Underbara historiska viktorianska - Gå till Truckee Downtown!

Detta hus med sju sovrum, sex och ett halvt badrum, byggdes på 1880-talet och är välskött och vackert inredda. Det genomgick en renovering av 1 000 000 dollar i slutet av 1990-talet. Det är en perfekt balans mellan 1800-talets inredning och moderna möbler gör detta till ett unikt utrymme för en fest. Vårt två våningar viktorianska hem rymmer upp till 15, men är tillräckligt rymligt inifrån och ut för att vara värd för en samling av 25 för en mest minnesvärd händelse. Tilläggsavgift kan tillkomma för en samling på över 15.

På övervåningen finns två sviter med Cal King-sängar, en drottningssvit och ett anslutande Jack and Jill-sovrum med en drottning och två tvillingar. Nedervåningen finns en drottningssvit med handikappat badrum och en kungssvit. Dessutom finns det en fullstor futon i det separata TV- / medierummet. Huset har alla nya high end Sealy Posturepedic madrasser och nya sängkläder.

Med utsikt över Truckee, Mt. Rose och den tydliga, coola Truckee River, Richardson House ligger centralt bland skidorter i världsklass, golfbanor och gott om fiske och utomhusaktiviteter. Det finns ingen brist på aktiviteter att delta i medan du upplever Tahoe-livsstilen.

Denna hyres läge i centrum gör det enkelt att gå till kaféer, butiker, museer, restauranger och nattliv.

Inuti huset är den professionella kockens kök perfekt för att underhålla med två handfat, en sex-brännare kommersiell ugn med huva och gott diskutrymme.

Truckee nostalgia

Property was very clean and had an excellent proximity to in town truckee. Worked perfect for our group of 12 people on a ski vacation. Less than 20 minutes from palisades. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Family Christmas

The property was perfect for our family Christmas vacation. There are multiple bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. I would definitely rent this property again.

Old Dads getaway

Stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Fabulous location…..beautiful house and property….has 8 separate rooms for sleeping including 6-7 bathrooms and wonderful new kitchen with thermador appliances…..has everything and more.

Great spot for groups!

We had a fantastic time. The kitchen is amazing to cook in, the bedrooms are all very comfortable. Fantastic place for groups of several couples because everyone gets a nice big bed!

Beautiful Victorian

We loved our stay in truckee. Each bedroom was tastefully decorated, with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked for any cooking or baking needs! We made a carrot cake and cupcakes for my daughters wedding. The location is ideal for a quick walk down the street to downtown truckee. Thank you Jeannine for a wonderful, memorable stay.

2024 Summer Get Away

This is our second year in this house and the 8 of us completely and totally love these accommodations. We will return for a third year and a fourth and a fifth. It’s perfect for a small business meeting like ours. The gazebo is our night time gathering spot. The Weber BBQ fit our needs and the kitchen is so well equipped we could feed a crowd.

Amazing

Absolutely loved our stay in the Richardson house. The place was spacious and had everything we needed — kitchen was very modern and had all well equipped, hot tub was great, rooms were clean, etc. The check in process was seamless , and Jeannine was responsive and helpful for anything we needed. 10/10 recommend and would come back.

Way better than the pictures show!

This Victorian has been completely remodeled and updated with all of the charm preserved for a step back in time. There is ample room for everyone to gather together, including a large dining room table for truly special meals with family and friends. The bedrooms are comfortable and unique in their own way and allow privacy when wanted. The proximity to Truckee is an added bonus. We unreservedly recommend this beautiful home.

Great place to stay in Truckee

Second time/second year in a row that we stayed at this property for President's Day weekend. The Richardson House is amazing in. Property was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and seems to have brand new state of the art appliances (I do not remember if they were the same last year, but I have they impression they are brand new). Great for large groups of families, plenty of space for everyone. Very close to Truckee center (accessible by foot). Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place in a fantastic location within walking distance of downtown truckee

As advertised the house is very large with 6 1/2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful clean beautifully restored Victorian with high ceilings, large common areas, great hot tub, well appointed kitchen, front porch with rocking chairs etc etc. We will definitely be back. You won’t be disappointed.

Historic Truckee Home provides Wonderful Ambiance for the Best Family Reunion so far!

This is a gorgeous property. The detail work, hardware finishes, and decor are of the Victorian era and magnificent. It is very well-appointed too. Luxury beds and bedding. The kitchen was a chef's dream and we were all able to work in there together to prepare dinners together. From the start, our communication with the property manager Jeannine was 5-stars. She followed up with every detail to make sure we were comfortable and offered us insider tips on how to best enjoy the Fourth of July weekend that we were there for. We were four nights and enjoyed having en suite bathrooms for every couple and the spacious dining and living areas were nice to share space. We did not use the parlor/game room or the gazebo outside too much. We were on the go during the days. It was sweet to sit on the beautiful front porch in the rocking chairs and chat over coffee in the mornings or the afternoons, with an adult beverage, and watch the town go by just below us. All in all a very special experience. Our family group of about 12 of us has rented multiple times every year or so to get together. Mostly in Rocky Mountain resort towns, but we loved the small town-friendly vibe of Truckee, and the beautiful home that we stayed in this time surpassed the other properties we have enjoyed in Colorado. We had a wonderful time. It was very special. Many thanks to Jeannie for her follow-up and care before and during our visit.

Walk thru history with modern amenities!

My friends and I had a great weekend staying in this awesome mountain Victorian! Pictures do not do justice to how cool this house is! Spacious, and perfectly decorated, with 9ft doors and 14ft ceilings! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable stay. Jeannine, the host, was communicative and checked in just the right amount. She knows the Truckee area very well, and even set us up with a private masseuse! Location is perfect, walking distance to the Truckee historical down town. We will be coming back! Thx!

Beautiful Home - Best Location in Truckee

Wow, do yourself a favor and book this home. An IMMACULATE historic home built in 1887, a block away from downtown Truckee. You are a 1 minute walk to the best coffee shop and restaurants the town has to offer. The home itself was even more impressive in person than on the listing. The home is in near-perfect condition with numerous original accents from the 1800's. The wood paneling in the entry way / up the staircase is all original and of incredible craftsmanship. There is a massive dining table that allows large groups to congregate for meals. An amazing outdoor space includes a fantastic 4-person hot tub and a covered gazebo. The front porch has 4 rocking chairs and overlooks downtown. The home has a very warm energy and we all felt comfortable and welcome. Jeannine was incredibly helpful with the check-in process and any other questions we had. Her husband, Bob, stopped by at check-in and was extremely friendly and warm. We had a large group of 13-14 people and this is the only home I found that doesn't break than bank yet comfortably supports such a large group. This is probably the most positive home rental experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10.

Beautiful house with a lot of character in an ideal location

This is a historic mansion from the late 1800's, beautifully refurbished with modern amenities, while retaining character and charm from both the house as well as its furnishings and decorations (lots of historical photographs!). The kitchen is perhaps the best stocked (in terms of cookware, appliances, etc.) of any I've seen on VRBO. Every bedroom has a bathroom. There's a nice outdoor hot tub. Good WiFi. The location is 20 minutes from world class skiing. And, 1 block from downtown Truckee, for non-skiers and apres ski. Jeannine was an ideal host. Professional, punctual, communicative. If you have a big group, who like to cook, but also ski and explore a cute small town downtown, this is an ideal spot.

Epic Family Christmas Holiday!

The ambiance and charm of The Richardson House cemented our family Christmas holiday! Family members young and old reveled in the festivities. Seven bedrooms and private bathrooms added to everyone's comfort. Large kitchen and large well stocked kitchen encouraged large dinner gatherings. Games galore for the children and adults too. The children played in the snow and sledded right in front of the house while we watched from the rockers on the front porch. Our hosts were super super hosts! We sadly returned to reality at the end of the week knowing we would be back for another epic week soon!
