Vacker stuga på West Grand Traverse Bay, strax utanför Suttons Bay och 18 miles från Traverse City. 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 6 sovplatser (men kan göra upp till 8). Luftkonditionering. Trägolv i hela med undantag för sovrummet (ny matta) och badrum (kakel) Underbar stuga och alla nya (inklusive kök med snackbar, vacker inredning, TV med kabel, sängkläder och apparater) på en skogsbevuxen, vacker, 1,5 hektar stor privat miljö med 150 meter strand. Lager med allt du behöver. Njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över bukten från nästan varje rum eller från sjön främre däck (även ett avskärmat rum utanför sovrummet). Perfekt för en familj eller 2 -3 par.

Fantastiska familjesemestrar och stora minnen som ska göras. Utforska Leelanauhalvön med dess underbara utbud av restauranger (casual till fin), körsbärsodlingar, vingårdar, bra shopping, cykling, simning, båtliv, kasinon, böljande kullar eller delta i en världsklass konsert på Interlochen. Total avkoppling!

Njut av den pittoreska byn Suttons Bay med utmärkta restauranger, shopping, bio, banker och kyrkor. Missa inte Hop Lot och Martha's European Café i Suttons Bay. Leland (Fishtown) är en snabb 15 minuters bilresa. Också nära Northport och byn Lake Leelanau. Om en 35 minuters bilresa till den vackra Sleeping Bear Dunes. Inom 20 minuter till underbara Traverse City med alla dess stora centrala shopping och restauranger. Tårta Trail (asfalterad cykelled) startar i Suttons Bay och går till Traverse City. Plus Heritage Bike Trail från Glen Arbor till Honor (för närvarande är det förlängs norrut mot Leland).

Stugan ligger på en vacker 1. 5 hektar skogsmark, med en lång asfalterad uppfart, vackra långa träd, professionellt anlagda och mycket privat. Njut av utsikten medan du har dina måltider på det stora, vackra sjösdäcket med gasgrill eller när du sitter vid matbordet.

En lång brygga med en bänk i slutet för att njuta av vattnet eller knyta upp din båt ligger direkt framför stugan (2 kajaker kommer att vara tillgängliga 2017). Ha en varm bon eld på stranden. Det finns ett stort område med sand för de små.

Lovely, well managed lakefront property

Beautiful sunrises at this well furnished home. Everything you will need for a peaceful lake getaway. About 25 minutes to Traverse City and less than 10 minutes to Sutton Bay. Great options for foodies - Modern Bird and Wren.

Wonderful stay. Cottage is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Secluded and close to town. Property manager was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in Leelanau County

This house is fantastic. It has recently been renovated and is very nice. Everything you need is provided. The view is spectacular. Easy access to everything including TC. would definitely come back.

Lovely house on the bay

This is the second time we have stayed at this special property. Quiet, with a lovely view of Grand Traverse Bay West. We like that it is fairly close to Sutton's Bay with all the fun, boutique-like shops. The house was impeccably clean and appointed to make a fresh, relaxing environment. A lot of love has gone into the house and grounds. Debbie is a wonderful, host--always helpful and accessible. Very upbeat, helpful, positive and cheerful in all her communications. I highly recommend with property for a truly relaxing, beautiful visit.

Wonderful!!

We had a wonderful week swimming, hiking and bike riding around Sutton's Bay. This beautiful house was truly our "home" for the week. It had was clean, had all the amenities we needed, very comfortable and in a gorgeous setting. The hosts were amazing. Can't wait to go back!!

Paradise in Suttons Bay!

This is the most incredible home with an unmatched location on the bay. We had an amazing time enjoying every amenity it had to offer - lakeside bonfires, the game room, the sunrises, the proximity to the wineries, and so much more! The home is perfectly appointed with absolutely everything you need. Every detail is perfect!

The perfect “Up North” cottage

We had a great time. The location of the house both on the bay and the orchards is just idyllic. The house is beautiful with every detail considered- even fresh flowers. Debbie is a fantastic host and suggested places for us to visit - all of which were great. For anyone looking for a cottage experience up north this is perfect.

Newly redone home on beautiful bay

This house is absolutely beautiful. The yard is well cared for and the views of Grand Traverse Bay were breathtaking. The beach is great for kids. The water was crystal clear. Well appointed cottage for all your needs. Already book my week for next year! The owner is easy to contact and helpful!

Pristine lakefront home

Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at this beautiful Sutton’s Bay home. The recent updates make this home feel brand new. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and sparkling clean bathrooms inside, with lovely deck, dock and beach area to view the lake outside. Enjoy watching the sunrise across the bay! We can’t wait to return next year.

Lovely location, perfect place for decompressing. Beautifully decorated home with all the essentials. Appreciated the new guest house with a game room available for renters to use. Debbie was a very attentive host and communicated in a timely manner. This is our second time and we will be back.

Perfect home on a quiet road

This home was amazing - well stocked, well decorated, and spotlessly clean. Deb was a joy to work with and this is one of the nicest rental experiences we've ever had. We loved the beach with the fire pit and the kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes. We loved watching the birds and chipmunks and the amazing lake views. There are lots of places close by to visit but being at the house was our favorite part of this trip. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and Charming

We had a lovely girls weekend. The property is stunning; beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for stunning views of Sutton’s Bay. The house was beautifully furnished, spotless and well stocked with everything you could need. Beyond expectations!

Photos of this beautiful cottage were impressive, but when we walked in for the first time, wow!! Six good friends so enjoyed the time we spent relaxing down by the fire pit (enjoying a glass of wine). We didn’t want to leave. Thank you to our hostess. We’ll be returning, no doubt.

Amazing Sutton’s bay home!

I’ve stayed in quite a few homes over the years and nothing is as amazing as this house!!! The house is gorgeous the views are the best and the yard is like a fairy garden! They thought of everything and made us feel right at home! Bed were nice, extra blankets and pillows! They had a speaker and al outside fun stuff! From corn hole to kayaks and paddle boards! We will be back!

LOVED everything!

We truly loved our recent stay at Point Sunnyside Up! The location is beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring surrounding areas! The cottage was very clean, had lots of windows, and had a fresh and lovely decor. My husband and I loved the game room with all the possibilities for entertainment. The host, Deb, was very responsive, kind, and truly wanted to help make our stay enjoyable! She even offered a list of eateries that offered vegan options when we asked if there were planted-based menu items in the area. She's the best! We want to return!

Wonderful House!

Myself and a group of girls enjoyed this property in early May for a bachelorette party - this house was perfect, we couldn't have asked for more. As soon as you turn down the driveway you feel "at home." The house is beautifully decorated and feels clean and cozy. The bedrooms were all wonderful and 2 of them come with breathtaking views of the water. Deb was an amazing host - she reached out as soon as I booked and offered up recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

All Time Favorite VRBO's

Our family had a magnificent stay at Point Sunnyside! In fact, this is our all time favorite VRBO (and we've done many). The location is ideal, the home is beautiful, the property is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The water activities are a blast, the kitchen is stocked with every cooking gadget needed, and the board / yard game selection is abundant. Most of all, Debbie, made our stay seamless. She was EXTREMELY responsive, provided lists of local activities/restaurants, etc. and made us feel so at home with fresh flowers and local goodies. We are already planning our visit for next summer. This is a must do VRBO!
