Denna unika, och nyligen renoverade, 2300 + kvadratfot tre sovrum tre badrum bostad består av två rymliga mästare sviter, alla med fantastisk turkos utsikt över vattnet. En svit omfattar hela övre nivån på fastigheten.

Den nedre spaken består av ett öppet vardagsrum och matplats med välvda tak och befallande 180 graders havsutsikt från de överdimensionerade glasdörrarna som leder till en privat strandfronthörn balkong. Grandview at Grace Bay

Everything about our stay was first class. Property was amazing and super clean. Easy beach access and ample toys for the little ones. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Wonderful!

The condo was clean and bright. Large rooms and the vaulted ceilings made it feel more open and light. Deck was larger than expected as well and offered an amazing view. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is really important to our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for family trip!

Vanessa’s condo is wonderfully appointed. My family really enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect for walking and driving everywhere we wanted to visit. Being right on the beach was spectacular. Vanessa was a wonderful host - both she and Regina (the on site property manager) were extremely responsive.

Grand time @Grandview!

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, fantastic view and wonderfully equipped. A quiet spot with easy access to restaurants, activities etc. Super comfy beds, nice towels and the best shower body wash! We will be back!

Paradise found!

Such an awesome property in the perfect location. We felt very safe and relaxed. There were water toys to use and beach chairs and umbrellas everyday at the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed. FYI to pack snacks and anything you can to eat because groceries are very expensive. Appreciated the book at the condo which lists different restaurants to try and things to do. Would definitely book this place again! because the groceries are so expensive

Just got back from Grandview and WOW!

I traveled for the first time to T&C with my wife and 5 teenagers. The Grandview is a perfect spot for a large family. My kids said this is the best beach they have ever visited. Water was amazing, warm and Turquoise blue. The balcony was peaceful and relaxing. We only went out to dinner once, but brought in Pizza for another night. The owner was more than accommodating, as we had some air travel issues with the weather this week. We rented a car for 3 days, but it was really just to go the grocery store and back. Would definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat. It is a 15 minute walk to Grace Bay Shops and Restaurants, and a very safe area to walk at night. Overall a 5 star place, you won't be disappointed

amazing place to stay

This was a dream vacation for us. This condo was so perfect for myself my husband and 3 daughters. We cooked every night and it had so many great toys and the location is just perfect with the view! We are trying to come back this summer we loved it so much!!

Fantastic location

The unit was as promised, clean, well maintained, and a great view. Vanessa & her team were very responsive to a minor Wi-Fi issue in the unit. The location is superb w a private beach, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommended.

Beautiful

Property was exactly like the pictures. By far the best rental we've stayed in to date. Beds were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect with some restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The beach was amazing! We had the best time and would love to come back.

Great condo, great location

We spent a week in this condo with 3 couples. It worked out great. The condo had everything you need—beach towels, plates, glasses etc. A beautiful view of the beach and water. Walkable to town. Vanessa was very helpful and easy to communicate with. House keeping came halfway through the week and she was very kind and did a great job! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Beautiful condo and beach

We rented this condo for thanksgiving. We love low rise condos with empty beaches. And this two-story penthouse did the trick. Everything was great. The owners were very accommodating. The place is super clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Plus, the master closet is perfect for a pack and play.

Great location

Central to everythimg. Wished there was comfy outdoor seating in the porch instead of second dining table and chairs. Property was clean, beds great and had all comforts of home.

Wonderful Condo.....Perfect Location!

If you are planning a trip to Turks and Caicos you cant go wrong with this condo at Grandview! Location is absolutely PERFECT. Close to everything you want to do on the island and very easy to get around. The condo itself has everything you need and working with the owner (Vanesa) and property manager (Tarcia) is a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to my next trip to Turks and Caicos.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Vanessa's place was perfect for our family! The ocean/beach views from the balcony and bedrooms windows were breathtaking. The condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked breakfast and some dinners for the family. We walked to shops and restaurants, the weather was perfect! We definitely plan to be back for another memorable family vacation! Thank you Vanessa!

Terrific Property

We traveled as two families, four adults and five kids, and this property was perfect for our group. Wonderful location near but not part of the larger resorts, which was our preference. The pool / hot tub was never crowded. There was plenty of room on the beach for the 18 condos that are part of this property. It was walkable to everything in Grace Bay, but we highly recommend renting a car to explore the island. Vanessa was an amazing host, and the local property manager was available to address any issues we had (short wifi interruption that they fixed within 10 minutes). Could not recommend this place more.

Paradise on the beach

We had a lovely week in this Penthouse unit. Beautifully decorated with everything you need right on the beach and plenty of room for our 3 teens. Vanessa was wonderful from the moment we booked providing us with all the information you could ever need regarding your stay. Excursions picked us up right on the beach which was clear and every color blue imaginable. Thank you Vanessa for a wonderful week in your property

Great location and property,

We stayed with a family of six and really enjoyed the trip. The location is great, and Couple of things I'd want to clear up from other comments left... there is not a walkable grocery store. Condo is in good shape, but plumbing is an issue. Lastly, I ignored this advice from other friends and regretted it. Rent a car! The taxis are a fixed rate of $20 a person, per way. So to go round trip to dinner as a family of six, no matter if it's 5 minutes or 30 minutes away, was $240. A complete thorn in the side

Great family vacation

The pool and the beach are just about perfect for kids. We loved this unit, even though we spent very little time in it other than when we were sleeping! You'll need a car to reach much, as it's at the far end of the Grace Bay area, but really you'd want a car anyway if you're going to get out and about Providenciales (or go grocery shopping). Communication was responsive, the unit was clean, and it was well supplied. We would definitely come back.

It is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Easy to get to, great food, wonderful people and a view from our unit that melts away the stress!

We all are in the present when we are there. The biggest worry is 'where did the paddle ball go?' and 'where are we eating tonight?' Those are good worries to have!!
