Amazing view from the sitting room. The teenagers had a great time with the pool table, patios, hot tub, and games provided. The private access to the beach trail came in handy when the beach was busy. We took surfing lessons. Highly recommend the surfing lessons. Very pleasant environment and the house had unique architectural details that I appreciated.

The view is amazing and makes up for some of the older features of the home, like the main floor shower. The pool table was a wonderful bonus, especially with it’s own view. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay. The pool table and spa made for a fun weekend getaway. The best part of the experience were the amazing views and the outside seating areas. I would most definitely stay there again.

The view from the house is gorgeous! The house is older and a bit outdated but the view.... the view justifies the minor flaws. The hot tub on the front deck was nice in the evening, it does not overlook the ocean as I thought but was still very enjoyable. The pool table downstairs was a lot of fun as well! Management company was great, very communicative and helpful.

Easily the best stocked beach home I have ever visited. There were so many wonderful little surprises and extras … the dishes and ability to make utterly anything that came to mind was truly appreciated. The property was clean, lovely floor plan with enough space for everyone and then some! We absolutely loved our visit to Dillon Beach!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. Highly recommend. The kids loved watching the ocean and wildlife through the great big windows. We saw rabbits, deer, an owl and more. Lots of room for all of us to stretch out and get comfortable.
