Good- Clean Room - Very Nice place - LocationBad - Too many light switches, listing is misleading about the elevator to the strip. Elevator hasn’t worked in sometime leaving you walking up and down a steep grade every time you leave. Tub drips water. Shower head is bad. Remote had dead batteries

We stayed in this location so we could walk to and from in Gatlinburg. The elevator to the ground floor was broken and climbing the hilll up the drive was extremely difficult.

Beautiful downtown location

We were in town for the Gaither Homecoming Festival. We were right next door to the convention center. Close to shops, restaurants, and the center.

Great Condo

Very well kept condo in the heart of Gatlinburg. Very easy to walk to the strip. The building is clean and quite. Parking is easy. Prefect for a weekend getaway.

Good location / needs a new cleaning service.

Booking process was a bit much with the signing process.An ok stay. Lacation was fair. Check in was simple.Rental unit was not prepared well. Still had wrinkles when folding bed spread back. Chips on floor beneath head board.

Cozy Condo in Gatlinburg

Nice, cozy, clean condo in great location! Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Just the right size for two people. We really enjoyed our time here!

Great location. Absolutely loved the condo. That bathtub I wish I could have packed up and taken home with me. Check-in and check-out was super simple. Hope to stay here again next year. The rocking chairs on the balcony were also a nice feature.

Excellent location

Great location. Everything within a short walk. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only real complaint is that the ice maker is not working. This may seem a minor issue, but it’s a significant inconvenience.

Not clean!

Location is A+ and check in was super easy. Alicia was very responsive when asked about the shower not working. Fully resolved. However, the vents are coated in dust. The baseboards are dirty. The headboard was so dirty that I had to clean it before getting in the bed the King sized mattress sas and needs to be replaced. Dust balls cling to the walls and the dry wall in shower is pealing. Balcony is great with late afternoon sun.

Gatlinburg trip

We had very nice stay and found out on 2 day there was an elevator next to the pool that would take us down to ground level instead of walking up and down that steep hill to the main strip.

Annual Gatlinburg Visit

My husband and I had the best time this year in Gatlinburg largely in part thanks to this property. It was literally walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do here, which saved us time and aggravation of trying to negotiate with traffic and having to pay to park. This year we visited the SkyPark, Anakesta, Ober mountain, Ole Smokey Holler for a tasting (which was so fun and interactive), and shopped at the dozens and dozens of shops all along Parkway. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, welcoming, nicely decorated and was more than enough room for the two of us with all the comforts of home. We made ourselves breakfast and lunch everyday in the full size kitchen which was equip with everything we needed. We walked to various places for dinner, all of which were delicious with generous portions and offered their own unique vibe (Melting Pot, Smith and Son, Best Italian). We also checked out the pancake place right at the bottom of the hill the morning we left and it did not disappoint. When we visited Pigeon Forge to check out Dollywood and even took in a movie, the drive was maybe 20 minutes from the property. We learned that taking the Bypass cut our drive time and traffic tremendously which was a pretty awesome discovery after spending a long day at the water park. Overall we would definitely recommend. Alicia was wonderful to work with, very responsive and clear with check in/out instructions.
