Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 2nd floor featuring over 1200 sq. with a beach theme. This unit was recently remodeled with new paint, new floors, appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. New furniture throughout. Master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed and en suite with a large tv. Guest bedroom features 2 queen beds with blackout drapes to ensure a wonderful nights rest.

After a day at the beach, you can unwind in the den or our living room, which overlooks the pool with a beautiful garden view of the property with palm trees. This unit has it's own private balcony with shared amenities of the complex which include heated pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts and white sandy beach. Beach chairs are available free of charge for our guests. You will want to make this your home away from home every year!

Terrific Condo and Location

Our accommodations on beautiful Longboat Key were most enjoyable. Our unit was spacious, updated, and very comfortable for our family of four adults. The small terrace was a lovely addition to the living space.The location of the condo complex right on the beach was probably the highlight of our stay as well as having access to a community laundry facility, tennis court and racquets, and the pool. The complex also provided luggage carts and elevators which was convenient for the units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. On our very last day we encountered some drainage problems and the air conditioning stopped working. We communicated the issues to the office staff and within one hour maintenance help arrived at the unit to fix the issues. It was tremendously helpful to have the office staff available every day to help the guests. We would like to come again!

Our Fourth Stay and There will be more

We love this condo! We have actually stayed in unit 211 twice now, and it is perfect for a multigenerational family. We had our son, his wife and our (almost) three year old grandson. We all hadd a great time - the beach, the pool, shuffleboard and the convenience of being close to Sarasota. We'll definitely be back!

Blue Skies for days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand Cay is exactly what we needed. Totally recommend this property. Longboat and the adjacent islands have good dining options and the Mote Aquarium is a must see. Very family friendly overall. My only concern, and it's a slight one, is that the mattresses were too soft for us. Other than that the location, people, in fact everything, was terrific.
