Plats! Plats! Plats! Detta otroliga två sovrum, två fulla bad, hemmet ligger i hjärtat av Times Squares på 136 Primo och sover fyra. Mindre än 1 minuts promenad från huset kommer du tillbaka till hörnet av Estero Blvd. och 7 miles av vit sockersandstrand.

Ligger på en djup vattenkanal har du underbar utsikt över vattnet, tillsammans med direkt fiske och båtliv direkt från trädgården. Delfiner och manater ofta kanalen för ditt djurliv. En stor förhöjd lindning runt däck får dig att sitta högt och titta ut över vattnet och känna de svala brisen.

Ägarna har totalrenoverat det inre i detta hem och skapat ett otroligt varmt och inbjudande hem för dig. Naturligt ljus, kombinerat med en kombination av jordnära färger, rika tyger och texturer har skapat detta hem till din egen privata spa-reträtt.

Vardagsrummet har en vägg med ficka skjutdörrar som öppnar sig till det stora bakre däck. Vattenutsikten finns i överflöd medan du sitter i vardagsrummet. Ta del av kvällens nyheter på den stora platt-TV: n eller se din favoritfilm på DVD-spelaren.

Du kommer att älska det helt nya anpassade köket med avancerade apparater i rostfritt stål, en djup bondgård diskbänk och diskmaskin. Allt har tillhandahållits i köket för att hjälpa dig att förbereda en enkel frukost till en hel middag. Naturligtvis med så många fenomenala restauranger bara en minuts promenad från huset kanske du aldrig använder köket alls!

Great little beach house

This is a very nice, clean beach house,very close to Times Square. Has a beautiful deck overlooking the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

5 Star home, host and location!

This home is stunning and so convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and the mainland. The host, Michael, has been thoughtful providing everything a guest would need for their vacation. Having a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella was so appreciated and saved room in our vehicle for other things. We loved grilling on the ground level and watching the pelicans and fish. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything one would need to make family meals. We can't wait for our next beach vacation at this property! Thank you, Michael for ensuring we had a great stay!

Great Location for Relaxing

Very short walk to restaurants and beach. The provided beach towels, umbrella, and cooler were good amenities. Also, nice to sit on deck overlooking canal.

Amazing location, close to it all, but with some serenity on the back deck!

Loved our trip!! House is in Prime location, yet away enough to still relax! Everything needed for a great beach stay! Owner was easy to work with.

Great Location!

This cute house is in a great location. Close to everything. Super clean. Would stay again. Only thing that was a little upsetting was the cleaning crew coming on in while my kids were still trying to get all their stuff out of the house and packed into their car before it was even check out time. Didn't say anything to them just went on it.

Fun Staycation

Home was as pictured and described. There were 4 of us, 2 adults with 2 kids, well young men (16 & 19). We walked to Times Square and the beach every day and night, very close (a block to the beach and 3-4 blocks to Times Square). Lots of choices for restaurants. Was nice and relaxing to sit out back. Wish we had Kayaks since the water/dock was right there. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Was a nice getaway before school starts back up.

Perfect Spot!

My husband and our 2 daughters (31 and 18) spent the week of 12/15-12/22 at the Seabird Cottage. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. My daughter ran every morning on the beach and my husband fished off the dock. We even saw dolphins off the pier! We were there to celebrate the holidays and also to house hunt for our retirement home. Michael introduced us to his neighbor Joe - a realtor who was very familiar with the area we were looking at. We found our new home! We also had a great week - even though the weather turned windy and rainy the last couple days - we still had a great time! The Seabird Cottage is very cozy and perfect for a family of 4!

Excellent Location!

House is in a great location for walking to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Nice view on the canal. The beds in guest room were smaller than anticipated (twin size), but it worked fine for the adults sleeping in that room as they are average height/weight. Would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning and cleanliness

The air conditioner was unable to keep up with the war weather. The hot water in the shower was non-existent when someone else was using water. The sink in the master bath still had toothpaste in/on it from the previous renter. There was dust all over the pictures, which is not good for those of us with allergies. Michael was great and very friendly, we appreciate him. He communicated perfectly and was very accurate.

Nice little place on one of the canals, 1 block to beach. Has everything you need for a week in paradise. Nice deck overlooking the water. Short walk to restaurants, bars, beach.

Great if you want quiet

We normally stay on the North end of the island right on the beach (so we are comparing a Cadillac to Chevrolet). That beach property sold in July so getting another place was difficult. We decided to go for location. This location was great if you want to be close to everything and don't want to to be bothered (We are people watchers). We had close beach access but don't know what will happen when Margaritaville is complete because the beach we used will be on Margaritaville Property soon. Pictures are a little deceiving, living/kitchen area is a real crowded little area (Could use a little less furniture) bedrooms are good size, bigger than necessary unless you don't like the people you are staying with. Don't expect to see dolphins or manatees, this is located at the end of the canal and in the mornings has little to no water. And as with all properties you require a stay of 7 days but you only provide 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Remember to check dishwasher upon arrival because you are only required to load and run dishwasher upon departure and it will be full. With all the rambling we decided this was not the location we wanted (we don't like to leave the beach and gulf) but might be great for you. Dog House at end of street and Yo Taco less than a block away.

Perfect location

It’s been said In other reviews and I’ll say it again. This location is phenomenal! Right next to everything you need and more. We were able to walk nearly everywhere and the beach is right across the road and is next to many restaurants. I’d give this house ten stars just for that. The house itself is exactly as described. Is it in perfectly clean condition? No. But it’s a vacation rental, not the Hilton. The grout in the master bathroom could use some TLC and a fresh coat of paint or scrubbing of the walls. I do wish there were more toiletries-we only had four towels for four of us and there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I wasn’t expecting to have an unlimited supply but some extra on hand would’ve been appreciated. Either way we would 100% stay here again. Thank you Michael for being such a great host!
