Bekvämt inredda hem med utsikt över den 14: e greenen på Bodega Harbor golfbana med utsikt över havet och Bodega Head. Du kan njuta av en omgång golf i världsklass och sedan äta middag i klubbhuset med utsikt över havet. Senare kan du titta på solnedgången från den privata badtunnan, medan du njuter av ett glas lokalt vin från Sonoma County och sovnar sedan och lyssnar på sjölejon som skäller på Seal Rock och dimmahornet i fjärran.

Windsong, med över 1 800 kvadratmeter, är idealiskt anpassat för två par eller en liten familj. Generös master suite har en king size-säng, privat badrum och kabel-TV. Gästrummet har dubbelsäng, kabel-TV och intilliggande privat badrum. Sovrummen ligger på motsatta sidor av huset och erbjuder extra integritet. Sängkläder av högsta kvalitet, hårtork, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, strykbräda / strykjärn är alla tillhandahållna. Köket har nyligen renoverats inklusive bänkskivor i granit och nya apparater.

Det välutrustade köket leder till matplatsen som har plats för sex. Du hittar också ett underbart urval av kokböcker och eleganta konstverk över hela huset. Vardagsrummet har en enorm öppen spis med kopparhuv och leder till solarium med TV, DVD-spelare, filmbibliotek, CD-spelare / iPod-dockningsstation och CD-skivor. Det finns ett frukostområde med utsikt över golfbanan och bäddsoffa för extra gäster. Skjutdörrar i glas leder till den privata badtunna.

Windsong har en höghastighetsinternetanslutning via Comcast-kabel för att rymma människor som vill komma undan men måste hålla kontakten. Det finns en trådlös router som tillåter användning av din egen bärbara dator med wi-fi-kort.

Bodega Bay är en lugn, avskild, fridfull fristad, men ändå bara 55 miles från den sofistikerade staden San Francisco. This stay was absolutely 5 stars. On the 14th green with a view of the water. We woke up to deer and quail right outside the windows every morning. The home was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We had a very comfortable stay in Bodega Bay at this home. Everything you need was there from kitchen appliances to comfortable beds, hot tub, and location right on the golf course. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect for a quiet getaway stay

We stayed for 4 weeks as a working vacation. Diana and Robert are five star hosts. The house is comfortable and extremely well-equipped, especially the kitchen. We second the person who said that the beds are comfortable.... really comfortable. We look forward to another opportunity to stay at Windsong.

Birthday weekend

We’ve stayed at this home a few times. Great location, comfortable, and a nice area for walks. Close to restaurants. The home had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and there was an outdoor hot tub. Nice and quiet. Owners were helpful and responded to emails. Found a piece of clothing left behind and mailed it to us. Will stay there again

Scenic golf course stay, relaxing, comfortable. Many restaurants nearby but closed on Tuesday& Wednesday. Found restaurants that were acceptable and very good. Only complaint was hot water took a long time.

First, the good stuff: Property is well equipped with a nice patio offering an ocean/bay view. Kitchen is nice. Wild life was fun! Lynx, quail, heron, deer and many birds. Layout of home is good, except no TV in LR by the FP is needed. The breezes coming through the many windows were awesome. Overall, very comfy and warm. Now, the first impression was the landscape is needing attention, windows filthy and cob webs, indicate they have not been cleaned in a while. cob webs on ceiling, too. (we got that one with broom) The light fixture in DR has a film and needs a good cleaning. The ceiling fan and bath vent fan, very dirty and dusty. The plumbing is tired and both bath sinks drain slow. Gross! Water pressure is poor. A deep cleaning and some maintenance is needed. Housekeeping NOT dusting pictures, fans, etc. The chairs on the patio are about to fall apart. The slider to spa has no screen and it gets hot in there. Bugs and bees enter when opened. Wine fridge inop. Front door needs a new lock so people do not lock themselves out! The master bed is getting indented with the many guests it probably has seen. Look, this sounds like I am really unhappy, that is not the case, it just needs some of the deferred maintenance done and a deep clean. We both would love to stay while doing the fixes it needs. We are both handy and detailed oriented. The price of 275 per night would not be an issue if things were just a bit cleaner and maintained. Thank you.

New Years

Great house and location. Front door needs fixing. Our wives were unable to unlock or open it when unlocked. I cut up the top of my hand while forcing the door open. Master shower is so-so, the shower water went instantly from cold to hot and was mod dangerous when hot. Simple repairs would help guests be more comfortable.

Wonderful Home

This home was stocked with everything you would need for your stay! Spices, condiments, pots and pans, games, loads of towels and the books, oh the books!! Had to be a couple of hundred all over the place. You can tell this is a “relaxing” kind of atmosphere and we did just that!!! Would definitely come back!

Clean and Comfortable

Windsong has the necessities I look for: clean (even the windows), very comfortable beds,, and good water pressure in the showers, It’s unusual to find that combo in one beach house. Check-in was easy and the home was well stocked. We even had the use of the garage door remote making our outings easier. To top it off they allowed us to bring our small dog. She particularly enjoyed spotting the 3 deer that came by twice a day. And I must mention again the VERY comfortable beds!

Windsong-Bodega Bay

The house is pretty old and smells old maybe because the furniture is also old, even the bedspread was old and smelled like an old lady ( perfume). We enjoyed the view and the weather, nice and cool. It could be a beautiful home with some remodeling. It is a shame that you can't walk your dog along the path between the homes and the golf course, that would be a nice walk. We (me, my husband and our mini schnauzer) enjoyed our stay. We played golf and had some good fish dinners while in Bodega Bay.

Overall good value

Bottom line: Good value for the location and property. Pro: - Unbeatable location with easy access to town and Doran Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. - Kitchen was generally well-stocked and easy to use; we made multiple breakfasts and full dinners (knives are dull but that’s a minor complaint). - The garage is huge and can fit a small SUV; I appreciated that they gave us full access. - Fantastic fireplace, and the property provided three Duraflame logs. Cons: - We felt a bit deceived about the Tesla charger, which wasn’t available (as of this review, the property advertises a Tesla charger and even has a picture of it); - The owner gave us email and a cell phone to contact with questions, but then wasn’t available for several days (we eventually got hold of the alternate number); - Fan in the second bathroom is broken, and based on the condition of the ceiling seems likely to have been broken for a while.

We loved your place. There was plenty of room for 4 people that also gave privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms separated from each other. Lots of room to spread out through the house with the solarium. The/view could not be better. We hated t leave. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

excellent property

We were on a short getaway to Bodega Bay. This house was exactly as described, very comfortable, roomy, clean, and well-equipped. The checkin-checkout was super easy. The owners sent a pre-trip email with all the info we could possibly need. I recommend this facility as highly as I possibly can.

Great house, great location

We loved staying at Windsong! The house is super cozy, well equipped and clean. The location is great, very close to Doran Beach and has lovely with ocean views.It was nice sitting in the sun on the patio. Kitchen is well stocked -- you can cook about anything you can image!Communication with owner was good, had my questions answered quickly!Overall, very nice and we look forward to staying longer next time!

My husband and I love Bodega Bay. It is very peaceful and quiet and yet it is not far from San Francisco. The ocean is beautiful as well as the shoreline and beaches. The weather is variable but it's a great place to hang out when the weather is bad or good. There are some good seafood restaurants in the town of Bodega Bay and it is really enjoyable to get a table by the window and watch the boats going in and out of the harbour.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Windsong is located in Harbor Bay South and it is right on the edge of the golf course. There is a great ocean view across the golf course and we love being out on the patio to BBQ and watch the golfers, the ocean and listen to the seals barking out on seal rock in the harbor.
