Enhet 301 är ett hörn Gulf Front Property på Phoenix X med spektakulära tredje våningen vyer. Det är det perfekta hemmet för en familj eller en grupp på 8 personer som älskar stranden och gillar att stanna någonstans ren, rolig och avkopplande.
Denna tre sovrum enhet har en king size-säng i befälhavaren med glasdörrar går direkt till däck med vacker utsikt och ett bifogat stort master bad. Det andra gästrummet har en queen size-säng och en dubbelsäng med en promenad genom badet till det tredje rummet som har en king size-säng. Det finns ett halvt bad i korridoren som är mycket bekvämt för att sova på drottningen bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Phoenix X ligger i Orange Beach i den vackra Mexikanska golfen och är mycket bekvämt till Flora-Bama, fantastiska restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker, shopping, teatrar och Alabama Gulf State Park som har flera roliga aktiviteter för hela gruppen från zip linjer till bra fiske utanför den stora Gulf State Park Pier! Det finns gott om vattensporter för att njuta av närhet som jetski, parasailing, djuphavsfiske och dykning för att bara nämna några.

Spring Break

Everything was fine, but there was some areas that need a good cleaning. The baseboards in the bathroom had a bunch of hair stuck on them. The kitchen was very well stocked and the outdoor furniture was great!

Beautiful retreat

The condo was very well equipped! Very well decorated! The only issue is you should list hairdryers in the amenities be cause we brought 2 and there was 4 in the condo! Thank you for such a lovely place!

What a Delight!

This three bedroom 2 1/2 bath 3rd floor condo was all anyone could hope for. The wraparound balcony was used daily (we ate dinner out there frequently!) as was the indoor pool. Clean, well appointed, no surprises...it really is perfect!!

Gorgeous Views

The view was what we all needed. Accommodations were wonderful. The only issue I had was there was a ton of dust. Myself and 2 others in our family are extremely allergic to dust. Not the biggest issue, but we had to clean some ourselves to feel comfortable. Again, the place and view were great. We could of just done without the dust bunnies ;)

Happy, but a little bummed

Overall, it was wonderful. The walk to the beach was relatively quick and easy. My teens loved the indoor pool. The unit was perfectly themed and had everything we needed. Our only complaint is that we expected to be able to play tennis, but the courts were unplayable. No nets, debris, and orange cones covered the courts. It seems that all the other Phoenix complexes have courts in great condition.

Fantastic View

The condo was amazing and so was the view! You are just steps from the ocean and the kids loved the indoor pool. The condo was clean and communication with the manager was quick and easy. Check-in was a breeze, even in the middle of the night. Covered parking was available in the garage and security was onsite at all times. It felt very safe. There is only one con to this condo and I felt I should mention it. The bathrooms (all 3 of them) are very small. If you are using a wheelchair, there's no way you could get into the bathrooms. Other than that, this place is wonderful!

Great location if you’re looking to spend time at Flora Bama

We were mostly happy with the condo. Love the balcony access from all rooms, and the big table outside on the beach side balcony was great. Nicely decorated and furnished. Worst thing - Wifi. The unit does not have its own network. I contacted the property manager, and I was told to connect to the strongest signal around me. It wouldn’t stay connected so we used data all weekend. Signal strength is poor there so when we were trying to get an Uber to pick us up, or find restaurants in the area - it was slow slow slow. Best part - we made amazing memories to cherish forever.

Great condo and location right in the action!

Four ladies in our 50s loved the condo and the location is certainly right in the thick of it. We rented umbrellas and chairs right out front on the sand and played in the waves for three days without ever getting in the car. The pots and pans are terrible, but par for the course for a rental. My only complaint was that the kitchen sink faucet was hardly attached upon arrival and there was a bucket under it. There was no way that the cleaning crew did not know it was a problem and should have addressed it before our arrival. The property manager was responsive on email and sent someone out to fix it on DAY TWO of our visit while we were out.

Girls trip

Lovely property and condo. We love staying at Phoenix X because of the close proximity to Flora Bama and shops across north he road. The only suggestions I have would be to have some extra blankets or throws and the 3rd bedroom to have 2 double beds and not a twin and a queen. We loved the corner location and it was very clean.

Had a great stay. Great company to rent from! All Bedroom carpet does need to be shampooed. Several stains and felt sticky. Other than that we couldn’t have ask for a better condo!
