A Perfect Getaway

My husband and I, newly empty nesters, decided to enjoy a few days at the beach while visiting my niece. This condo was better than expected. It was roomy, well equipped and comfortable.

Everything was great! Tbh i found 1 little bug in a drawer, but its literally a few ft from the beach and BIG water LOL by no means infested, the unit was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. Ill be staying here again count on it.

This property is older but well maintained. The unit had everything you could possibly need/want. Very quiet. We would stay here again.

On the beach

I am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

Cozy Condo By The Beach

This was a great place to stay. It was everything we needed for a week at the beach. I love the quiet neighborhood this condo is located in. It’s a quick drive to the pier and shops on Cocoa Beach, as well as great places to eat in Cape Canaveral. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

Our own private beach

The closeness of the beach to our condo made it feel like we had our own private beach we shared w a few other ppl. The hospitality you guys showed was amazing. I was hooked when I looked in the closet and saw so many beach supplies we thought we'd have to buy and leave behind! We can't wait to return!!!

Very nice stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this location. The location was nice but we did not realize that it was upstairs and does not really have an ocean view. You can see a tiny bit of the ocean. However, it was less than a minute to be on the beach. The room had beach chairs, boards, tons of toys, beach towels, and even a small cooler. It is a somewhat short walk to the pier and many restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this room. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. Also, those beach sunrises are the stuff of dreams.

Just perfect

Ive stayed in many rentals all over and this one was my favorite! Adorably decorated with two extremely comfortable king beds which are hard to come by. The couch was also very comfy. The shower was awesome. Everything was awesome. The people in the complex were very friendly. The beach brought tears to my eyes. I recently lost my best friend/Mother and this was the getaway I needed. The beach is stunning and just the right amount of people to feel at peace but not totally alone. The crowd is older. No obnoxious partying or drinking which I appreciated. The owners were very nice. I have absolutely no complaints other than I live in Ohio. Lol. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location and features

Very nice, updated condo with beachfront access. Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?). There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue. We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach!

Disappointing

This condo has so much potential, but the building is falling apart. They were working on the roof sporadically while we were there, and we had no warning. It rained very hard on Wednesday while we were there and the roof leaked in four places , one of which was right over the bed. Luckily we had a two bedroom and were able to move over to the other bedroom. The laundry room was dirty and old. I feel we should have been warned about the roof repair, as it was there was a letter in the book in the condo, but that was too late and the $10 Starbucks card they referenced was not there either. The actual condo has been remodeled nicely, but they need new towels, and the couch comes apart easily and isn't comfortable. It is right on the beach, and the beach is very nice.

The neighborhood was quiet and the two neighbors I met were so friendly and helpful! The beach was so peaceful at this location! The private feel of the beach is the best part. I was only disappointed with the laundry facility. I had to find quarters which I didn’t know to bring with me, but by the time I left all 3 washing machines were taking quarters without working.

cute little place

Laundry room out back of building- washed clothes but hung to dry in room fries overnight. Kitchen had what we needed to cool with - no dishwasher. Mostly quiet until 1000 PM then a neighbor or possibly neighboring building would randomly yell out.

Great Stay!

Very good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.
