Best place to stay in Breck!

Our 3rd time at GL7 and we had a fantastic time! Love the amenities, especially the outdoor hot tubs and Soothe Spa. Location next to Independence Superchair lift and downstairs ski lockers are a skier's dream! Peter is a perfect host, very responsive and helpful with detailed information and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at Peter's condo again. Thank you for everything, Peter!

The property is excellent, amenities are supurb and the location is A. Additionally, the host was very helpful with all aspects of booking, check in etc. Definitely deserves 5 stars with no hesitation!

Amazing weekend in Breck

First time staying at GL7. Location and amenities are amazing. Peter was great with communication, and made it clear he was available for any questions. Condo was just as described and perfect for our family. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful place!

Amazing stay, true ski in / ski out!

Our family had an incredible experience staying at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 . The proximity to the lifts and ease of getting up on the mountain daily, and skiing off the mountain at the end of the day right to the ski lockers, couldn’t be beat! We also appreciated the amenities provided by the resort - the pools, the hot tubs, arcade for the kiddos, movie theaters that we were able to reserve - it was a win in every regard! Our family of 4 stayed here comfortably, with the kids on the pullout. Our host was friendly and provided lots of good suggestions - both on the mountain and off! Highly recommend!

Grand Lodge

Our stay at the Grand Lodge was very enjoyable. Peters communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. The property and amenities are just as described. The location of the Grand Lodge resort is excellent. The Independence Super Chair Lift is right outside your door and provides a true ski-in / ski-out experience. If you need access to the Peak 8 lifts and ski school you’re within walking distance (with ski boots on and equipment in hand) to the Peak 7 / 8 Gondola. The beautiful city of Breckenridge is a short 10 minute drive away. The Grand Lodge also provides a free shuttle service to and from town from the Lodge. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location & property amenities

My niece who had worked at Breckenridge in recent years had said this location was so ideal because it was away from the busy fray, & just steps from the Independence lift. My son was the only one skiing and had the best time; found the Grand Lodge ski lockers very convenient for stowing his bags early in a.m. upon arrival from Denver while he hit the slopes. Peter couldn't have been more responsive, helpful with dining tips, and orienting us to the property and what to expect; some of the most accurate detailed arrival and check-out instructions I've ever received from a rental owner. Reserve one of the multiple on-site movie rooms; they're fun and a microwave is provided for your popcorn! Great for my quiet 20 yr old who doesn't like skiing. Highest recommendation.

Great location

We were very pleased with the Grand Lodge at Peak 7! Loved the location, spa, game room, theatre, underground parking, and waffles in the activity room. Peter was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the one bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4.

Awesome place!

Ski-in and out, tons of amenities. Beautiful room, lots of space right on the mountains. Great pool and hot tubs. I would highly recommend.

It is all perfect; covered parking, lockers, ski access, room, bed, kitchen, shower, pool, hot tubes, theatre, shuttle, and on an on. We've been doing a family trip for 8 years and this has been the best location yet.

Loving the Grand Lodge on 7

After eyeing this place for a couple of seasons, we finally decided to book a condo at the bottom of Peak 7 and we are so glad we did! The condo was roomy, very nicely accommodated and perfect for our family! The convenience to the slopes and locker room for ski gear storage is unbeatable. The kids could easily ski in and ski out as they pleased and the entire family very much enjoyed the luxurious amenities such as the pools and hot tubs, private movie theater, the family center and arcade! Dining and bar options were a little bit limited but we also went grocery shopping and did a lot of our own cooking so all was well! Great trip, great location, great price and working with the owner, Peter, was so pleasant and easy! Thanks again for renting out your place!

Perfect for our family, great location and amenities

This was a great stay for our family of 4 (two kids ages 8 and 11). The amenities in the lodge are perfect and Peter was extremely helpful and responsive. I could not have asked for anything more! We had everything we could have needed and the unit is a great size/quite large. Our kids favorite things were the movie theaters and outdoor hot tubs. One thing to note is to ski back to the lodge, you must be able to ski blues. This was not an issue for the kids and my husband and I took the gondola back from peak 8.

This unit and location are perfect. We've always stayed in town, but decided to stay at Grand Lodge since Peak 7 is our favorite. We could not have had a better time! I am now spoiled having stayed this close to the lift. We will return!

Great Location

Great stay, Peter was amazing and great to communicate with. He provided restaurant suggestions and plenty of detail for arrival/ check in. Property is in a great location at the bottom of peak 7, the kids loved the pool, storage lockers for ski gear were super convenient. The available movie theaters were a big hit, make sure to reserve first thing as they book up quick. We will be back again for sure!

We have been skiing Breckenridge since 2007 because of the Big Mountain experience, which offers a very diverse ski or snow board experience to every level of ability. In addition, the town of Breckenridge is one of the most fun ski towns in the US. Plus, so many amazing restaurants!! There is also easy access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and A-Basin for those that want to try other ski mountains. All within 30 minutes or less. Plus the Epic pass provides access at no additional charge
