Efter att ha väntat hela året för en semester, kanske du tror "Det handlar om tid!" Fritidshuset med fyra våningar, "It's About Time", har väntat på din ankomst! Beläget direkt vid stränderna i Mexikanska golfen, erbjuder detta hem en spektakulär utsikt och enkel tillgång till stranden direkt från bakgården! En privat, i marken pool omgiven av gott om uteplats och solstolar ligger också på fastigheten strax utanför spelrummet! Hemmet kan bekvämt sova 26-28 personer, vilket gör det idealiskt för flera familjesemester och återföreningar. Det finns 9 sovrum, 9 badrum och 3 halv badrum ligger inom de imponerande 8.720 kvadratmeter av hemmet.

Husets främre ingång är säkrad av en gated ingång. Inom portarna kommer gästerna att hitta garage för 2 bilar och ytterligare 4 bilar kan parkeras i uppfarten. De första tre våningarna i hemmet betjänas av en hemmabruk. Hissen tjänar inte fjärde våningen. En gång inuti hemmet erbjuder första våningen ett rymligt spelrum med pokbord, fotbollsplan och biljardbord! Två plattskärms-TV-apparater är monterade på väggarna medan en soffa i läder och kärlekssits ger sittplatser. Av spelrummet ligger ett kök med extra barstolsstolar vid disken. Tillsammans med spelrummet och köket innehåller första våningen också två queen murphy sängar som drar ner från väggarna, ett badrum med dusch / badkar combo och en tvättstuga med Kenmore tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Den privata poolen är tillgänglig från bakdörrarna på första våningen, och med trappor från andra och tredje våningen. På poolpaviljongen hittar gästerna poolflottor att leka med och en fullstor pool. Det finns tv�� halva bad som ligger ute på pooldäcket för bekvämlighet. Åtta lounge stolar och två bord med fyra stolar vardera ger plats för gästerna att samlas och njuta av utsikten över viken.

På andra våningen i hemmet kommer gästerna att hitta två master sviter. Alla är utrustade med en king size-säng, en gungstol, en platt-TV, en Blu-ray-spelare, en våt bar med handfat och minikylskåp, klädkammare och en privat balkong med utsikt över bukten . Dessa mastersuper är lyxiga och bekväma. De har också alla sina egna privata badrum med dubbla handfat, en trädgårdsbadkar och en fristående dusch.

Den tredje våningen i hemmet har de huvudsakliga vardagsrummen. På denna våning hittar gästerna ett öppet vardagsrum och matsal och det primära köket. Vardagsrummet har plats för alla och är ett bra samlings- och nöjesrum. Med en stor sektionssoffa och extra soffstolar kan alla bli bekväma här! I vardagsrummet finns en platt-TV och en Blu-ray-spelare. Gästerna kan också gå ut p�� balkongen från vardagsrummet. På balkongen hittar de en grill och en femdelad bistro. Om gästerna föredrar att laga mat och äta inuti, kan de utnyttja matsalen med två bord och sittplatser för 16 gäster. En våt bar finns precis utanför matsalen och bredvid köket. I köket finns två diskmaskiner, två ugnar, en ismaskin, ett stort skafferi, en brödrost, mixer, mikrovågsugn, Keurig och skarpare bildknivblock. Apparaten är allt rostfritt stål. Tre barstolar sträcker köksdisken.

Den tredje våningen erbjuder också extra sovande arrangemang. En sekundär hane erbjuder en bäddsoffa och en platt-TV. På andra sidan tredje våningen finns en king svit med en king size-säng och sittgrupp, förutom en liten balkong med utsikt över Scenic Gulf Drive. Denna svit med king size-säng har eget badrum med duschkabin med dubbla duschkablar.

Sex av hemets nio sovrum ligger på fjärde våningen. Två master sviter finns i slutet av de två korridorerna. Den första erbjuder ett pastellf��rgschema och lyxboende som den privata balkongen med utsikt över bukten och ett eget badrum. Den andra mästaren är inredd för att passa ett tropiskt tema. Denna master svit har också en egen balkong och eget badrum. Badrummet har ett trädgårdsbadkar och en duschkabin. Resterande sovrum inkluderar en king svit med eget bad, ett gäst sovrum med en full säng och ett badrum, en dubbelsäng queen svit och en våningssäng rum. Våningssängrummet är möblerat med tv�� enkelsängar och delar ett badrum med dubbel queen-svit.

Den som sover på fjärde våningen finner sina sovande arrangemang mest bekväma med iComfort-madrasser med kylteknik och gelminneskum. Bliss

This was a very nice rental and we enjoyed our stay very much. The elevator was nice just wish it had gone up to the 4th floor. Rooms were all nice with private baths except for a bunk and double queen that shared a bath. The main kitchen has two refrigerators and the 1st floor also has a small kitchen. The pool was very nice and had safety gates so the little ones couldn’t get to it without an adult. It’s in a nice location and even has a restaurant in walking distance and an Alvin’s. We were all very comfortable and pleased with the house.

Cockroach Infestation

Our stay was Memorial Day week, and we paid an uncharge for that. More than $44,000 for the week for this house, while typically it goes for less than $10,000 a week. From the moment we checked into "It's About Time" on Miramar Beach, we battled cockroaches running the floor around the games on Floor One. I called management and asked if there was a cockroach problem at this property. Montana answered the call and said there was not a problem. We hoped it was an anomaly. It was not. We found a long strip of disgusting dark sticky stuff at the back top of the stove and I wondered if that was cockroach feces. Despite the fact that we were hyper careful to keep things clean, and food in containers, the cockroaches boldly persisted. The next night we began to see them on baseboards, crawling on walls, and walking through the front door on the first floor. That night my son was stretching his back by laying on the tile floor on the third main floor. He stayed on his back for maybe 10 minutes. When he sat up, a cockroach skittered out from underneath him. With that we began looking thoroughly. We found them everywhere except the two oceanfront bedrooms on the Fourth Floor. On Sunday and Monday I called to report this disgusting problem to the management company. They said someone would contact us. Despite more phone calls from us and several emails, we heard nothing till Wednesday afternoon when we were at the Beach. Craig called to say he was in our house looking around. This happened without anyone checking with us, and it seemed strange. I told him all the many places where we were seeing cockroaches and he asked what size they were. I said some were an inch long, others were small. He said, "Yes, the small ones mean a big problem. I think we need an exterminator to come out." I told him we had three small children with us. I asked for the exterminator to call us first so I could request something safe for kids. No one called. I called and emailed. No response. Meanwhile we battled cockroaches every evening. Weird gooey stuff was coming out of an outlet plate near the kitchen - perhaps an attempt to mitigate the infestation. I have photos and videos of all this. Finally Friday an exterminator came - without a call. No idea what he sprayed. We paid an uncharge for Memorial Day Week - $44,000 for the week. We are requesting a 50% refund for our cockroach marred experience.

Celebrating 60th Birthday!

Fourteen friends traveled to this awesome home for several 60th birthday celebrations! The home was perfect for us and could have invited several more friends! The large living room, kitchen, dining area were amazing! All the bedrooms and baths were extremely comfortable.....so much room! The pool was a perfect way to end a fun and relaxing day at the beach....just steps from the house. The management company was VERY helpful and quick to answer if we had a question or a need. I would definitely return.

Amazing stay!

We had a family of 9 adults, 3 year old, 2 year old and 2 month old. There were 3 empty rooms, an empty Murphy bed and couch bed in the sitting area was unused. So many, many more could have come. The house was clean and comfortable for all. Between the beach, pool, pool table, arcade game and TVs there was always something to do. The house was very thoughtfully laid out and was a joy to stay in. Our only feedback is that the washer on the top floor needs replaced, it smells terribly and therefore we were only able to use the one on the bottom floor. With 5 families of people and 3 flights of stairs to get to it, it was less than ideal. Other than that, we had a great time and hope to go back!

Great House for Family Time

We stayed at "It's About Time" and had a wonderful family vacation. There were 11 of us and, with 10 bedrooms and a fantastic game room, we certainly had enough room to have either alone or together time as our needs changed over the week. The large pool and beach access were perfect; the location was ideal. The house was spotless when we arrived. The reason for the 4 star rating is that we were hoping for a property that "felt" luxurious. This house felt like a rental property because of the worn kitchen cabinets and the vanity in one of the two master baths was broken. When you enter the property you immediately face a choice of an enclosed stairway leading up or a narrow hallway leading to the game room and one of the 2 bunk rooms. It was not an elegant entrance. On the flip side, I totally understand why it was built like this; every single square inch of space was utilized. There is no wasted space as there is with a "floating staircase." That was a disappointment but certainly not a reason to mark the property as less than perfect. The house is beginning to look tired and worn, again, which is the reason for the 4 stars. The open kitchen and family room areas were perfect for family together time and we are grateful that we were able to spend time in this beach house.

Great Family Vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 11 people in our group but this house is huge and could easily accommodate 25+ people easily. Beds were very comfortable. 4 of the rooms had balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. This is a 4 story home with LOTS of stairs. The elevator was a life saver for getting people and bags upstairs. Pool is huge and super clean. Looks like it's been resurfaced since the online pics were taken. The beach was just steps away and was very private. It was great having 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas waiting for us every day. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a large pantry, helpful for larger groups. Also helpful was the 2 sets of washers/dryers. I would definitely recommend this place! We had the best time!

Nice house, lots of sleeping accommodations

House was great. Super easy beach access, great sized pool. We did have some issues when we arrived but they were resolved fairly quickly. We loved the convenience of walking back and forth to the beach and the pool. We could also keep an eye on everyone from the second story deck. Minor suggestions. Should have some more cooking utensils for a house this size (spatulas and cookie sheets). Another con was the houses here were super close together so when we were out swimming at the same time, conversations ran together lol. But overall we had a great stay! It’s a beautiful house just as described.

Beautiful, amazing layout, wonderful view and beach access!

We had 28 people- 4 families with children, 1 couple, and 2 singles. Bedrooms and bathrooms accommodations comfortable for all. Layout is great for a large group with the open kitchen, dining, and living room. Having 2 large dining tables and a bar is a plus. Everyone enjoyed their private balcony. Love having the nice size pool on the front. So fun to have the basement with the Foos ball and pool tables Decor was beautiful and relaxing It’s hard to say enough about the amazing features of this property! We had a wonderful family vacation here!

Good place to stay with the family.

Positives about the place: Main floor had enough space for everyone to hang out in living room and in the dining area. Main floor had a large out side balcony for everyone to hang out on the cool mornings. The Pool was large enough for everyone to enjoy. Ice maker in the main Kitchen was nice to have. The place was clean and the rooms were large. Large outdoor propane grill at pool level allowed the space to grill for a large family. Had a few wall gates for toddlers and we brought extra with us. Lots of stairs to block off. Easy access to the beach and the beach umbrellas and chairs were up every morning. Good location near Winn Dixie, CVS and shopping/restaurants. Negatives on this Trip: No umbrellas by the pool to get out of the sun as shown in the photos. One TV in the game room next to pool table did not work and the other one next to kitchen worked intermittently. Had to call to get the elevator working. Would have been nice to have it working when arrived for all the luggage. They came out within a few hours and fixed it. Neighbors also have pools and were noisy at certain times. Wedding reception next door kept some of our family awake till 3am. Only one parking garage out of two was available for guest. There was enough space to park four cars outside of garage inside the gate. The skimmers for the pool did not work so there was a lot of floating bugs and debris in the pool everyday. A skim net and pole was available but the net was torn.

Enjoyable family vacation

The house was wonderful for our party of 19, the location was ideal with some families liking beach and some liking pool, kitchen on first floor by pool was great. We enjoyed beautiful weather. The house offers great ocean views and even saw some dolphins. The white sand beaches are beautiful.

Liked it very much great location,great beach

We were very impressed with the property with a few exceptions the Kitchen could use some large pots for boiling corn,lobster shrimp ect., also a couple of large shallow type pans to cook sausage, bacon and eggs in. The beach was beautiful and the deck outstanding. I would also suggest that you have a Welcome book with all the particulars of the property listed such as Trash Pickup, T.V.Channels, check out ect. I have already explained our problems to Sidney yesterday and will call him again today to see if any items were found my daughter lost her camera charger. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Talk to Sidney about the service aspect during our stay. The availability of near by Grocery stores was an added bonus and the Catholic church so close was great. Thanks James P. Holt
