'Bella Vista' fick namnet för sin hisnande utsikt över en av North Karolas vackraste stränder. Oavsett om du njuter av en ny kopp kaffe under soluppgången eller delar en flaska vin vid solnedgången, erbjuder vårt enorma privata däck en spektakulär panoramautsikt över den orörda stranden och blått vatten. Däck kan nås från sovrummet och vardagsrummet. Insidan av denna nyrenoverade lägenhet erbjuder utsikt över vågorna kraschar från nästan alla rum.

Börja dessa livslånga semesterminnen genom att lämna din lägenhet vid havet och kliva direkt på stranden. Det finns en bemannad livvaktsställning från Memorial Day till Labor Day. Njut av att njuta av solen, fiska eller titta på delfiner. Om du har tur kan du se en sköldpadda för mamma och hennes barn. Efter stranden kan du tvätta dig vid utomhusduschen och njuta av ett dopp i vår pool som är privat för lägenhetskomplexet.

Carolina Beach, som är en del av Pleasure Island tillsammans med Kure Beach och Fort Fisher, ligger 15 miles från den historiska hamnstaden Wilmington. Charmiga Wilmington är känd för sina kullerstensvägar längs Cape Fear River, antikaffärer, restauranger och Azalea-festivalen. Vårt läge vid Carolina Beach anses vara det bästa på ön, med den bredaste stranden och den vidsträckta utsikten. Ideal location

Truly a great location and experience. Close to the boardwalk, amazing views, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay! Only con for some people would be the super narrow parking spot and all the stairs. Small trade off for such a great spot!

Carolina beach stay

Quiet location on the beach. Place was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable. The only thing i didn't like was the beds were not made but clean sheets were folded on the bed for you to make yourself. Other than that things went well.

Great location - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. Gorgeous beach view and very short walk to the beach. Just make sure you bring shampoo / body wash and lotion - somehow I thought those things would be provided. Also, the outdoor shower did not work during our stay, that was a bit annoying. Otherwise we loved it and would come back!

This is our second time staying at this location. The unit is clean and as shown in pictures. The only change I would ask is that the beds are made upon arrival and the kitchen was missing hand towels. We had to use our bathroom towels. It’s a walkable location and pretty view.

Easter trip

Great oceanfront condo with amazing views! We spent most of our time out on the balcony. Great responsiveness from the owners. Loved the location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Have to walk up 3 flights of stairs but it’s not too bad.

Great condo in a great location

Large, very clean, condo with a great view of Carolina Beach. Place was nicely furnished and has a great balcony. Very short walk to the boardwalk. There are a lot of stairs if you have mobility problems, and the covered parking area is on the narrow side. The few times I had to contact the owners they were very polite and helpful. Overall, this was an extremely nice place that sits on a great stretch of beach.

I am so glad that your family enjoyed the condo. We mail the security deposits within 45 days of check out. I'm not sure why yours wasn't received, but I will certainly look into it today and send it asap!

Summer Vacation

This condo has the perfect beach location. The beach access is right outside the condo and the views in the morning are amazing. Beside the beach location being perfect, the location to all the restaurants is great. We didn’t need our car once. We could also walk to the boardwalk and get Britt’s donuts. Definitely a must. The owners were great and very quick with responding to any questions I had. The condo was stocked with everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Fantastic Vacation with A View

Everything was excellent. Communication with owners was wonderful. Looks exactly like the photos. The ceanfront view was amazing. We love the radio. Rooms were perfect. Grandsons and daughters enjoyed. I was celebrating my birthday with them. Food and shopping was very close. The steps were a lot for me. I had the top floor. Overall view is that I will be returning. A plus.

Nice place

The property was nice. The location was great. The cleanliness of the property was just ok. The furniture was very uncomfortable and dirty. The parking space was tricky to get in and out of. It was very narrow. Was disappointed in the pool. There was broken furniture and dirty diapers and miscellaneous clothing around the pool that never got cleaned up for more than a week. The beach area is great. Very nice area to stay.

Poor communication from renter

Agency did not advise of check in process until day before after being asked by us about info. Parking was horrible. I recommend adding to details recommend smaller vehicle, trucks do not fit in spots designated. Arrived to condo with soap dispenser empty. We throughly enjoyed our time there just the beginning was rockier than it had to be.

Lovely condo, perfect view!

We had a great time. The condo was just right for our family of four- well stocked kitchen and incredible view of the beach. Beds were comfy and the living and dining area were just fine for what we needed. Location was great-- easily walkable to lots of restaurants and the boardwalk. we were there in the off season so it was pretty quiet. I think only a couple other units in the building were occupied, so I could imagine it gets pretty crowded in the summer. Marc was very responsive when I had questions. Two small nitpicks: the parking space is very, very narrow. We really couldn't get our normal size can all the way in. Again, if the building had been full, this would have been more of a problem than it was. Also, I wish the rental just came with linens. It was annoying and expensive to rent them separately. All that said, we would definitely stay here again!

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we first saw our place at Carolina Beach, we absolutely fell in love with it's view. We bought it from the original owner and it was very outdated. Over the years, we have done massive renovations to make it the stylish, yet warm place that it is today. After the first year, we decided to open it up to others, so they can enjoy it as much as we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The first thing that people fall in love with, is the view from our condo. You can see the waves crashing on the beach and if you're lucky, you'll get to see the family of dolphins playing in the ocean. One of the best features is it's proximity to everything. We are beachfront and a short walk to the lake with a walking trail, paddle boats & kayaks, multi sensory playground for children with all abilities, shopping, coffee shops, ice cream shops and much more. Once you park your car, in the private off street covered parking spaces, you'll never have to drive it until your vacation is over. We are located on a part of the beach where we've never seen it crowded. It's just the perfect place to relax and make lots of memories.
