- Cozy living spaces and great decks for warm weather enjoyment.

This is a great location right in the center of Santa Fe. Walk to the natural food store or walk into town (plaza) or have a nature walk along the Santa Fe river which is a block away.

Most of the house has been remodeled and features a bay window and an updated kitchen. It has a bath tub.

Some other features for warmer weather include a comfortable sitting area outside under a unique shelter that features fun lighting and a tea bar with fun nooks and crannies to explore. There is also a BBQ and a lovely outside glass dining table and fun lighting. (This area opens up when the colder weather yields to spring around Mid March)

Holiday in Santa Fe

Our stay was top notch. David made the whole process very easy for my family and me. There was communication before and throughout our trip. David was there to greet my family when we arrived. He was very personable and welcoming. There was plenty of room for us; we were 8 and an infant. The bedrooms were good size and there were enough extra blankets for all of us. David had even included some extra toiletries, such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner, in both bathrooms. The house was decorated very nicely. He even included a beautiful Christmas tree on the deck, which all the kids loved. There was a fire place ready for use, with plenty of extra firewood. The marketplace was only a minute drive, which was perfect. We were able to get groceries quickly for breakfasts and dinners. Lunches were usually out, and there were plenty of restaurant choices. Being close to a main thoroughfare made for easy access to key tourist destinations. Downtown Santa Fe was about a five minute drive, and the ski area was very close. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

I am a somewhat unique person of the world. My training was in music at Oberlin Conservatory of music several years ago. I have traveled the world with symphony orchestras and played in very notable concert halls including Carnegie hall and Avery Fisher hall. When I was more active in the music world I created sound sculptures that were triggered by the wind and always had reflective surfaces for interesting lighting effects. Times have changed for me now and I enjoy taking extended trips to places like India, China, Vietnam and many more. Now that the world is recovering from the Covid situation, I enjoy staying in one place with my dog Bella and working on my VRBO listings.
It has been a challenging year for short term rental industry however things are starting to shift back to something more familiar. Happy days are here again.

This property is a mini oasis and is unlike any listing that you will ever find anywhere.
It has a tree house bar which is located to the right side of the house and is a cozy place to lounge and relax outside with unique lighting and several water features through out private area in the fenced off front yard. It is also perfect for your dog as there are gates with springs on them for your pets safety.
