Snuggled in the heart of the downtown above a store front sits this totally revamped 2 bedroom1 bath condo.
Exposed brick from the late 1800’s, high ceilings and all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy South Haven. Just steps from great shopping, restaurants and beaches, this is the perfect spot to call home base.
There is a full kitchen, a cozy gathering area and Swanky bar nook.
This is The Nests 2 nd season as a rental, so we allowing a minimum of 3 night stays, but we know you’ll want to stay longer with all there is to do in and around South Haven.
A great spot for remote workers or beach goers, you’ll love being right in the center of town.
19 steps to upstairs condo, no elevator. Free city parking behind building. No reserved parking.
There is a business under the condo that is open 10-7 each day. We expect respectful noise levels during those hours.
Very close to beach, shopping, winery's , brewery’s, blueberries farms and restaurants.

Great location. cozy place

We enjoyed our time in South Haven. Property is located right in the heart of downtown South Haven. We were able to walk everywhere, did not need out car at all the entire visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

This property was fantastic! Excellent location downtown and easy walk to beach. The property was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Great location and space

Perfect location for enjoying the town of South Haven. Renae was very responsive to a slight hitch with our check in. Apartment is very cozy and nicely appointed and decorated. Comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again.

This lovely apartment is located in one of the best locations in downtown South Haven. You can walk anywhere. The apartment is great.....exactly what you would want. We'd give it more than 5 stars if we could!

perfect couples weekend

The nest is a fantastic property for a couples weekend or a weekend with friends. Located in the heart of South Haven, this beautifully decorated condo is extremely clean and up to date. The host owns the shop below and is extremely friendly and available. We will stay again!!!

Renae’s place was comfortable as always. She is a great host. This convenient location is in walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, beach, and the little quaint local movie theater. It’s always a joy to stay here when we visit South Haven.

Perfect home away from home!

My parents and I came here for my birthday/Mother’s Day weekend. This place is even nicer in person and is in a fantastic location, truly in the heart of the city and so close to the beach. We had such a relaxing weekend and even when it was raining, we had all the comforts and amenities as if we were in our own home so we could enjoy being inside! We will definitely recommend to all!

Girls Vacation

The Nest is centrally located to all sites and the beach. You can easily walk to the sites. South Haven is close to Orchards and Wineries in Fennville just off Star Highway. I would highly recommend the nest.

Best place we have ever stayed

Loved that it was right in town. Never had to drive anywhere. the Apt. is brand new and decorated beautifully. There was nothing lacking in the form of supplies and plenty of linen was provided, including beach towels. I would highly recommend this place.

This is a lovely condo and decorated beautifully. It's downtown South Haven in a very convenient location. The agent, Renae, greeted us at our arrival and offered to help if we needed anything. It was super clean, had nice furniture, good windows, great dishes, glassware and cookware. It was a short walk to dining, beaches and shopping.

Downtown nest

The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable week say. Located right downtown just a half block off of main street. Great restaurants, shopping, close to the beach and very quite. Had nice internet and TV service. Renae was a supper host, responding promptly with the few inquiries we had. We will be returning in the future

Dream Downtown Home

I rented for a week to stay for my birthday, and had some friends join me for the weekend. To start, this is in the PERFECT location. Right downtown making it simple to walk to restaurants and shopping, and also not a bad walk down to the beach if you’re not bringing a lot of gear. The place is very comfortable. Good sleep, bathroom/shower are very nice, stocked with kitchen supplies and essentials, laundry was nice! Most important to me is that this is just an incredibly beautiful place. All the decorations and design had me gushing for the first hour I was there. Honestly like my dream home, and it was hard to leave after the week. Highly recommend staying here, if only to experience it walking up the stairs and entering a beautiful home.

This is a Gem!

We have lived in South Haven a few years ago and it is our first time visiting friends. The location is ideal because it is downtown and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. The two bedroom apartment is in immaculate condition and the hosts even had chocolate chip cookies & a bottle of wine awaiting us. This is one of the best places I have stayed in. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about The Nest!

Location was so perfect! Easy walking to shops, restaurants, bars, the beach, farmers market on Saturday. Plenty of parking. Property was very nicely decorated and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. While we didn’t use them much, it was nice to have TVs in both bedrooms as well as the main area.

Great Stay!!

We will for sure come again to South Haven. This rental was perfect for our stay. Located just above a great shop, this place was not only clean but spacious and unique. Decorated very well, this place set the mood for the rest of our vacation. Renee was wonderful to work with. Totally worth it!!

Great modern property with an even better location

We loved this place! This was just as advertised. Very clean, feels new. This alone makes this place very special! The decor was perfect and the space was great for two of us. The location is great and you can walk almost everywhere (brewery, shopping, coffee shops, and many food options). Communication was appropriate. Our only negative was the roof next door was being replaced so we were woke up around 7:45-8 each morning with gentleman on the roof outside our window and very load. Not the fault of the property owner, just bad timing. We highly recommend this property and would love the opportunity to stay here again. Thx and Congrats on this recent purchase!

South Haven getaway

It was our first time in South Haven. Great town, super weather and food. this location was great. Can't beat the location to the downtown area and Renae was great communicating with us.

We fell in love with South Haven about 25 years ago and decided shortly there after it would be where we would lay down roots and great memories for our kids. We Started by renting cottages in town for a week here and there until we were able to buy our own in 2009 and have since became full time residents in 2018. We still LOVE South Haven!

We love to share South Haven with out of towers and felt there was a need for smaller rentals that didn’t require a full weeks rental.
