This is a nice beach apartment - the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The host was quick to communicate. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Comfortable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the two neighbors I met were so friendly and helpful! The beach was so peaceful at this location! The private feel of the beach is the best part. I was only disappointed with the laundry facility. I had to find quarters which I didn’t know to bring with me, but by the time I left all 3 washing machines were taking quarters without working.

A Perfect Getaway

My husband and I, newly empty nesters, decided to enjoy a few days at the beach while visiting my niece. This condo was better than expected. It was roomy, well equipped and comfortable.

Everything was great! Tbh i found 1 little bug in a drawer, but its literally a few ft from the beach and BIG water LOL by no means infested, the unit was very clean, comfy, quiet and safe. Ill be staying here again count on it.

On the beach

I am so glad we found this place to stay. Clean with extras such as beach towels and beach chairs, and it was as close to the beach as we could find. There were phone numbers listed in case we needed anything. For my next visit to Cocoa Beach i will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy to find and get in. Beds comfortable. Beach access behind the building. Laundry room out back of building- washed clothes but hung to dry in room fries overnight. Kitchen had what we needed to cool with - no dishwasher. Mostly quiet until 1000 PM then a neighbor or possibly neighboring building would randomly yell out.

Great Stay!

Very good beach access on the North side of Cocoa Beach away from the "party crowds", but close enough to walk if you want that. Very clean, unit, roomy rooms, equipped kitchen. Was everything my 2 teen boys and I needed.

Excellent location and features

Very nice, updated condo with beachfront access. Within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots. Even more within a few minutes drive, including a major grocery store. Friendly, quiet neighborhood. The description states you must provide your own toilet paper, but there was plenty already there (maybe previous renters?). There is a reasonable supply of spices for cooking, most likely left by previous renters. Appliances were in good shape, but it could use more kitchen utensils (spoons, forks, etc) and the knives were very dull. Note: no dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, although a lot of closet space was consumed by beach chairs, extra blankets, etc. Our only other negative was that the instructions for using the entertainment center were out of date, so we needed assistance to make things work. However, assistance was given quickly, so no big issue. We're pretty easy going, so no real deal-breakers for us. Loved the convenience, quiet neighborhood, beach access, and meeting so many nice folks in Cocoa Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management was very responsive, the apartment was clean when we arrived and the AC worked very well. All kitchen utensils needed were there. The location was AWESOME! I loved not having to drive to the beach to and search for parking- we just walked to the beach every day (literally 1 minute away) and could walk to the pier and the beach wasn’t crowded in this area either. We watched two rocket launches while there and you could see them clearly from the beach! Great view and so fun to watch from the beach. There was also several beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the apartment- so great to not have to buy or rent. I definitely recommend! We had a great time!

It was the perfect spot. The description of breaktaking ocean views was a little misleading but that was it. The place was perfect for us. It felt like home. We really hated to leave.
