The property was very clean and tidy. We were a little disappointed because the description said that it had ocean views when in fact it did not You had to leave the unit walk around the building and walk onto the beach to get ocean views. It was very misleading as my wife wanted to get something with Ocean views that we could enjoy the sunsets together for our 31st anniversary. The unit in fact DOES NOT HAVE OCEAN VIEWS.

We loved our stay here. The kitchen was stocked and easy to prep food in. Tons of beach toys access to the beach was great. Parking was easy & safe. No complaints!

Really enjoyed our stay, especially having access to bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, etc which made time on the beach super fun. The house was nice and very thoughtfully appointed, and Lisa was a very responsive host.

Great Location with bikes

Loved our stay. Just a few steps from the beach and also enjoyed riding the bikes along the bike trail. Clean and accommodated our family well.

Lovely condo perfect location

We enjoyed our visit. The condo is very well equipped, everything from plenty of towels to generous kitchen supplies and everything you need for the beach. Great location for all Balboa has to offer as well as Huntington. Definitely would stay here again.

I have rented a few beach houses this by far was the best

Everything you need, close enough to the pier to enjoy it, but far enough not to be caught up in all the people:) plenty of bikes and beach toys, and Lisa is the best very nice.

Fantastic location.

We’ve stayed here twice and loved it both times. Located close to an amazing beach. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking family meals. The garage full of beach toys is a great option.
