We REALLY liked this place!

We are 6 adults in our 60s and from PA. We found the house to be perfect for our needs while visiting Bradenton for some Spring Training baseball and fun. The outdoor pool and patio were perfect for relaxing in the sun and shade. We spent many hours there. The house looks just like the VRBO pictures and the listing is accurate. We really had no complaints at all. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay there again should we decide to stay in Bradenton again.

Amazing stay

We drove 18 hours to the house and the experience was worth the trip! About 15 min from the beach and never had a problem finding a parking space. Went to the beach from 11am to roughly 5pm ordered dinner on the way home and had a great dinner at the house every night and pool time after dinner. The house was in a nice neighborhood and very clean and neat. The master bedroom was a little hot, the air didn't seem to circulate very well in that room only, but that was the only gripe.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home is starting to show its wear. This is constructive criticism so that repairs and perhaps replacement of some items can be reported to the owner. Two of the three loungers in the backyard are broken. They look ok until you sit on them where the backs let go. The rugs and patio furniture outside are getting tattered and dirty. The primary bedroom mattress squeaks and the bedroom where the single beds are, are ok for children but not great for adults. I would recommend this property to a friend outlining to them that the photos are not necessarily the actual condition of the furniture.

We loved the neighborhood and its centralized in Bradenton so it was close to everything. The dog friendly house was huge to us since we travel with our pups, so we are grateful this was the perfect dog friendly house for us.

Wonderful house, good location!

Loved the house! It was perfect for 4 adults and one 6 year old. Each family had their own space. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The pool and outside area are wonderful. Very easy and close access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice, close to the beach.

Nice home, 10 minutes to the beach. Pool was great, would have been nice if it was cleaned during our stay. We were there for 7 days with two dogs. House needs more kitchen utensils, hand soap, more then one garage bag and toilet paper. Need to read reviews, master mattress needs Replaced. A lot of reviews had asked for it. Would stay agin, just know what to pack.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were overall pleased. This was our second time staying in Sunshine Dream. The first was two years ago almost to the date. I think the main negatives is that time, wear, and tear shows. The outdoor rugs are the same. They are frayed and smell terrible. The outdoor cushions are worn and need a deep cleaning due to mildew or even replacement. Water damage repair to the ceiling in the kitchen was poorly done and the ruts in the master mattress were terrible. The home definitely needs a little TLC and worn items need replacing. The rental process was easy, the rate was inline with similar properties, and the house was clean and had all stated amenities.
