Var en del av samtalet från den bekväma öppna planlösningen vid detta Sunriver reträtt. Du har en bubbelpool, åtta SHARC-pass, WiFi, A / C och två stora plattskärms-TV: en 50 "i sovrummet och en 60" i vardagsrummet.

Detta är en enkel-nivå, tre sovrum två badrum hem med en kung master svit, ett drottning sovrum och en dubbel våningssäng sovrum. Du hittar nya armaturer och sängkläder i hela.

Fem Muskrat är ett perfekt hem för två par och fyra barn eller grupper på upp till åtta. Detta hem ligger i en lugn cul-de-sac och har en badtunna på den stora bakre däck, cyklar och en gas spis.

Hemmet är också bara ett hopphopp och ett hopp från byn.

Parkeringsanmärkningar: Fordon ska parkeras endast i uppfart eller garage. Vägparkering är inte tillåtet när som helst / var som helst i Sunriver utan föregående godkännande från Sunriver Police Department. För att begära speciellt tillstånd för överskridande gatuparkering, ring (541) 593-1014. Övernattningsförfrågningar kommer inte att beviljas.

Fritidsfordon (båt, husbil, snöskoter, ATV, resevagn, etc.) f��r endast användas i enfamiljshus i gångarna de första 48 timmarna. Efter 48 timmar måste Sunriver Owners Association (SROA) lagringsutrymmen användas. Båda lagringsområdena är inhägnad, låst (en nyckelkod krävs) och tillgänglig 24 timmar om dygnet. Bokningar måste göras före ankomst. För att reservera en kortvarig parkeringsplats för RV, vänligen kontakta SROA måndag-fredag, 8:00 till 17:00, på (541) 593-2411 eller gratis på (888) 284-6639.

Observera att camping i ett fritidsfordon inte är tillåtet i Sunriver.

Great stay

Beautiful Sunriver

My family and I had such a comfortable stay here. Wonderful AC made hot July days much more comfortable; easy SHARC access, and plenty of bikes-will definitely book again.

This house is a quick walk to the Sharc and village. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great assortment of bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Fully Stocked with everything we needed, Very comfortable

You can't beat the location (5-minute walk to either the Shark, or Sunriver Village). The house had every amenity we needed (plenty of kitchen dishes, games, CD's, air conditioning, Shark Passes. We would rent again.

Clean, single level house in a great location. The only negative was the bed sheets on king and queen bed didn’t fit so always came loose.

House was great location & amenities! Loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes! Kitchen had everything we needed! Beds were extremely comfortable! House was clean but the room with bunk beds needed some attention with sheets, their was a sock & Dr Pepper under the bed. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Another Great Stay in Sunriver!

Great Location!

Overall we loved staying here! The layout of the house was great, tall ceilings, very light and the location couldn't be beat. The mattress in one of the rooms (non-master queen) dipped in the middle making it not as comfortable. And it could have been cleaned a little better (dust under couches and beds) and the deck was pretty dirty, but it's really dusty there so hard to keep decks clean. We would rent this place again, but hope they might consider replacing that mattress.

Hot tub didn’t work entire week!!

Great location but hot tub was broken all week, super disappointed. No wine glasses or coffee filters. Liked that TVs were in all rooms, bed were only ok.

Very old not very well-maintained

Very old not very well-maintained. The hot tub was not functioning. Outdoor spaces were covered in pine pollen and Pineneedles. Inside was kind of dusty. Would not recommend it. Not a good deal for the money.

Review of stay at Muscrat 5

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family reunion with the rental of 4 homes, Muscrat 5, Coyote 11, Otter 11 (?) and Lynx 8. All of the homes were great with the exception of the spas in each of the houses (don't know about the spa in Coyote as I don't believe that it was used). The spa in Muscrat 5 had some sort of leak, twince and needed repair which required the spa to need refilling which of course lead to cold water having to heat up; we were unable to use the spa at least 3 night due to this; the spa in Otter 11 wasn't installed until the last day of the visit and the spa at Lynx 8 had a continuous leak.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was very nice, but one of the grandkids was scalded in the shower as the water temperature wasn't consistant. It went from hot to freezing instantly. the hot tub litterally blew up and shot a flame outside the tub while the grandkids were IN it. Frightening!!!

Great House!

This house had everything that we needed and more. House and kitchen were fully stocked (more than I expected) which was great. Great location for walking to activities and events. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house, great location.

This is a beautiful home that has been well cared for. Kitchen is nicely supplied. It’s location is within a short walk to both The Village at Sun River and the SHARC aquatic center. Would definitely stay again.

Best house we've stayed in

We've been vacationing in Sunriver for years and my family all agree that this is the best house we've stayed in. Very comfortable for our family of 4. AC worked great since temps were in the 90's. We were so pleased to save money on bike rentals since there were many to choose from and all in great shape. Kitchen had everything. Nice big tvs in living and main bedroom. Hot tub and big deck were amazing. Location was close to everything. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfection!

Location, comfort, and all the details they put into making this the perfect gathering spot to create those memories in Sunriver that will last a lifetime. Kitchen is completely stocked, furniture is comfy, and linens are crisp. The ONLY negative thing is that the upper bunks do not have side rails. I had the boys sleep on the bottom only (which they were disappointed about.) I highly recommend putting in rails for safety purposes. Overall, a great little place and we will be back!

Great little vacay home!

This home is in a great location in regards to walking distance to The Village, and walking distance to the SHARC. Home has a nice hot tub, separation of space with bedrooms, and was clean upon arrival. Bikes were great, kids bikes are pretty outdated, but our kids still managed! SHARC passes were included! Only downfall is, no place to store the food/snacks you bring... Literally - none. Just counter or table space. It'd be great to have a little portable pantry added for guests to keep their food if they decide to bring food to make:)
