2020 RYDER CUP - EN STOR PLATS PÅ EN STOR LAKE!

Njut av de fantastiska soluppgångarna och den otroligt inspirerande utsikten över Lake Michigan från min
året runt hemma. Min privata och tysta miljö är en avkopplande semester för två eller en
bra familjesemester.
Mitt arkitektoniskt utformade midcentury året runt hem har fantastisk utsikt
av sjön från varje främre rum. Den 1 nivå, solfyllda öppna planlösningen är idealisk för
underhållande människor i alla åldrar. Det uppdaterade, fullt utrustade köket är bekvämt
intill en ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Hemmet har 3 sovrum och 2 fulla bad.
Vare sig man bygger sandslott på stranden eller njuter av ett glas vin medan
ser de ständigt föränderliga stämningarna i den mäktiga sjön på hemmets expansiva 3-nivå däck, bara några steg från stranden. Herrgäster dras tillbaka år efter år.
Hemmet ligger bara 30 minuter norr om Milwaukee och 15 minuter söder om Kohler WI,
Hem för världsberömda, Whistling Straights, den irländska kursen och Black Wolf Run kurser och Bull.
Blue Harbor Indoor Water Park i centrala Sheboygan
Elkhart race kurs bara 20 minuter väster om mitt hem.
Vandrare kan också njuta av den stora skönheten i Terry Andre State Park bara 15 minuter norrut.
Hemmet har internet service. Lake Michigan har varierande nivåer. Jag har inte kontroll över sjön eller vädermönstret.

The best location and best views

My family really appreciated the quiet location and being steps away from the beach. The deck is perfect for those who want to be on the beach but not in the sand. The house offers water views from 5 rooms- impressive for a one story home.The layout of the home is really nice for connecting with others yet offers space too: two living rooms, large kitchen for multiple cooks, a delightful dining room, and two full baths. The home is tastefully adorned reflecting its mid century architecture.Thank you Julie for a lovely stay!

Enjoy your time on Lake Michigan

Julie’s place was fun, relaxing and a wonderful hideaway for a birthday. Really cool furniture and fully supplied kitchen for fun at the house. Or plenty of nice restaurants in nearby Sheboygan. Enjoy the deck directly on the beach with awesome sunrises and beautiful late night star gazing.

Girls Trip is cheaper than Therapy

We had an awesome time! We relaxed on the patio and enjoyed walking the beach! Such a quiet area! House had the perfect setup…we enjoyed the view in the morning and evening!

Peaceful Getaway

This home is a gem on Lake Michigan. The beach access is wonderful and the view breathtaking. Our family had a great time. We had some issues with the hot spot for internet, but Julie was very helpful in working to get that resolved.

Perfect location for a golf outing at Whistling Straits. Magnificent views of Lake Michigan. House was fully equipped for all our needs. Three large bedrooms. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful home with beautiful beach

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a clean home with a wonderful deck to watch the sunrise. Spent a lot of hours relaxing and watching the lake. Few short steps and you are on the beach. Exactly what we were hoping for. Julie was very responsive to any of our questions and very easy to work with. We hope to return!

Great getaway with a spectacular view

The house is amazing to sit back and relax and enjoy the heart of Wisconsin. Weather you are enjoying the outdoors, going to a Packer game, fishing out of Port Washington, this house is in the center of everything. It is very well kept and I want to thank the owner for our entire stay. She is very personal and informative. Best ownership of a VRBO I have ever stayed at.

Great Trip!

My husband, myself and our Wheaten Terrier had an enjoyable long weekend. It started out chilly and damp, but warmed up nicely. Our dog loved the walks up and down the beach and so did we. Very relaxing listening to the waves and sitting on the deck. Thanks.

Great view, cozy home

What a great spot. Right on the lake, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. Fireplace in great room. Perfect outdoor space. Watched waves crash on the shore during a storm, then caught an incredible sunrise. Our weekend went by too quickly.

Sweeping Lake Michigan view

Wonderful lakefront property with sand beach frontage including 5 miles of walkable beach. Picture windows provided a great view of crashing waves or serene water, depending on the mood & personality of the lake that day. Great for watching the lake during a thunderstorm. Deck was perfect for relaxing & reading & eating g dinner by the water. Had a wonderful, relaxing week here.

A lovely and relaxing stay

My husband and I and adult daughter and son-in-law stayed at the Oostburg lake home. It really exceeded our expectations in terms of the loveliness of the setting. The home is a delightful MCM place with a mix of authentic furniture for the period and some stunning older pieces. The home was comfortable and cozy and everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake setting is spectacular. We spent a lot of time enjoying the views from the deck. We hope to return to this home during another season.

A beautiful home! the views of the water and sunrise are spectacular. There was a bit of a miscommunication as there is no beach or fire pit due to high waters. We have small children so having a beach was important to us. Julie was wonderful and very friendly. Would highly recommend this for a relaxing getaway.

Wow! Just Wow!

We loved our 4 night stay here. The view! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water and hearing the waves. One day was chilly so we watched the water through those awesome windows! The house is perfectly appointed, very cozy and super clean. All details are thought of. And the location is great - a short drive to Sheboygan or Port Washington. Thank you for providing such a lovely home! We will definitely be visiting again.

Quiet and lovely

What a wonderful week we had in Oostburg. It was quiet and so peaceful and just a wonderful getaway with our family. The house was beautiful and Julie was very accommodating. The spotty Wi-Fi service was frustrating at times but I understand out of her control. Also if any visitors go be sure to where she was on the deck is we all got a number of splinters but again overall a wonderful experience in such a lovely place.

Amazing property to relax with the family

We spent a week here during early August. The house provided a perfect opportunity to sit outside on the deck and watch the kids swim or sit inside in the early morning or evening and watch the sunrise/moonrise and the waves rolling in (through the giant picture windows). Our party ranged from 11 to 79 years and there was something for everyone. The property is immaculately kept up and has everything you need. Oostburg was also a treat, with a great bakery, pizza place, and consignment shop. This was one of the best vacations we ever had, and we definitely plan to come back again next year.

Stunning home on quiet private lot in paradise

This home on a sandy walk-out beach is one of the cleanest, ship-shape properties I’ve ever stayed at. This mid-century style retreat has amazing views with walls of glass on the east (lake) south (sunny) sides with the spare, tasteful decor (no cottage kitsch). The deck gets sun all day and the beach fire pit is sheltered and inviting. This is a very private beach with no other rentals — or raucous parties— nearby. Serene and peaceful yet 5 minutes from town and groceries. The lawn is lush and perfect for net games. We had a lovely time in a little bit of paradise to recharge our batteries and enjoy nature, the lake, the woods and solitude. Lake Michigan is amazingly warm this time of year. And the beach is pure sand as far out as you can go. I brought my own SUP and had a glorious time on the water, then cocktails around the fire pit. We will definitely be back! This is a gem.

Absolutely STUNNING!

This home is perfect for a peaceful, magical retreat from everyday life! Lake Michigan is steps from the home's deck! Reconnect with your loved ones and enjoy life one perfect sunrise at a time. Oostburg town is minutes from this home which is very convenient for groceries and don't forget the Spotted Cow. Bring the family which includes the dog in this little piece of pet-friendly paradise! Quiet Home with Stunning Lake Views

The home is located right on Lake Michigan. It has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows. Clean with large, well-appointed kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable. Lake levels are high right now, but that was no deterrent to wading in the clear water. Even the occasional storm was another reason to gaze out over the lake. The house is a short drive to Port Washington to the south or Sheboygan to the north. Ample public golf courses. Overall, a very, very relaxing week!

This is a diamond in the rough find. 2 hours north of Chicago, 30 minutes north of Milwaukee and you are in paradise. Private, quiet place to kick back and relax. The lake is absolutely beautiful and right off the deck. You will enjoy a beautiful natural view from every room. Nighttime is super special. Look up and you will see stars like never before. If you are lucky enough to land on the full moon, consider yourself VERY lucky. It is a sight to behold. This is not a "cottage" it is a year-round comfortable home for your family to enjoy.

Private home on beautiful Lake Michigan. 3 level deck right on the water. No cliff, no steep stairs to get to the water. Beautiful private yard with huge cedar trees that block the neighbors to the north and the south. My home is a short 30 minutes to Milwaukee, and only 15 minutes to Kohler and Terri Andre Park to the north. If you are looking for "action" this is not the home for you. If you are looking to chill and relax you have picked the perfect home.
