Njut av hisnande, fri utsikt över vitt vatten och pir från vardagsrummet och din privata balkong. Detta lägenhet ligger i FAMOUS San Clemente Pier Bowl och ligger bara några steg till piren och FABULOUS Fisherman's Restaurant där du kan njuta av San Clemente solnedgångar på deras bästa. Vackra antikaffärer och pittoreska byshopping ligger inom gångavstånd.

Denna enhet har nyligen blivit helt renoverad och allt är nytt och vackert. Det stora sovrummet erbjuder "5-stjärnigt hotell som" elegans med king size-sovrum och ett privat badrum. Det sekundära sovrummet har en queen-size säng och delar ett bad med det tredje sovrummet som erbjuder två enkelsängar med våningssäng som är ljust inredda för underhållning för barn!

Coaster (Amtrak) stannar dagligen vid piren och kommer att transportera resenärer till San Diego där du kan ta lokaltrafik till Del Mar Racetrack, den världsberömda San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, Sea World eller Old Town San Diego ... till och med Mexikansk gränsstad Tijuana! Norr om oss Disneyland väntar också Knott's Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary och Universal Studios.

Wonderful retreat in San Clemen

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Great location and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Beach/shopping and restaurants. Quiet condo with a large deck and the ocean view! Comfortable beds and Angela provided all the amenities for a perfect stay Thank you!

Wonderful location in San Clemente!

We love this location! So close to the beach, shopping on Del Mar and the SC Pier. The place was spacious, clean and you can’t beat the ocean view! We’ll be coming back again, for sure.

Amazing View!

The condo was bigger than we expected and incredibly comfy! We loved listening to the ocean and watching the sunset from the spacious balcony. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The host was very helpful but really the condo already had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy! You will not regret booking this gem!

Excellent property

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avenida Granada while visiting family in the area. Angela was a thoughtful and flexible host. We hope to visit again soon.

Gorgeous views in San Clemente - near the pier

Great 3 bedroom beach condo. Allowed to stay next to rest of the family staying in hotel rooms near the pier. Angela went above and beyond to accommodate our group.

Perfect San Clemente Getaway

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in San Clemente this is it!! Very centrally located to everything you need. Including walking distance to the best beach in town. Fishermen’s restaurant is also walking distance which has an amazing happy hour and dinner menu!! Thank you for the amazing time!!

Perfect Location

Clean and spacious condo that is in the perfect location. Beautiful ocean view and in walking distance from shopping, good food and great trails. Very relaxing to just be on the balcony, listening to the waves and reading a book. It was our second time here, and when we need our ocean-fix, we hope to return to Angela’s beautiful beach home!

We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night!

Angela's property was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway...clean, comfortable and just a short walk to the pier. We arrived to ironed sheets on the bed and when Angela heard it was our anniversary, she even left us a bottle of margarita in the fridge! Watching the sunrise and surfers from the broad balcony and hearing the ocean waves all night was our favorite part.

Paradise!!

This property was amazing. Angela was so nice and so patient with us finding our way there! The property has the most amazing ocean view and easy walk to the beach! The pool and jacuzzi were sublime! Great views and location!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Angela left an amazing welcome gift and was always readily available with any questions we had. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and had many beach towels and games. We came as a family with our small children and the bunk beds were a huge hit. We will definitely come back and stay again! If you are in doubt just book it now because you will not regret it!!

San Clemente by the Beach

Our experience at Angela's condo was just wonderful, the pics do not fully convey the beach vibe or the bright and open floor plan. Angela is a great communicator and is eager to help make your stay a great experience. Do not pass this listing up if you want a view and an easy walk to the beach, parking is a dream and shopping is close by as well as great restaurants. You get it all with this property.

4th of July family trip

The condo was amazing! Better than the pictures. This was our annual family trip to San Clemente for the 4th of July and have stayed in other units in this complex. We all agreed this was the best we have stayed in and look forward to renting again. The unit is comfortable for a large group and also allows for privacy. There is a lot of attention to details not to mention a great view. Angela was great to work with and very accommodating.

Pier condo

Communication was excellent and welcoming. The condo is in the perfect location for surfing or walking to restaurants or shops. You will not need to bring or buy and essentials, because you are provided with ample supplies. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The seating in the living area is extremely comfortable with space to spare. Warm and cozy blankets are provided to add additional comfort. You just can’t go wrong renting this place! Look forward to returning soon.
