Beautiful location, right around the corner from the trams and anything that you want

We love the place. We thought it was a great spot right around the corner from a coffee shop two tram stops the big outdoor market. You’re right on the water. There’s really not much more than you can ask for the only thing that I would say is that it’s small but you’re here in the city to explore it and not like hang out in your room But it’s beautiful overall very well appointed in the bed are extremely comfortable

Great place, but would have liked a lounge. Sevice was great, owner was pleasant and quick to reply.

Beautiful little boat house

The property was nice, good size, and clean and exactly as described. Location was ideal - central enough to be within 20 mins walk of everything and quiet enough to feel private. Was nice to sit and watch the boats go by when in the property. Great communication with the owner too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Tolles Boot, super Lage!

Amsterdam erleben und dann noch mit Übernachtung auf diesem Hausboot! Das hat so viel Spass gemacht. Die Umgebung war optimal (Märkte, Museen, Strassenbahn). gerne wieder!

Gute Lage . Sehr sauber. Für uns ausreichend da wir nur dort gefrühstückt und geschlafen haben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer.

Very clean and comfortable

Very clean, updated with comfortable large beds! Check in was a breeze with owner meeting us there later in the day when we arrived. No problems or issues at all. Not much area to socialize other than kitchen table but we were gone most of the day sight seeing. Would definitely recommend.

zentrale Lage, schöne Ausstattung

Zentrale Lage, Ideal für bis zu 4 Personen. Es war alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Obwohl das Hausboot sehr zentral liegt, ist es sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Man konnte den Vermieter immer via Whats app erreichen. Es war sein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Amazing location and experience

This houseboat is in a fabulous neighborhood, right next to so many museums, beautiful parks, and markets/shopping. Easy access to public transportation and tons of great restaurants and bars in the area. It was easy to walk around or take a quick tram or bus to the more central areas. Checking in and out was an easy process and the neighbors were all very friendly. The only complaint is the cleanliness when we arrived (100 degree weather and no air conditioning + bathroom garbage can not emptied after previous guests = awful smells in a tiny space). Overall an amazing place and great area! 1000% would recommend.

Unique experience in a fun neighborhood

This was truly an interesting experience that I would recommend to others. The boat looks very plain from the outside, but is quite nice inside. It was so much fun to actually be on a canal, with boats passing by the window. The owner/manager was very nice and efficient at getting us into the apartment and helping us get settled. He was also always available to text questions. The location was very fun. In between two tram lines so it was easy to get everywhere in Amsterdam. It was a very short walk to Albert Cuyp Market and the Heinekein Brewery. The bedding was nice and the chill room was a nice place to be. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants have a little adventure.
