Villa was really nice was exactly like the pictures pool area was good and spacious sadly was too windy to go into the pool too much.kitchen had everything you need with a few welcome essentials. The location is good able to walk to local shops & restaurants however we had a car and went into Playa Blanca most night to eat and shop. Would go back again.

Great plce

The location was perfect near the Beach and shops and bus stop if you didn't want to walk into playa Blanca.The place was so so clean and very well equipped with all kitchen utensils. Pool and outdoor area was extremely well kept.

Such an amazing stay in a great location. Beautiful outdoor area with very spacious pool. Great communication and helpfulness with Leo who is a credit to the villa! Will definitely be staying again!

Thoroughly Enjoyable

We had a great 10 days at this villa. We have stayed in the area a few time and this villa hits all the right notes. Well equipped, large pool area and pool. Great outside, with comfortable furnishings. Pretty much every item you could think of in the kitchen. Easy walk to the local restaurants and so close to the sea from promenade.

Great stay in lovely villa

Villa exactly as described. Lovely and clean bright and modern. Outside area is great pool really big. Lots of areas to sit outside. Egg chairs were nice to sit and relax in. Welcome pack with tea coffee and biscuits was a nice touch, also plenty of toilet roll and cleaning supplies to get you started. Leo who checks you in to the villa was friendly and informative and on hand for anything needed. Communication with Marinella the villa owner was great too. Will definitely be looking to book again for next year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing stay

Lovely villa. Great layout. All you need is there , towels , beds made up, hair dryers. SmartYV, extra blanket. Short walk to rank of shops @ bars restaurants also. Pool was chilli but it was January once in all ok. Would book again but date are booked at the moment. Hope they cancel!

Some improvements needed

The double bedroom was up a flight of 16 tiled stairs with NO handrail on either side. Both having slight mobility problems we were unable to use this bedroom and had to use the single bedded room on the ground floor. I had asked the owner when we booked if there was a handrail and was told there was. Also the shower on the ground floor needs replacing. The water comes out in one spout - not in jets, and it is impossible to move the shower head so it just stays in one place. The back plate of the shower is about to come off the wall.The villa was well stocked, lovely kitchen and lounge and the pool area is wonderful. Its a short walk to the shops and coastal path but the description of "sea views" was a stretch - even from the top bedroom.

Lovely vila

Booking process was very easy, Villa well stocked, there were local shops five minutes away with a few restaurants and supermarkets. Local taxis very inexpensive , about 7 euro to go into playa Blanca town with lots of shops bars and restaurants . Wee problem with check out as wrong time sent but all resolved very quickly.

Villa was lovely and in an ideal location for us with just 10 minute walk to bus stop.

Unfortunately the outside light into the property was not working so was difficult to see at night to put key in lock. The mattresses in the single beds need replacing as uncomfortable and lumpy. Also could do with a lick of paint here and there.

Peaceful location, close to amenities

The property is well located and 5 minute walk to local bars and restaurants in Faro Park. It is also a few minutes to the local circular bus route (30) which you can get all around Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. Cash only on bus, €1.40 single fare. The villa has great outside space. The inside shows sign of wear and could do with paint touch up. There also seemed to be more ants compared to other properties we have stayed in!! Also outside light at door not working so difficult to see at night to open the door.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3 Mal in dieser Villa und wir sind wie immer begeistert. Ceck in/Ceck out hat perfekt geklappt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin genauso. Die Villa super-sauber und modern. Der Pool mit den Schwimmtieren ein Traum und auch die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Man kann schöne Wanderungen am Meer entlang unternehmen und ist mit dem Auto in 5min im Zentrum. Was will man mehr. Wir genießen diese Zeit immer sehr und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Fabulous villa!

The villa was fantastic! For us as a mid 20s couple staying in Lanzarote for the first time we loved it. The pictures don’t do it justice as it feels a lot bigger once you’re here. Really well kept, beautiful pool, lots of outdoor areas to chill, great modern kitchen & good bathrooms. Villa is very secure too with gated driveway and quiet upmarket residential road. There is not much going on in the area (although I can’t say Lanzarote as an island is exactly a metropolis in general), but you’re really close to playa Blanca town centre, 5 min drive, 6 euro taxi or 35 min walk and you’ve got a small parade of shops/bars/restaurants 5 min walk away. The only negative I would give if I was being picky is communication leading up to stay wasn’t that quick with responses. Also there is no aircon, but there are fans - we never felt too hot in June. All in all it was the perfect villa for us with a relaxing stay, modern vibe and reasonable price - the villa in fact exceeded our expectations & we would love to come again.
