perfect view, was found!

The space is great, perfect for a large family or two! 4 bedrooms, a "ranch" plan with no stairs... it really is everything we've ever wanted! So while we'll enjoy it as much as we can, please enjoy it as much as you can!
