Kom och njut av detta vackert renoverade Pacific Beach hem! Bara fem kvarter till otroliga lag St. stranden! Insidan bekvämligheter är precis lika spektakulär som den stora glittrande pool (en sällsynthet i området) och uteplatser på utsidan!

Huset är komplett med två rymliga vardagsrum, en stor matsal, en gnistrande nytt kök med en matplats, tre sovrum och två lyxiga badrum.

Den levande områden ger gott om sittplatser och utrymme för gäster, och varje har en platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Det finns också en gas spis i hemmet, perfekt för de kyliga kust nätter. I köket finns alla vanliga apparater (kylskåp, spis, ugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn), samt en Keurig för ditt morgonkaffe och en vinkyl för din kvällsdrink. Köket är fullt utrustad med servis, glas, bestick och grundläggande matlagning tillbehör, och inkluderar även uteservering set för att njuta av på den lugna uteplatsen. Två sovrum (kung, drottning) har stora köksskåp och garderober och det tredje sovrummet (tvillingar) har en garderob med arrangörer. Alla rum har en platt-TV. Badrummen har vardera dubbla handfat, stora fåfänglighet, och lugnande duschar (hall bad är ett badkar / dusch combo). Hallen skåp hus massor av badhanddukar och extra sängkläder, men det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår i hemmet också.

Utanför finns två betydande privata uteplatser komplett med ett matbord och vardagsrum möbler. Den helt gated pool och avkopplande pooldäcket är perfekt för både barn och vuxna!

Vi tillhandahåller också turister med två surfingbrädor, strand kryssare, boogie styrelser, solstolar och andra fritidsaktiviteter redskap som syftar till att förbättra din vistelse!

Great Location

The property has a great location with walking distance to the beach and nearby stores. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We enjoyed cooking in and eating at the large dining room table.

Wonderful family house

We loved the house, very spacious and comfortable, walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Great pool. Nice outdoor space for family dinners. Quiet neighborhood. Great location for kids and adults.

Wonderful Beach House

My five friends and I were staying at the lovely beach house. We had a great time. The house is fully furnished and located right by the beach. Our personal highlight: the big pool! Stores, restaurants, and bars are in walking distance. I can highly recommend the house!

Good house, great Location and even better host!

The house was nice and comfortable. The pool and outdoor seating made it hard to leave although this Pacific Beach location seems to be 15 minutes from EVERYTHING we wanted to see and do. So perfect. Considering all of this, what topped it all was our host Sue. We’ve stayed at countless rental homes over the years and never have we encountered such warmth, thoughtfulness and kindness. Memorable trip. Sue made it unforgettable.

Pacific Beach House Vacation

We stayed for a second year the first 7 days in August. The pool was excellent and enjoyed every day. We went to the Del Coronado one day. Otherwise lots of beach walks, biking, grilling, excellent carryouts, and pool. A wonderful relaxing family vacation. We will return next summer.

Awesome stay

Sue’s house is in a great location and the comes with all kinds of extras, like bikes, boogie boards and beach toys. Sue is friendly and very communicative, too. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Solid Home for a Family to Stay

The host was gracious and very communicative and straightforward. Five stars for her communication. The place was spacious. It was nice having a pool, and being about a 20 min walk (with kids, prob less for others) to the beach was great. The only cons were that place/appliances were a bit dated, and while there were pots/pans, we had to stock up from scratch including cooking oil, salt, and toiletries like shampoo/conditioner. I did communicate this to the host who stopped providing due to COVID and was receptive to the feedback!

Highly recommend

Our extended family used this home for a local staycation and had the best time. All the bedrooms were clean and inviting, the kitchen was large, and having 2 bathrooms was super helpful. The pool is huge and we used it multiple times each day. Great location with plenty of street parking, I know host was quick to respond the few times we had a question. Highly recommend staying at this home

Pleasant beach town retreat

The house is charming, older but well maintained and just the right size for two small families. The owner was very communicative and professional. Plenty of space to park on the street and conveniently located around San Diego attractions and the beach. It’s definitely a bring your own everything rental (incl shampoo), so be prepared to take a trip or two to the store to get what you need. We rented all baby gear through BabyQuip to provide for pack n plays, seating and toys. There are strict rules about noise in the neighborhood, but again, the owner was clear about them early on. A nice stay for a quick trip!

Wonderful experience

Great place, location, communication..........everything great. Only suggestions are to keep in mind when buying your food for extended stay, don't forget food storage. I.E storage tubs, plastic baggies, tin foil, plastic wraps etc etc. Also watch out for the hand soap dispensers in bathrooms. Comes out like a rocket and will get you in the shirt if your not paying attention. Pool was comfortable when we could use and the house is quite comfortable. Enjoy the area!

Carlson Cottage - July 2021

We very much enjoyed our family vacation at the Carlson Cottage. Everyone loved the pool especially our grandsons, 6 and 14 months, their Mom and Dad, and grandma and grandpa. House layout and location in quiet Pacific Beach neighborhood was ideal. We plan to return next year if this house is available. Thank you host Sue.

Perfect host and house in San Diego

The property is just as detailed on the listing. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. It was cold when we arrived to San Diego, so we didn't get to use the pool or layout but the area outdoors looked amazing. Would definitely rent again when visiting!

Best Gem in Pacific Beach

The home was clean, beautiful, and included numerous little touches such as fresh flowers. The home was perfect for my family. We especially loved lounging by the pool. I would 10000% stay again.
