Nice location, but dated and worn

As mentioned in the title the property was in an excellent location, very close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Ketchum. However, there were a few issues: - The furniture was old and dingy fabric, and the rugs and flooring weren't in great shape. -The AC unit blew cold air, but you could only feel it if you stood a couple feet away. It really did nothing to cool the condo down. - Neither of the balcony sliding door locks worked (though crime is pretty much non-existent in Ketchum, so that's not much of a concern). - The shower drain is installed improperly (it's not flush with the floor) so you stand in an enormous puddle while showering. The shower head is also broken so it mostly pours water straight out like a garden hose. - The building hallways were exceptionally hot inside. This is not in the VRBO host's control of course, but it is something that should be known. None of the above is to say that we didn't enjoy our stay there, but for nearly a mortgage payment a week I expect things to be in better condition.

Great week in Ketchum

Everything walking distance (no more than a mile anywhere). Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything my wife and I needed. Owners very quick to communicate with us. Highly satisfied with our stay.

Was great for the two of us

Had there been more of us there would have been issues come eating time. Bar chairs clearly not suited for use at the bar: way too low. Since the dining table seated only 3, could have been a problem. Small maintenance issues: Trash bin batteries were dead; doors and windows locking mechanisms out of alignment and most don’t work. I put weather strip back in bedroom window so it could close. Otherwise great.

Perfect Location

Loved staying right in Ketchum and being able to walk everywhere. Underground parking and elevator made unloading & loading the car super easy. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils, and everything we needed to make a few meals. Only one bathroom, but it was huge - plenty of room for all of our stuff (3 adults + 1 small child). I would stay here again.

A downtown gem

Suited us perfectly! It was very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, had indoor parking, and was a short walk from everything downtown Ketchum has to offer. My wife and I enjoyed it and called it "city living" in the mountains.

Great Location!

What a great spot! We parked our car in the garage upon arrival in September and didn't get in it again until we left ten days later. The condo is just a few hundred feet from restaurants like Cookbook and Rickshaw and a three minute walk from the grocery store and all the other local businesses in downtown Ketchum. The Wood River Trail can be accessed down the street and it's just a mile and a half up to the Sun Valley Resort and their trail system. The condo itself had all the kitchen tools we needed to cook and eat-in, the bathroom was good sized and the beds were comfortable. The front balcony was great too - we sat out there most evenings as the day cooled off. It was an excellent home base for our late September trip.

RPI get away

My son and I participated in the 2021 Rebecca's Private Idaho (RPI) gravel bike race. The condo was very well equipped and located close to all the race festivities. It is very comfortable and made for a very fun and relaxing stay. I highly recommend the condo.

Sweet Condo in Ketchum

We enjoyed this Condo very much. Hollie was very quick to respond and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, the location terrific for access to shops, galleries, walking and biking trails and restaurants within in minutes walking. The unit is quiet, clean, nicely furnished. We will stay here again.

Ketchum condo

We had an excellent stay at your condo and would definitely rent again. It was clean, well equipped, air conditioning was awesome due to heat wave, and well located. Underground parking a plus but you can walk to lots of great restaurants.

Perfect for us

We’ve been coming to Sun Valley for over a decade, and have stayed at houses, condos, the resort- and this place by far was our favorite. It was easy walking to our favorite places- the bike path to baldy mountain, Grumpy’s, Java, Atkinsons… it was nice to just park the car in the garage & walk/bike everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable, and having A/C was a nice perk.

Convenient and clean. Nice deck, but minimal view from it. Well furnished; only thing in short supply was non-stick pans. Property manager very responsive to ailing smoke detector.

Great location

Very nice condo in a central location. Description is very accurate. Lots of nice extras in the place...spices, coffee, filters etc. Loved the underground parking and it’s proximity to the elevator. Patio is nice. Large bathroom and very comfortable bed! Would highly recommend if looking in the area.

Great Ketchum Location

I found the property to be very quiet and comfortable. The downtown location was a huge plus! It was nice to have the option to use the A/C especially on the warmer days!
