Wonderful time in florence

We loved the apartment. Host was very communicative and made checkin process easy for us. The parking garage next door is a huge convenience. The apartment had everything we needed and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Stepping out of the front door into the heart of old florence was a special experience each and every time. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

That VIEW!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Owner very responsive and helpful. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Modern kitchen, and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. The one shower is a tad small but we managed. The best part was the absolutely gorgeous, perfect view of the Ponte Vecchio. We caught several amazing sunrises from the mini balcony. Perfect location with grocery store right across the street, not to mention tons of shops, gelato, etc. Loved our stay here!

The view though!

It is a perfect location with an incredible view. Walking distance to all the things. Having a washer/dryer was amazing, and the host was prompt & thorough. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal spot!

Absolutely perfect riverfront property! Spacious and clean. Location is ideal! View is stunning… overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the skyline of Florence including the top of the Duomo! Two comfortable bedrooms that sleep three adults each. Plus a comfy couch and the hosts were so kind to set up a cot for an extra guest! We slept 7 adults and one child comfortably. Two bathrooms were a must for so many people. The washer and dryer were so convenient! The elevator carried two at a time and ran reliably. Air conditioning was most welcome in August! Although it is in the travel restricted zone, if you park in the garage nearby, the “penalty fee” is included in the parking cost. I highly recommend this lovely property.

A perfect family getaway

Classy, Well Equipped in Perfect Location

Everything about this apartment is first class. Easy to reserve, easy to check in, beautiful nicely stocked new kitchen, extraordinary location overlooking the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio, and an easy walk to everything in Firenze. We felt right at home right from the start. Highly recommend.

Friends in Florence

Loved everything about our stay in Florence (we have been before staying in a hotel) but we would not do that again the apartment was lovely, it was everything you’d want & more! The view is amazing especially the Ponte Vecchio completely stunning day & night! The apartment is close to all the major attractions & restaurants & supermarkets all within easy walking distance. We got a taxi from the airport for 35 euros. Both Luciano & Alina kept in touch making it all very easy including self check in & out it was much easier than expected. We would 100% stay here again! One small thing just for info we couldn’t find tea towels. But honestly that’s it. Big thanks had a fab time!! Pam Ray Katie & Shane

Perfect location and amazing AC

This apartment is in the most perfect location. All the major sights are within walking distance but the neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the river. Great restaurants just a few doors down. Most importantly during this heatwave the AC was the best we experienced in Italy!!

Beautiful, Great Location for a Florence Stay

We absolutely loved our time in Florence and would absolutely return. The apartment was so cute and every felt clean and comfortable.This is a perfect little spot to stay. It seemed very centrally located and made walking to all of our chosen destinations very easy. Also, there were great restaurants just down the street.

Summer 2023 Europe trip with family

Perfect location for Florence vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment, which was exactly as it was described. Alina and Luciano were wonderful hosts and made sure our stay was perfetto! There was a cute place nearby for breakfast and aperativos. The clothes washer and dryer came in handy and the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay in Florence.

Wonderful Florence Visit

We had a most memorable time in beautiful Florence with our stay. The apartment was located in a wonderful area with east access to parking, walkable areas for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants!
