This is a well maintain waterfront home with exceptional views. The property has its own dock, and the launch ramp is very near the dock in the marina. The boat dock interior is 24ft x 10ft. Both the house and dock are at Moors Marina.
The kitchen is recently updated with a new gas stove and a dishwasher.
The property is tranquil and beautiful with big trees and wildlife. The yard is perfect for hanging out around the fire pit and watching boats come and go. The kids will love the cedar playhouse and swing set, the huge yard or heading down to the beach. The house is walking distance from a bar and restaurant. The house has 2 queen size beds and an extra bunk bed.

Location and View

Comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. It is just steps away from the marina and restaurant. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Weekend getaway!

Loved the view of the lake and it was great being able to leave our boat at the boat dock. We found it best to back the boat into the property since there isn’t much room to turn your trailer around. The pictures are accurate of this lake house and it’s in a safe/nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Little piece of paradise

We had such a great time staying here. The location is beautiful and close to everything. The property is even nicer than it looks online. I would stay here again. The only downside is having only one bathroom but it really wasn’t a huge issue.

Nice

We checked in on a Friday and checked out on Monday. It was a nice getaway for a few days. The owner responds quickly to any questions u have. The only bad thing was the walk to the boat dock when it’s 90 something degrees out. It’s not that far of a walk but when it’s hot it’s not fun. Overall it was a very nice and clean place.

Views and location

You can’t beat the location and views of this property. A very short distance from Moors Marina. A mostly flat walk to the dock. Ralph’s Haborview Grill was terrific for supper and had great drinks. Inside the home was well equipped and comfortable. The only “cleanliness” issue I could tell after reading other reviews was outside only. No big deal. The view is all you should be looking at.

Great location!

Our family of 4 was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Clean, updated interior, and the view of the lake, especially at sunrise, is incredible. Conveniently located near to the Moors marina. Katy was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. I highly recommend!

Great location. Nice host. Unfortunately, patio and house were covered with mildew, spiders and spider webs to the point we couldn’t even use outside patio. Grass was overgrown, dock covered with limbs, trash. It’s obvious time and effort has put into the inside, but outside was very neglected.

Darling place!

Loved staying here! Views are fantastic! Cute 3 bedroom home with everything you need. A little on the older side, but many new updates inside the home. The grounds were beautiful and our 2 dogs loved running up and down the long yard to the lake. Had breakfast in the sunroom every morning. A short walk to the restaurant was a bonus, as well as renting a pontoon and using the host dock. Quiet neighborhood too. Highly recommend staying here!

Adorable lake home

Enjoyed our stay in the adorable little lake home that is on the water and conveniently had a boat dock in place for your personal watercraft. Katy was an excellent host and there are small amenities provided, such as spices, paper plates, etc. If anything is needed, such as toilet paper or trash bags, she will ensure that you get them. The home is very clean and what my family and I would imagine a lake house would be.

Amazing views

This property location is amazing!!!! It was very clean and had an excellent dock. The view is perfect. Luckily the weather was perfect since there was no central air or heating. We loved the restaurant, playground and golf course in the resort. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of dishes, towels, and coffee provided! The playground was above the house not in the backyard and could use a good cleaning. Wish we could have used the paddle boat but it was covered with spider webs too. Overall though it was a great stay.

Nice little house

My husband and I chose this house bc of the waterfront access and private dock for our boat. The marina was easy access to put in and putt across the cove to the marina. No hassle check-in. Nice neighbor who allowed us to use his drive to turn boat trailer around to park if we wanted to. Our only wish was for a bigger tv (not sure the size maybe 24”) since we wanted to watch a game during our stay when we had rain. But the intent is to be on the lake so that’s not a deal breaker

Great location and water access

First the good, this is a great location. Use of the boat doc is a big bonus. House is spacious, stays surprisingly cool even though AC is window units. All in all a good choice. I had a bit of a back and forth with the owner/property manager about the details of the rental agreement. I would make sure you read it carefully and get clarity on what to expect. We were charged a $100 utility fee for a large dinner party, an amount which was announced and charged after the rental was completed, not in the rental agreement.

Functional, clean, comfortable house with an AMAZING view!!!

On a scale of 1 to 10 the location of this property is a 12! The house is simple and efficient but the view out of the sunroom and the bedroom are AMAZING! Super clean and has everything you need and then some! Lots of outdoor spaces and a great fire pit! The gas stove and dishwasher would have been a big plus for a longer stay! The staff, food and amenities at the Moors is incredible! You can walk to a great bar and restaurant and the marina, beaches, pool and mini golf. The property around this house is well maintained and the dock is great! My husband and I had our 3 boys and we rented a pontoon and ate at the restaurant. Highly recommend both of these activities! The communication with this host was phenomenal, she answered all of our questions promptly! It was our first trip to LBL and the only bad part was when it was time to leave! Loved our stay at this property!

Unkept outdoor/rude host

This property had the potential for a lovely stay if not for the unkept outdoor space & rudeness of the host. The 1st day of our stay I spent 3 hours cleaning the outdoor patio area & windows of the sunporch of caked on cobwebs, spiders & filth because I could not foresee being able to enjoy our time there amongst that environment. The indoor space was very clean & neat, but the outdoor space verged on looking abandoned. I communicated this w/the host & asked that she consider waiving the cleaning fee because of this, all she said was she would have her cleaning lady come take a look (which never happened) We then went down to the dock where we found the dock to be in the same condition, covered in tree limbs, cobwebs & spiders. I understand the elements of weather, but it was clear there had been absolutely no attempt of outdoor maintenance being all the surrounding houses & docks were very clean & pristine. Although this was all unfortunate, I would have not left a review about it if not for the attitude of the host. We were literally a few minutes late checking out because we had car trouble in the driveway & she sent us a message reminding us of check out even though the cleaning lady was able to enter at 10 am. She accused me of not telling her about our dog, when I made reference to him in every message. She continued to argue back & forth & try to deflect rather than a simple apology. She made the stay unenjoyable. At it was now clean for the next guest thanks to me.

Great location, needs a lot of updating

This property has so much potential if it receives a lot of TLC. The outside needs A LOT of cleaning. The windows, gutters, and backyard need a lot of maintenance. There were holes everywhere in the backyard. I had to watch my child very closely as I was afraid he was going to get seriously hurt if he fell in one. There were a ton of spiders and spider webs all over the windows and inside the house. The inside needs A LOT of updating from the carpet to the kitchen to the bathroom and the furniture! The dock was a long walk from the house, having a golf cart would have been nice just because of all the stuff we carried back and forth. Luckily the neighbors were nice enough to give us lifts from the marina and the dock if they saw us out there. There were no dogs allowed on the property which we liked to help with cleanliness, but there was dog droppings in the yard in multiple places I’m assuming from other guests or neighboring houses. The window A/C’s did nothing for the mugginess in the house, the coolest room was the bedroom downstairs so we slept there but the filters in the A/C’s were very dirty. We took one out to clean. They have a Roku TV which is okay but would’ve preferred regular cable bc it would go in and out. The owner was very responsive and replied very quickly with any questions. Overall can’t beat the location bc it is right on the lake and next to marina, but would not stay here again unless it was cleaned up and updated.

Very nice

Clean. Everything you need. Only down side was a single bathroom. If you have 8 guests staying, bathroom would get very congested. It was manageable for our party since we only had 4 people.
