7 Gloucester Square är ett charmigt hus med tre sovrum med integrerat garage i ett mycket lugnt men ändå centralt Edinburgh-läge. Gloucester Square har ingen genomgående trafik och ligger utanför Gloucester Lane i hjärtat av Edinburghs georgiska nya stad. Vänligen kontakta dig om du letar efter en kort paus eftersom prissättningen inte alltid justeras korrekt för vistelser på mindre än en vecka.

Gloucester Square är vackert presenterad och möblerad med två våningar. På bottenvåningen finns ett utmärkt stort, nyrenoverat kök / matsal och ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som har eget duschrum. Det finns också ett separat familjebadrum med badkar och dusch. På övervåningen finns ett rymligt, luftigt vardagsrum med mysig ny gasspis, härliga bekväma soffor och ett studieområde med skrivbord. På övervåningen finns också en tvilling och ett sovrum. Huset drar nytta av ett stort enda garage för din användning och WiFi bredband. Huset ligger bara 5 minuters promenad från Princes Street och den livliga byn Stockbridge. Populära Stockbridge är full av fantastiska barer, restauranger och matbutiker samt antikaffärer och kaféer. Den pittoreska Dean Valley är en dold pärla med en lugn promenad längs Leith-vattnet. Du tror inte att du är i hjärtat av staden.

Great location especially for the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe. Perfect layout for 5 adults. Third bedroom a bit on the small side but ok for a short stay like ours of 5 days. Garage was a real bonus our Hinda FRV fitted in perfectly. Hosts were very supportive and prompt with any questions we had pre and during our stay. We would definitely recommended this charming property.

Wonderful stay in charming home

Easy self check-in. Property in a fabulous part of the city. We enjoyed the proximity to Stockbridge. Home was very comfortable and perfect for our group of 5. The washer and dryer were a plus as was the garage!

Lovely location and home

Fantastic! We loved the location (walkable to Royal Mile and Castle) and the amenities of the apartment! We were able to be very comfortable when we stayed in for the evening and cooked our own meals. It was the ideal base for our travels around Edinburgh. In addition, having two full bathrooms for the group of 4 adults was really appreciated.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The garage comfortably fits a standard size car but would not try to park anything much larger inside. The neighbor across seems very accustomed to the unit being empty and was quite rude if we spent any time in the courtyard area. Even in the middle of the day, she she told us to go inside or take our conversation elsewhere as it was disturbing her. All of the other neighbors were lovely.

Holyrood exploration

Very nice Mews house. We were very comfortable. Walked miles each day! We were able to retrace a visit to Holyrood palace that a relative made in 1931. She had given me her diary account when i was only 10!

Amazing

Loved everything about this property. Great location that was quiet and close to Stockbridge and New Town areas. Snacks left for us were wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and felt like home. Would love to come back some day.

WONDERFUL

A lovely place where we instantly felt at home, such a cosy, well located quiet appartment. Thank you for your kind attentions. We never took the public transports, all was done on foot! A wonderful experience, Edinburgh is a charming city, clean with excellent customer service.

Overall the house is very nice. The only issues were the mold in both bathrooms and the main bathroom water temperature is either boiling or scalding.

Sisters searching for Scottish Roots

Four late middle age sisters searching for their Scots roots and looking to explore Edinburgh found this to be a great location in the charming community of Stockbridge. Able to sleep 4 adults comfortably as well as accommodate one using a cane in the ground floor bedroom. Kitchen allowed us to sit and natter away after breakfast and enjoy a take away dinner one evening.

Fine Weekend in Edinburgh

Ticked many boxes, location, ease of access, rooms, facilities, all excellent. Great to have a garage to park the car too. Our long weekend in Edinburgh involved golf and rugby, and we couldn't have been in a better place for both. Just a short walk to the west end, and a stroll to Murrayfield. We will hopefully use the flat again. Just one tiny thing. Would love a nespresso coffee machine if possible, but really not a worry.

We bought this house because it's in an amazingly central, yet peaceful location on a square with no through traffic. There are no neighbours above or below and we have the benefit of an integral single garage.
