Renoverade Beach Side West 4 erbjuder 3 sovrum och 3. 5 badrum. Radhuset ligger direkt på stranden. Inga vägar att korsa för att komma till stranden, inga hissar att vänta på, parkera vid din ytterdörr steg från bakdäck på stranden. Det finns två master sviter med king size-sängar och platt-TV och tvätt på den tredje. golv. Det tredje sovrummet med två queen size-sängar, platt-TV, privat badrum och altandörr som leder till det nedre täckta däck och och stranden ligger på första våningen. Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet med 10 ft tak består av vardagsrum, matplats, kök, halvbadkar och ett övre däck med utsikt över stranden. Vardagsrummet har gott om bekväma sittplatser, en 60-tums 4K Samsung Smart TV, en 60-tums åtta blad takfläkt (det rör sig verkligen luften!)och infälld belysning. Matsalen är tillmötesgående och rymlig med plats för sex, ett enormt unikt sidobord och massiv smidesjärnkrona med 12 ljus. Köket har apparater i rostfritt stål från Maytag, gasspis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och kylskåp sida vid sida med dörrvatten och is. Köket är välfylt med gott om disk, glas, redskap och köksredskap. Det finns också ett rymligt skafferi. Taket är fartygssatt, trägolv på huvudnivå, matta på tredje våningen och trä och kakel på första våningen. Wifi och HD-kabeln är Comcast (all ny utrustning). Radhuset vackert inredda med en idustriell kant och bekväma och inbjudande. Stranden vyer är fantastisk. Det övre TREX-däcket med glasfront är rymligt och väl inredda och har trappor som leder till det nedre däck. Det nedre täckta däcket har en gasgrill, kolgrill (vänligen grilla ute i det öppna området inte under däck av säkerhetsskäl, ingen grillning på övre däck). Det finns en utomhusdusch och en slang för att skölja bort salt och sand innan du går in i radhuset. Garaget har också en sida vid sida kyl / frys för extra föremål som vattenflaskor och drycker, glass, Popsicles för bekvämlighet.

Public och Winn Dixie ligger bara några minuter bort. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) ligger bara 20 minuter bort.

The layout is superb, especially the extra room at beach level. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is fantastic with everything we needed and wanted very proximal. We appreciated the pantry and the half bath on the main level. The stairs are a bit of a chore, but there’s no way around them given the beach frontage! We would stay in this townhome again and/or other properties under the same management. Everyone in our party thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed their stay!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is decorated really nice and very comfortable. We loved it here!! Perfect location on the beach and close to Thomas donuts and a few grocery stores.

Perfect for family vacation

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean, well organized, and kept up. One thing that really stood out to me was all of the storage space. There were plenty of shelves/closets/dressers. We were only there for a weekend, so we didn’t need it all, but extended stays would be well accommodated with storage space. There are a lot of stairs! It was by no means a surprised because the photos are accurate, but just be prepared for stairs as you load and unload luggage. We really liked that the bedrooms were on separate floors from the living area and kitchen. It is very easy to leave all your beach stuff on the first floor patio and move it to the beach each day. The beach was not crowded at all, even with all/most of the houses booked. The balconies are very close together, but nobody ever bothered us, and that can certainly be a plus if you talk to your neighbors about restaurant or attraction recommendations. I would 100% recommend this place and David, and we will certainly be booking here or at another of his properties again!

Great Location

This property was perfect for our family. The location was perfect because it was just outside the craziness of all the traffic but still close to everything and within walking distance to Thomas Donuts. It was so convenient being so close to the beach and it had amazing views.

Family Vacation

We loved the location of this townhouse. Just far enough away from the busy portion of PCB to enjoy the beach without crowding. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of eight. Communication with the manager was easy. I plan to book again if we ever go back to PCB.

Good for large families

Location was nice. We were not able to check in at the designated time because the cleaning people were still inside. Unit was big enough for our large family. Beds were comfortable.

Love!

Our family loved this awesome spot in the private beach of Laguna! The Palm Trees out front set for a great ambiance looking out from the patio. This beach is very private and you don’t have to worry about families camping their tents directly beside you, behind you, or in-front of you. The A/C in this unit is THE best A/C unit we have had in a beach rental property ever. I almost recommend bringing some extra blankets because it feels so great to snuggle up after a long day in the Florida sun. The living room has a big screen tv which is also something we aren’t used to in beach houses. Typically they’re very small. The bottom floor for the kids room was actually really convenient. We would simply rinse them off with the hose and slide the door open to their room and get them in the shower! The owners are very accommodating to us and we were able to pay for an extra night last minute because we just didn’t want to leave!! 5 stars for this place, & we will definitely be back for more family memories.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family. Having 2 rooms with King beds was a huge plus. The room downstairs was perfect for my teen grandsons. They had their own private place to hang out. The AC works great!! You will need to bring your own spices, foil, coffee filters, saran wrap. This was the first time ever that we have been to a rental and didn't have these left from prior guest. Definitely not a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have been prepared. The couch looks well worn, but was comfortable. Just not great eye appeal when you walk in at the top of the stairs. There have clearly been several upgrades with other furniture, so we figure that is being done a bit at a time. There are no games. There is a deck of cards. There is plenty of storage space. The Carousel Market down the street is very convenient and surprisingly not bad on prices. It was very handy. Thomas Donuts was within walking distance. We have been going to PCB for years. This was our first try at Thomas donuts. It lived up to its reputation. Donuts were great, Shrimp Box was good, burger was good and Sundaes were great too!! We brought our own chairs, Boogie boards, etc., but there are several in the closet downstairs on the patio. Overall would recommend this rental.

Relaxing and Fun

This place was so relaxing and fun for my family. We loved the fact that you could walk straight out to the beach, NO ELEVATORS. Owner has a closet full of beach stuff which was awesome. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend this place.

Relaxing family time

Interior decor was pleasant. Townhome was large enough space for 5 adults and 3 small children. Located right on the beach and wasn’t too crowded. We enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Beach House Week Stay

I LOVED THIS HOUSE! Really nice house, good decor, clean. I loved how easy it was the to walk on the beach and how we had closet full of beach supplies to use (umbrella, chairs, toys, etc.). Only problem we had was the downstairs bedroom A/C did not work most of the trip. David was quick to respond and get a tech out but it still didn't work. I was hoping maybe we could get compensation for lack of a bedroom but did not. (Didn't ask for one). Overall had a great experience despite that hiccup and would stay again. Thanks!

The town home was dated and there was some need for repair but overall there was plenty of room for my family and the access to the beach can't be beat The view was wonderful as well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location and fantastic host!

I want to offer a detailed review of this unit. I hesitated to rent it based on other reviews I read and am very glad I didn’t take those reviews to heart. The manager, David is reasonable and responds fairly and reasonably to requests. Covid has changed the rental market landscape for the past 1.5 years and some of these harsh reviews reflect that. This property offers what few in PCB do. Away from crowds, direct beach access, no elevators and a very quiet slice of beach. Unlike a lot of places, it has far better than average sleeping arrangements; 2 en suite kings and a 2 queen lower level en suite, which provides great privacy for in laws, teenagers or young adult families with children. There are plenty of places to sit and it has large TVs throughout with excellent cable and on demand. The kitchen is very well outfitted. You need round coffee filters and little else. I always take disposable pans and plastic ware. The upper deck offers a more beautiful view than many restaurants and we ate there every night. Sunsets at this townhome are incredible. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of PCB but close to Pier Park where you can find anything you need. Rosemary and 30A are also very nearby. In 30A area I’d recommend Georges, Surfing Deer, 30A Cafe and Pescado. Buddy’s Seafood is almost walkable and the steamed shrimp with potatoes, tuna dip and key lime pie are outstanding. I am happy to recomendable this unit; it has been updated nicely and is very comfortable.

Would not stay here again

Pros: beach was right there. AC was super cold. Friendly property manager. Great view! Upstairs patio was nice. Would floors on the second floor were super cute. Nice dinning room area. Kitchen was small but good enough. Cons: Very very tight parking!! Bring frebreze because the entire house smells moldy and musty. All living room furniture needs to be thrown out! Not enough forks!! There were no trash bags and only 2 dish towels. The beach chairs provided are camping chairs. The closet on the back patio was littered with used and trashy beach items. Bathroom in the double queen bedroom is so small, you can’t even open the shower door all the way. On arrival, there were long black hairs in that bathroom and shower. 🤢 the carpet upstairs is nasty and needs to be pulled up and burned. Walk way to the beach was overgrown and needs extensive lawn maintenance. Rusty old beach chairs littered the back patio. We hardly had room to fit any of our stuff. I don’t feel like it’s my job to clean up any area before I can put my own stuff out. Overall, I would not stay here again. We had a good time because we can laugh at this and mishaps, but it really was not a nice place! I think it could be much better, it’s just needs a lot of updating and TLC.

DISAPPOINTED

The set up was awkward with the way the cabinets were and the access to the home from the "garage" apartment was also awkward. Most of the furnishings looked as though the owner didnt care and there were no area rugs or throws...very unhomey feel to this place.

Great place to stay. You just need to get new beach chairs. They were all rusted &broken.

We had a wonderful time. Perfect for the amount of people we had, plenty of room. The only complaint that I have is I wish there would have been more pots and pans to cook with. The ones there were not very good.

Nice location, stressful vacation

We stayed here for a week in June of 2020. We love being able to stay a few units down from some of our family, but the unit itself had some issues. Upon arriving, there were several dead bugs on the ground and it didn't feel very clean. Had to sweep main floor upon arriving. We were unaware of the basement room being accessed only through the garage, which made for odd living arrangements with our family staying with us that had a three year old. It also had a separate ac unit on a wall and not connected with the rest of the house. The ac unit for the rest or the unit was actually broken, and we had to accommodate two different visits from repair companies to try to fix the unit. We had to sleep in 80+ degree heat for 2-3 nights, and eventually had huge temporary ac units put in some windows. All in all, it was a major hassle, and we got compensated for one night which I don't think was enough given how much the unit cost that week.

Great place to stay!

My family LOVED our stay here! It’s in a great location, right on the beach where you get to enjoy dinner and a sunset right from your back deck. You’re a good distance away from the tall condo buildings, which allows you to have plenty of space out on the beach. The only people nearby are neighbors and there’s so much room to spread out. Another plus is that there is a grocery store just a short drive away... literally maybe 2 blocks.. Super convenient!!! David was easy to communicate with and very helpful if we had any questions or issues. We wished we never had to leave & I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!

Ideal vacation

I was a bit worried after reading some prior reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised. If you seriously complain about worn carpet in a beautiful place like this, you should check your priorities. The ease of life actually on the beach with young children cannot be beat. It was gorgeous. The only negative would be that the room we put our children and it’s only accessible through the garage. I taught them what to do about fire safety, but it was a tad unsettling for them to be down there. If you were all adults, it would be perfect! Thank you for sharing this piece of Heaven, David. We will be back!
