Magical Updated and Large Log Home

We pulled into the drive way on the side of the mountain when walking in and wow, you see how great the builder did with the house.Incredibly spacious (we didn’t use it all), great kitchen, and overall amazing experience.

Only one tip: do not dismiss the suggestion that your vehicle be 4WD or minimum AWD. You are up in mountains and with snowfall the roads can become a challenge. We had a 4WD and AWD with no problems. Would rent property again.

Lovely stay

We used this cabin as a home base for our family to stay for our Breckenridge elopement. There was more than enough room for everyone. The views from the deck were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare dinner for a larger group. We all enjoyed our stay here!

Mountain Home

I am glad they had mentioned that this home has a lot of stairs because it really does! It is a beautiful mountain home with an amazing view! You will definitely get your work out in but it was worth it. I also loved how close this home was to the bus stop to take us directly into town. My family and kids had a great time!

Family Reunion

Had a great family reunion at the home in Breckenridge. Since all 7 of us are over 70 years old, it would have been great to have access to the elevator. Given the altitude of 10,600 feet and the number of steps in the home, we would recommend an advisory. The home has a very unique design and all enjoyed the room and how spread out the bedrooms were, giving each person personal space when needed. The round dining table was a great place to sit and visit and catch up after 6 years.

Ski weekend

We traveled with some of our adult children for a ski weekend in Breckenridge. The house was beautiful- amazing views from every room. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice gas stove, lots of small appliances and a big walk-in pantry. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. We used the hot tub quite a bit- one of the nicest we’ve had. The heated 2 car garage was especially nice and when you walked in, there were lots of cubbies for storing ski gear and coats. This house is at 10,600 feet so we had an oxygen concentrator delivered that we could all use and that was very helpful, after traveling from sea level! It might be time to update some of the family room furniture, as the couches are getting worn. But we had space to hang out in the evenings and we had an awesome weekend in Breckenridge. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!

A Beautiful house to stay in with gorgeous views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of nine of us and with how large this home is, we had plenty of space. Some of the bathrooms are huge. The minute you walk in, you can see how grand of a home it is and in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire home was very clean. I will say, there's a lot of stairs. We were able to enjoy the home, some folks used the hot tub and we also hired a private chef for an evening. Now that was fun and I'd highly recommend doing that. We needed a few items and the mngmt team sent them over. A plus was being able to bring our dogs. Would definitely rent this home again. The views were out of this world.

The Mountain Views were spectacular and really close to downtown. My only criticism is that they didn’t have a coffee maker with an appropriate filter and all the coffee grounds would go into the pot. There were 2 and not one worked. Also some of the beds weren’t made correctly when we got there and didn’t have sheets. For the amount of money we paid we thought we would have beds with sheets on them. I would recommend this home but have low standards for what is supplied and how it presents upon arrival. There was also left over confetti from a previous party all over the living room.

Gorgeous Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and very inviting, lots of space for large families to gather. Also it’s right in town. The big minus, the home sits at 11,000 feet in altitude. Our group was sick for the first 2 days and required oxygen and trips to the hospital. We actually felt better at the 9200 level that is right in town. You notice the pressure build as you drive back up the mountain. And it’s up there. If you do not have all wheel drive and it’s the winter, you will not make it! So by the 3rd day and 2 oxygen tanks we managed to crawl out and enjoy ourselves. The older people in the group could not stay there. They had to go to a lower elevation. The medical staff insisted. We didn’t realize how high the home was and how hard it is on your body, even the teenagers were sick for over a day. But because we were there for a week, we got to enjoy the other 4 days and it was wonderful!

Wedding week getaway

My family, friends, and myself stayed at this property from November 6, 2023- November 11, 2023. I initially rented another property and about a week prior to our stay had to select a secondary cabin due to some technical difficulties. Pinnacle offered this cabin as an alternative. The cabin itself was beautiful, very clean, and offered astonishing views of the surrounding peaks while providing a secluded property to stay. While there, we attempted to host a family dinner after the area received approximately 8-10 inches of snow and ice. We were unable to get up the driveway on this day and had to tow three vehicles out of the driveway. After talking to locals, we learned these were the worst road conditions seen in a few years. I notified the property manager who promptly sent a plow to try and assist us. Although unsuccessful due to the amount of ice, he responded quickly and was very professional and kind. The following day, our wedding day, a plow was successful in clearing the driveway. We have a lot of great memories with this cabin. There are a lot of stairs in the cabin. This compiled with the adjustment for us in altitude was a little uncomfortable but manageable. I highly recommend visiting one of the oxygen bars or getting canned air to help with the adjustment.

The Little Engine That Could

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was very excited to book a week at the property as it looks amazing w/ description & pics posted online. While location is great, & views incredible, it fell short in many ways. It's unfortunate as there would be some easy fixes to turn this from a 3 star to a 5 star stay.1st, cleanliness was substandard w/ cobwebs in the bathrooms, above stove & other places...many w/in reach & floors were filthy...really showed after walking around in socks. The floors are also in very poor condition, particularly in kitchen where they are young son cut his foot on them.While the kitchen appliances appear to be upgraded, none of them fit or were installed properly & it does not have a very luxury feel to it. Most plates were either chipped or in very poor condition & only given 2 rolls of thin/cheap paper towels & garbage bags that did not fit garbage can...toilet paper was also cheap/thin. Ironing board provided, but no iron & only provided 1 single use laundry this price it should have ample detergent for free.The living room on the main level was extremely disappointing. While the furniture is nice RH quality, it is extremely uncomfortable sitting for any length of time as this is the primary place to hang was pitifully small, especially for the size of the room & inet/wi-fi was very spotty & did not provide adequate coverage for the entire home.Downstairs living area was comfortable and is nice way for families to split up if desired. Wish they had games/puzzles available.Lastly, the only blinds for entire home are in the shared downstairs full bath & bunk bed room. Beyond that there are none & this not only shows light in in the morning, but the home gets incredibly hot. We stayed during winter & I cannot imagine how hot it would get in warm weather as most houses in Summit County have no AC.As mentioned earlier, this place has so much potential, but its not quite ready for prime time.

Amazing Birthday Weekend!

The property was absolutely breathtaking. Many reviews stated that the pictures do not do it justice and after having seen it for myself I have to 100% agree with that. It is enormous yet very cozy with the log cabin finishings throughout. It’s hard to capture the views in the advertisement photos, but they are amazing. The house sits at one of the highest residential elevations in the area so from the back deck views you’re looking into a valley of evergreens with snow capped peaks in the distance.. We booked this for a surprise party for my wife with family and friends a group of 12. The only thing is that the house does have a lot of stairs, so if you have someone with mobility issues this may be an issue. Although, I think there may be an elevator? I did see an elevator “call” button on each floor but the door have “private” marked on the outside. Highly recommend this property for your large group getaway.

Property is fantastic. As advertised with great views and easy access to downtown Breckenridge. Kitchen is awesome to cook in with pretty much everything you need. Bedrooms are all great. The house gives you plenty of space to have some downtown when you are with a big group. Would highly recommend.
